Ugh, I’m sick of hearing about these women. 2 hours a day? I’ve seen clips of her videos. She just looks like she’s jumping around with some arm stretches thrown in. What a revelation in fitness. Her body isn’t even that good. Neither is gwyneths. They’re both thin yes, but now toned at all. Her mat work (if you can call it that) is just weird crunches and arm waving. Seriously guys; eat clean, do some HIIT (high intensity interval training – 20 minutes 3x per week) and some yoga/stretching and you’re sorted.

I hope Gwyneth comes to her senses.

Both Madonna’s and Gwyneth’s workouts are all wrong. Gwyneth bulked out the wrong muscles by her armpits in an effort to lift her saggy rack. See the photo of her in white strapless dress in Miami taken in late Novemember. Madonna’s manly arms are another testimony that Anderson is just butt kissing two stupid, uneducated narcissists. Gullible, delusional narcissists.

Madonna looks creepy ass hell. And Gwennie is just a jackass – I can’t even imagine who reaps GOOP for any purpose other than getting snark material. It’s like the TWOP bloggers shooting up Sandra Lee’s ratings – because her show is a treasure trove of laughs when it’s analyzed.

Can we start a petition or anything to help these gals get their money?

I’m starting to think Gwyneth Paltrow must be a very sad person. First she followed that intense raw-food diet for years, and now she’s following someone whose idea of normal exercise and eating habits is pretty much sadistic. I always think when somebody goes overboard with fitness and diet — and I don’t think there’s any question GP does — they’re harboring serious insecurities. She must be pretty miserable if starving herself and working out two hours a day give her some sort of high.

What’s worse, of course, is that she’s actually pushing Anderson’s philosophy on other people, by talking about her on her web site and now buying her a gym. The woman should be out on her ass, but lucky for her, stupid people with big money and even bigger influence are going to make her wealthy and idolized.

One commentator said that she thought that Madonna was basically anorexic, with the muscles and scary veins just distracting from that – looking at the state of her and the typical diet plans, I think that person could be right.

I’m starting to warm to Gwyneth more and hopes she cops onto to someone who is having an obviously toxic (though probably unintentional) effect on her physique and soon her life.

She is a creepy dwarf. Those swindled clients ought to report her to the Better Business Bureau and sue her ass en masse. They could almost certainly garnish her assets.
