Kristen Stewart feels ‘betrayed’, ‘she can’t let go of Rob or get over him’

Here are some new photos of Kristen Stewart out and about in LA yesterday. Fame/Flynet says she went into an office building. Sure. I’ll definitely buy that this is the way Kristen dresses for business meetings. Truly! This is actually a good look for her (but not for a business meeting). Her hair looks cleanish – I’m choosing to believe it’s still damp from a shower, as opposed to “so greasy it looks wet”. Her clothes look clean, and I kind of like the long-sleeved tee (who wants to tell me what “USATP” is?). She doesn’t look too thin, nor too drunk, nor too stoned, nor too bloated. Good for her.

Hollywood Life claims that Kristen has been staying with her mom more after the breakup. They claim Kristen stayed in Malibu with her mom last weekend so that Kristen would be out of the way when Rob picked up the last of his stuff from her house. A source says that Rob and Kristen haven’t seen each other “since the day Rob moved out.” Which is still amazing to me, and I would still love to know “the straw that broke the camel’s back” for this breakup. Meanwhile, The Daily Mail has an exclusive story on how K-Stew and Katy Perry are totally OVER as friends:

Twilight star Kristen Stewart feels ‘betrayed’ over Robert Pattinson’s growing closeness to Katy Perry, friends have revealed. Sitting on the singer’s lap and cuddling up to her at the Kids Choice Awards in March, Kristen, 23, showed just how close she was to pop star Katy, 28. However, a source told MailOnline that Kristen feels ‘incredibly down right now and betrayed’ at rumours of a romance between Katy and her ex-boyfriend and former co-star Robert.

And the petite brunette has now cut off all ties with Katy – despite greeting her with a big hug at the Met Ball in New York last month – and a source said: ‘Kristen is in a certain state of denial. She can’t let go of Rob or get over him. She keeps trying to contact Robert and find out what he is doing but her attempts to see Rob have been rebuffed. Rob is not responding to her.’

Robert, 27, and Katy were spotted together on Saturday night at at the Icelandic singer Bjork’s concert at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles – as the actor is said to be leaning on the chart-topping star for support following his split from Kristen. Although the pair arrived separately they sat next together during the show.

While Katy is allegedly back on-again with singer John Mayer, a source told E! News: ‘They are just hanging out, they’re not putting a label on it.’ Rumors of reconciliation first began when Perry and Mayer hung out at the ‘Part of Me’ singer’s holiday BBQ bash at her new Hollywood Hills home.

And another source said that Robert has denied any romance between him and Katy – saying she is merely being a good friend.

Meanwhile, friends of Robert have told MailOnline that Kristen is still so wrapped up in Rob that she is trying to copy his career in terms of the subject matter of his films.

Robert has been wanting to shoot an Iraq War film Mission Blacklist about a soldier on the trail of Saddam Hussein for two years and will hopefully be filming in Iraq by end of year. And a source said: ‘Rob’s camp was was suprised to hear Kristen had signed onto another War on Terror movie Camp X-Ray about a female soldier stationed in Guantanamo Bay which she will film late summer. Rob is convinced Kristen is now trying to duplicate his film choices with Camp X-Ray which is being directed by Peter Sattler, an obscure first-time director.’

Meanwhile Robert has pulled out of starring in heist thriller Hold Onto Me where he was to play opposite Carey Mulligan. Director James Marsh is still making it with Carey next year but they are searching for a leading man.

[From The Mail]

Wait, Rob is going to Iraq to film a movie about Saddam Hussein? Yeah, I seriously doubt that. The Iraq part. And I find it hard to believe that Sparkles (!!) would be able to pull off that kind of hardcore military role, but we’ll see. I like HIS choices much more than I like her choices, although her career seems to be faltering so much lately and I don’t think she has as many “choices” as she once did. As for the Katy Perry stuff… something shady is going on between Katy and Sparkles, but I’m at a loss to define it. I think it’s pretty typical and normal for Kristen to feel betrayed and for her to end the friendship with Katy – Katy has chosen a “side” in the breakup, and that’s the way the cookie crumbles.

Hahahaha! She feels betrayed. That’s rich, coming from the MiniCooper queen.

Hahaha…it’s a bit early to start the trolling. I’d love to know where this magical land of no consequence is where some people seem to live. It’s like Lindsay Lohan objecting to being called a thief. I am so over the “slut shaming” band wagon. Slut shaming is trying to control a woman’s behavior by degrading her sexual choices which is pretty oppressive. Calling a cheat a cheat or acknowledging the consequences of cheating in a relationship (or basically any lack of moral fiber, such as persuing an attached person) is just the truth.

*edit* okay, the comment I was replying to has been removed, but my poibt still stands.

Rule 101 in a the girlfriend code book…don’t hook up with the ex…its just wrong. When I look at pics they both seem less stressed….I think even if Kristen didn’t want the break up she probably knew it was coming and is relieved there is closure. I also don’t think Sparkles is the saint he is made out to be…so whatever. Yawn.

    • Dubois says:

I think she’s starting to look a bit stressed. She looks irate in these pics. She also had the flipping off paps incident. They’re following her everywhere and she’s dealing with being dumped AND having her ex run around with Katy Perry. I feel bad for the girl.

I agree with the girl-code thing.

    • Nina W says:

I don’t assume they’re hooking up. As far as the end of their relationship, they were probably both unhappy trying to stick with what she had already spoiled. Once the vase is shattered, it can never be glued back together properly.

    Ah, the never ending drama.
There will be an article: “Kristen and Rob 5 years after the SPLIT”

She might be bored with extra free time and BF gap but this piece makes her look like a stalker.

    • Elle says:

Yeah, I hope this doesn’t turn into a lifelong tabloid/magazine/blog reference (e.g. Jennifer Aniston & Brad Pitt).

      • Nina W says:

Get ready for disappointment, legions of aggrieved Twihards will never let this die.

  10. Tessa says:

This is how she used to be, pre July 2012. She used to be passably clean, passably dressed, and seemingly taking care of herself. The last year she’s looked really unkempt to the point of seeming truly dirty.

I would welcome the hardworking clean Kristen back gladly. Still not a fan of what she did, but if she wants to work, she needs to pull herself up by the bootstraps and get out there again, sober and showered.

    • Erinn says:

I was just thinking she actually looks relatively presentable. Sure, she’s dressed super casual, but I’d wear that shirt with a pair of jeans, though I wouldn’t roll them up.

But really, her hair looks washed. It looks a bit messy, but compared to most photos she looks like she took care of herself that day.

    • Hakura says:

@Tessa – It’s not something I like talking about, but… I’ve been suffering from horrible depression for several years, & can unfortunately relate to not having taken care of myself or my hygiene properly at times. I ended up with something akin to dreads one year. I know it sounds disgusting, but depression can make it like you have blinders on.

Some days, it just seems like too much effort when you don’t even like who you see in the mirror, or have nothing in particular to do with yourself. What Kristen did in their relationship was wrong, & I don’t blame Rob for deciding it just wasn’t working.

But I can’t help but feel some empathy, as it’s something I went (& still go) through.

  11. marie says:

I really have nothing bad to say about Kristen, I’m sure this is the way she’s been dressing for business meetings for a while, she’s still getting jobs, so meh.. Although, I can’t wear shoes without socks, I hate the feet sweat but whatever..

I think Katy and Rob are either doing horizontal hockey or have before. Isn’t Katy ROb’s friend anyway, so why would Kristen and Katy stay friends? Unfortunately friends and f-ck buddies have to choose sides..

  14. MonicaQ says:

II can’t see Rob playing a modern day soldier. Maybe one in WWI, that brooding Lost Generation soldier with the kind heart thrown to the grinder and horror of trench warfare in the name of early 20th century nationalism. And he returns to England with a haunted look in his eyes, part of his soul missing…and then some sappy stupid love story happens or whatever.

    But Iraq? Huh? K…

Random: Disturbed’s “Deify” started playing as soon as I opened this story and the first words were “ALL MY DEVOTION BETRAAAAAAAAAAYED!” and I started cracking up at my desk. TL;DR, I’m easily amused on a Friday)

    • Anname says:

He is not playing a stereotypical beefy soldier, but an inexperienced interregator, thrown in a situation he wasn’t ready for, but managed to succeed. He isn’t supposed to be the big tough guy, just smart and persistent. The book is a good read.

      • Just Me says:

ALL soldiers have PT requirements. It’s not a matter of being beefy. It’s a matter of the fact that soldiers, ALL soldiers – even interrogators – have to get up every morning and go to PT. Running, situps, pushups — There’s a physical requirement there. People get kicked out for not meeting it. He will need to get himself in shape, for sure. Eric Maddox is a fit guy. This is not something you can argue with me on. Not going to get into specifics, but this is something I happen to know a whole hell of a lot about.

ALSO, I highly doubt this will be filmed in Iraq. HIGHLY. There will undoubtedly be a bounty on his head once he steps foot in the country. Him filming in Iraq would be the dumbest thing, ever, particularly since Interrogators are generally indoors. Discreetly send someone out to do the location shots and shoot the damn movie elsewhere. What’s the point in filming in Iraq, other than for bragging rights?

Also, and unrelated to RPattz, Eric Maddox was a part of a team of people. I don’t find the glory seeking all that admirable. That’s all I have to say on this issue.

      • Anname says:

Wow, what are you reading in to my comment??

My point was he can be believable as Eric Maddox. He is not going to try to pass off as super-soldier. I think he will manage to get himself in reasonable shape for the role. Have you seen pictures of Maddox when he was in Iraq? He is more of a smart guy who happens to be fit. And I agree they will not film in Iraq. I know the director wanted to do that at one time, but it always seemed impossible.

Also, Eric Maddox was not a “glory seeker” as the book reads. Where are you getting that? He was clearly part of the team, but he tried a different tactic that happened to work. Just hard work and creativity.

      • Just Me says:

I’m sorry, reading into what? Someone stated it was their opinion that they couldn’t see him as a soldier. You made the comment to them that b/c he was an interrogator, he didn’t have to be fit. I was correcting you. It doesn’t matter what your job is in the military, you have to do PT. Everyone. Even the cooks in the Mess Hall. And yes, I know what EM looked like when he was in the military. He was fit. Did you know that before he became an Interrogator, he was a Paratrooper? Do you know what that is? Do you have any idea of the physical training that involves? Further, do you have any idea of the training our guys (and girls) have to do just to go over to Iraq & Afghanistan?

Secondly, yes – absolutely. Glory seeking. Have you seen the tagline of the book? “The inside story…told by the man who masterminded his capture.” When more press comes out about this movie, and more than just the Twihards find out about this movie, people who were there or have been there, other people who were involved — I can assure you, you’ll hear my sentiment echoed. Why? Because there were many, MANY people involved in the capture of Saddam Hussein. Eric Maddox was but one part. Eric Maddox got out of the military and wrote a book about how he was the one who found Saddam Hussein. How without his special techniques, it wouldn’t have happened. He’s set to get rich off of this. He will go down in pop culture history to all the people who don’t bother thinking for themselves as “the dude who found Saddam Hussein.” What about the countless other soldiers who were involved in this? All the characters you read about in the book? What about the people who actually pulled Saddam out of the hole he was hiding in? The soldiers who had the crazy dangerous job of going out on the raids to find the people he interrogated? The soldiers who’ve stayed in the military, didn’t wrote a book and are still serving and living humble lives? Are they going to be getting a cut of this? Are they going to get rich? No? I didn’t think so. This is morally & ethically wrong. And just for the record, the book was HORRIBLY written.

Finally, I was insanely busy Friday & most of my comment was generally speaking in regards to this whole project. I didn’t feel like or have the time to make a new post. The only thing I spoke to you directly about was the fit thing. Because I keep hearing this echoed, and I’m tired of hearing people regurgitate things of which they obviously know nothing nothing about. The rest was because I think this project is utter crap and had nothing to do with you or your response, or even Robert Pattinson.

    • Another Ann says:

Movie won’t actually be shot in Iraq. There was early talk of that, but there are obvious security issues. They just received tax credits to film in California (state awards these to a certain number of films, to keep production from moving elsewhere).

  15. Liberty says:

I think it’s a United States Track and Field shirt design (USATF). Can’t tell due to last letter sort of hidden under her bag strap. The only other thing I know with those letters would be a tech firm that uses USTAP for stock quotes, but that isn’t their logo.

Why the hell do I know this? Gah.

Isn’t it thought that these two have a contract that expires in August, so she may be still trying to work it, while he is on the other hand clearly cold bone done?

    • Dana says:

He has broken “the contract”, but this damn thing is still valid, her lawyers apparently aren’t interested in the case and she just tries to comply with “the contract”??????

    • Nina W says:

Contract? What are you talking about?

      • Tig says:

Re “the contract”- this has now moved into urban myth realm- Summit had both RP and KS yoked together in a personal services/PR type of “contract” that obligated them to look/ pass as a couple for ( fill on length of time here) to promote the last Twi movie/franchise.

  17. Fan says:

What she is missing Is the fame from the Twilight movies and Rob is attached to it.

  18. Kiddo says:

This entire “love” saga feels very contrived. I think it’s a way to try to stay relevant and not appear utterly boring and flat.

  19. Ems says:

It’s USATF. All the crazies who still believe these two are unbroken, are/were convinced that it’s a Dior sweatshirt, rme.

  20. Emily says:

I know almost everyone seems to hate her (not me though!) but DAMN she can wear the hell out of a pair of jeans……

  21. Dani says:

Her hair looks cleaner than normal here!

  22. Peach says:

SHE feels betrayed? Um, wasn’t she the one pap’d rubbing her ass all over a married man’s crotch?

But her career isn’t in the toilet cause she banged a married man or cheated on Robert Pattinson. Folks in HW pull that crap everyday. It’s because she’s a mediocre talent with a well-known attitude problem. Kristen seems to be one of those people who was born on third base but acts like she got there by hitting a triple. An entitled, over-inflated ego.

She was handed one of film’s biggest franchises but still has managed to squander a career opportunity most actresses can only dream of. Like one HW writer put it, not since Alicia Silverstone has an actress thrown away her A-list standing so quickly.

She hasn’t filmed anything in 2 yrs. She’s not getting the big roles anymore. HW bigwigs aren’t hiring her so she’s settling for small indies with no-name “first time” directors. Camp X-ray will probably be straight to DVD or VOD.

    • Vee says:

Exactly. She squandered a golden opportunity by being unprofessional over and over. When you are 17 and 18, maybe. But last year during the fragrance interview, she was snapping gum and swinging her legs around, just no. Don’t get me started on the Oscars. You have 15 seconds to present with decorum, she couldn’t do it.

    • Emily says:

To be fair the Twilight books are terribly written, the films are terribly made and I don’t know an actress alive who would have make the simpering pathetic mess that is Bella likeable.

      • Vee says:

I’m not talking about her acting and the role of Bella. I’m speaking of her unflattering actions on red carpets, promotional events and interviews. She is often unpleasant and unprofessional.
By all accounts, she is a sweetheart on set.

      • another nina says:

To be fair, Billy Burke and Anna Kendrick stole every scene they were in even in this horrible movie. They are just real actors…

  23. Another Ann says:

There’s so much bs in reports about these two these days. Neither of them have said anything about the split or each other, so all people are hearing is the conjecture of the tabloids. The fact that the tabs all have different stories, and contradict each other (Hollywood Life does this several times a day just on thier own site) shows that noone really knows what happened or what is going on.

I’d also love to know what the final straw was, but we probably never will.

The Daily Mail story shows just how dumb the tabs are, and how dumb they think the public is. Kristen just picked up Camp Xray to copy Rob? Do they have any clue how long these projects are in the works before they are announced? And if this one starts filming in July as stated, they were working on funding ages ago, and likely had her attached to it as they looked for funding.

    • Original A says:

Katy and Kristen have the same publicist, and if Rob’s people were going to talk to anyone it certainly wouldn’t be the Daily Fail. So I agree, bullshit. I doubt there was any one cause besides him never being fully able to get over last year (understandable) and her realizing that if he can’t get over it nearly a year later that it was never going to happen. I know a couple who dealt with cheating and it ended the same way…They reconciled for several months, but they ended it because they both realized that the relationship was played out and they would fight over the dumbest things. That’s basically what People and US Weekly said, too. Plus, they are super young to be in a relationship in Hollywood and I’m sure there must have been issues with his family accepting her. I think it’s interesting that basically E! and US Weekly are over it, and now it’s basically the fan fiction tabloids like Hollywood Life trying to milk the last few hits out of a month old break-up.

    • coil says:

I truly think the final straw was nothing apocalyptic – IMO it was the valet incident. She called him to come back to LA and be seen with her, so that her career didn’t take another hit. At some point Rob realizes, it’s all about her and her career, and he’s looking at the REST of his LIFE if he keeps going with this. Every time she is away from him he’ll have this gnawing doubt deep inside and those valet photos brought it all back. And then there are the “famewhore” friends. Look at the pics of him hanging out with them, so out of place as the fat one prances and all of them act like children. IIRC those fools were going to be present at HIS freaking birthday party! IMO It wasn’t anything catastrophic, he just came to his senses. When he looked at her, he CLEARLY saw something that wasn’t there.

  24. Inky says:

You know, they only broke up recently and if she is still upset, that makes sense. Even if you have cheated on someone and then you break up you still have a right to be upset about it.

Also, having had a really horrible break up in the past and had my female friends choose to hang out with him over me is totally brutal and can’t be easy for her to deal with.

No she isn’t the most likeable character, and no, she isn’t the best actress, but I just wish she could get a bit of slack. These things are difficult enough to deal with in life without having to do it with the whole world looking on.

  25. Asdfg says:

I knew Katy supposedly getting back together with John was a cover up for her relationship with Rob.

  26. Original A says:

How much longer can the tabloids milk this break up? Katy and Kristen share the same publicist, so I call this one total bullshit. No way is her publicist going to screw over one client for the other or vice versa.

  27. Jennifer12 says:

Kristen acts like an entitled brat and way more important than she actually is. Actresses like Jennifer Lawrence, Lea Seydoux and Carey Mulligan are much more talented and more much courteous.

  28. Tig says:

I know this is a KS thread, but has there been any other confirmation that RP is out of Hold on to Me? The article mentions they are looking for a new male lead, and Rob wasn’t that to begin with, so hope this is incorrect.

Re KS- SHE feels betrayed? What a hoot!

    • coil says:

Re KS- SHE feels betrayed? What a hoot! Indeed. I don’t buy all the gossip at all, but this I believe, based on her personality.

    • Original A says:

@Tig. Whole article is BS. Katy and Kristen share the same publicist, so any Katy/Kristen/Rob stories aren’t coming from their camps. Hold on To Me is probably dead in the water. Wasn’t in announced ages ago? I’m pretty sure the director was Marsh, and he has a brand new film he’s prepping with Eddie Redmayne. Carey has two films lined up. I didn’t hear about it getting any distribution rights or financing at Cannes, so the film probably fell apart.

  29. moon says:

Yawn. Kristen needs to lay low and go off the radar before relaunching with her career with some well-acted, well reviewed piece. Of course, that would actually require good acting on Kristen’s part.

  30. d says:

Let me guess: she’ll “get over him” in August (when their contract’s done). This is just more spin to fulfill the contract in some way. When it’s over, they’ll let it go.

  34. aquarius64 says:

Kristen’s in no position to feel betrayed after what she did to Rob. Not only with cheating with Rupert, but the crappy way she treated Rob pre-Mini Cooper. Her ohsoclose friendship with Taylor Lautner probably didn’t help; at times she has acted TOO familiar with him in Rob’s presence. Since Rob has reportedly been uncomfortable with that friendship, I bet her hang time with Lautner while Rob was out of town this past March was a fight between them as well. Notice how Taylor all the sudden got a girlfriend ONE WEEK after Rob and Kristen split? My guess is Taylor saw what happened to Katy and he didn’t want his name tied to a scandal, especially since he’s reported trying to get into the Fast and Furious franchise.

  35. Michelle says:
