Would you believe it if I told you that Chris Brown has been accused of getting physical in a supposed push-and-shove match inside a nightclub? Of course you’d believe that the story existed, but now that more information is coming down the pike, I’m not so sure that Breezy is actually guilty this time. Unlike the other times, of course. Believing in a dude’s innocence is difficult when he has a record of blowing up over absolutely nothing and throwing tantrums at a moment’s notice.

In this tale, Chris has been accused of shoving a woman at the Heat club in Anaheim after one of his performances. TMZ has a photo of this woman, Deanna Gines, who is posing on crutches while wearing a leg brace and taking a selfie. Deanna says that she’s sustained torn knee ligaments and may need surgery, but even though she’s already hired a lawyer to recover medical expenses (and then some) plus press criminal charges, she’s supposedly told TMZ that “all she really wants is an apology.” For Chris’ part, he cryptically tweeted “I didn’t do anything” before deleting the tweet. Strange:

Chris Brown has been accused of badly injuring a 24-year-old girl inside an Orange County nightclub Saturday night … and the alleged victim says it was so violent she might need surgery.

Deanna Gines tells TMZ … she was in the VIP section with Chris at Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim — where he had just performed. When the bar was about to close, she claims Chris shoved her to the ground. Deanna tells us, the shove was deliberate and she fell hard on her knees.

Deanna tells us she filed a police report, and a rep for the Anaheim PD says a female did indeed file a report for assault inside the club, but the rep won’t disclose the name. Cops are investigating.

Deanna says she went to the hospital and doctors told her she had torn ligaments in her right knee. She’s going to see another doc later this week and she says she’s already been told she may have to go under the knife.

Chris Brown’s rep, Nicole Perna, tells TMZ, “I’m unaware of the incident, as is Chris’ lawyer and his entire team. He was in a great mood after Powerhouse.” Perna adds, “None of this makes sense.”

For what it’s worth, a Chris source told Gossip Cop that Chris left the club before Deanna became injured. That sounded suspicious to me since it was simply coming from Chris’ camp without any security tapes to back up the claims. However, the owner of the club has told TMZ that Deanna was trying to rush the stage during Chris’ performance, and that she was so much of a nuisance that security had to kick her out of the club. The club’s prevailing theory is that Deanna was injured while resisting being removed from the premises. In other words, the jury is still out on this incident.
