Here are some photos from last night’s NYC premiere of Turbo, that animated film about snails or racing or something. Ryan Reynolds does the voice for the main character, and as such, Ryan was the big star on the red carpet. Except that it’s still some huge SECRET (!) that he’s married to Blake Lively (even though he name-checked her several times in his Details interview), so Ryan and Blake once again walked the red carpet separately. I guess the message to all of us is “Blake is the kind of wife who comes out to support her husband but they still have hang-ups about walking a red carpet together.” How Gwyneth Paltrow-esque.
I do think they had another reason for walking separately though – I think they invited some extended family members to the premiere. Blake seemed to pose with someone called “Jason Lively”… let’s see… he’s Blake’s half-brother. Which makes those little boys Blake’s… half-nephews? And I think Ryan might have brought a brother and a niece?
Ryan wore Burberry… something is not working for me with his whole look. I think the suit would have been better with a white dress shirt and a different tie. And his hair needs… something. As for Blake, she wore Burberry as well. I really like the skirt, quite honestly. It’s so sparkly, and the length is nice on her (she wears too many miniskirts). I like the ensemble more when she’s wearing the cardigan, but Blake just had to make sure the cameras got some skin, didn’t she?
PS… I’m adding a bonus photo of Michelle Rodriguez at the premiere because she looked especially fresh and pretty, I thought.

JK about the “ho” part but it’s like she went to the Rose Huntington-Whitebread (or whatever) school for advance glamour-shot posing. It is irksome.
Blake looks like her eyes are swollen. I’m gonna say either crying or lack of sleep. Gonna go with crying due to the other photos on a previous post.

Blake looks cute. Ryan looks like a gerbil. Michelle’s dress should be knee length, but she looks great overall.
They both make me irrationally angry and annoyed for some reason.
But I will say, although she looks far too tan, she looks good and well put together. Ryan? yeah caking make up on the gerbil face isn’t going to make things better.

Never seen her in anything before so I never go the fuss. Then just recently watched the Green Lantern.
She is so bland and vanilla! It took ages to realise it was her. Her looks and her acting are as bland pudding as you can get.

Bump watch is completely gross…but it’s not like we can do exciting new project watch with her. At least Ryan is going to have a film with Atom Egoyan next year. Very smart move for him.
The look isn’t very exciting, but she always does well in a pencil skirt.

Also, now THAT (BL) is an incredible Hollywood body. She looked pretty too (I saw better photos else where), the ‘natural beachy’ look suits her.

Blake’s body is incredible. Her face… Meh. I feel the same exact way about her husband. So, they are a perfect match!
I think Blake looks great but definitely way too tan. I love RR and always think he looks fantastic! By the way, why are we still making these distinctions between half and whole siblings?? The guy is Blake’s brother and the kids are her nephews, end of story.
I thought it was just me. In the black community, we never use the term “half sibling”. It’s so unnecessary.

Ryan is listed at 6′ 2 and usually looks it. His brother must be super tall.
This is the best I’ve seen BL look.
Don’t like his suit at all, or the colour combinations going on. A rare miss for him lately. He looked v cute and preppy at the Today Show earlier.
I agree that Blake’s outfit looked better with the slinky cardigan. I don’t like nude colour patent, but they don’t look bad here (they look miserable to walk in, though.) Like her understated makeup and casual hair style.

I think inviting munchin relatives to the premier… And letting them walk the red carpet with them is super sweet. What a thrill for the kiddos! I’m not a fan , but love that they didnt try to make themselves the entire focus.

I really like her skirt. I’ve noticed since she got married, it’s no more Boobs Leggsly – it’s either/or. Ryan’s influence?
Either way, she looks good, and happy. I don’t think that’s a bump – it’s just the stiffness of the skirt plus the jewel thingies on top making it protrude, I think. It’s funny, but to me, now that she’s lost some weight, it seems very obvious to me that she has implants (I couldn’t tell before).
I know she’s not the world’s greatest thespian, by far, but I kind of like Blake, especially when she does more comedic stuff. She has a certain liveliness (heh) and charm about her that I enjoy seeing on-screen.
I totally agree. She is certainly much more conservative since becoming Mrs Reynolds. I like her look, she looks well put together.

I like the sparkly part of the skirt. I think it looks weird from the back. Don’t like it with the top, either with or without the cardy. The color seems off. (As is hers. She’s a pretty girl, but the orange tan = blech.)

The bra showing so clearly through the shirt is killing the look. Some bras look pretty when they poke out — this one looks utilitarian. I like the skirt and I like his suit, but not his shirt or tie. Without their slim figures, I doubt we would consider either of these two super attractive, but they seem like a nice couple.
Something about her face looks off — her face doesn’t move and looks too stiff — like she over-botoxed.

Blake’s styling is awful. Her hair looks unwashed and her clothes trashy. Ryan’s styling is also terrible. Michelle looks great.

Am I the only woman in the world who thinks Ryan Reynolds isn’t very attractive? And his personality is very obnoxious but I guess the girls find him very attractive.
He is my least favorite Ryan. The others Ryan’s Gosling, Phillippe,Seacrest, dumb lochte are way more attractive and charming.

I think they both look ok, but I’m so over her gossip girl hairstyle. IMO it’s a bit long & scraggly, & you’d think after wrapping the series she’d want to change her hairstyle a bit. She has a long face & loooong chin so I think it’d look cute if she cut a few inches off the bottom & add some fullness around her face. Otherwise she’s heading into Jennifer Aniston territory with her hair.
The outfit fits her figure perfectly.
