Not about eating though. But with Joel Madden.
Nicole Richie and boyfriend Joel Madden are currently house hunting in Los Angeles - just three months after the pair began dating. The star pleaded not guilty yesterday to a charge of driving while under the influence and faces up to a year in jail if convicted of a second DUI.
Richie, who lives in a West Hollywood condominium, and Good Charlotte singer Madden, who has a house in suburban Glendale, are searching for a new home to live in together.
A source tells Us Weekly, “Nicole hasn’t moved in with him yet…but they are looking at places.”
Wow, three months and they’re already contemplating moving in together. Call me old fashioned, but what the freaking hell? I mean how long do you think it will *really* last? This is Hollywood. Perhaps it’s the ultimate comfort knowing that Joel is going to finally get steady ass after being with the Virginal Duff. Or it could be Nicole knowing that she has a place to come home to after prison. Who knows?
Maybe this will be beneficial for Joel Madden. Maybe he’ll start writing good songs. Maybe Nicole Richie will start eating again. Maybe I’m effin’ delusional.

Nicole is going to get celebrity justice - just like all of Hollywood. The laws that you and I live by do not apply to those with money and fame out in California.

I totally agree with you Viv - 3 months, hello, you are still in the honeymoon evreything’s great period. You’ve got to give a relationship a little more time (and folks in Hollywood should be especially cautious).

I am getting sick and tired of wannabe celebs with rich parents getting the OJ dream team type lawyers to get them off scott free. But alas, this is what is going to happen. She will get 20 hours of community service working behind the Lancome counter at Neiman Marcus.

Nicole Ritchie is not worried about her little driving mishap at all….. girlfriend here has a freaking rap sheet behind her, and nothing really happened. she was hooked on heroin and did a britney type stint at a rehab camp in arizona.
now that i think about it, can you imagine how many celebs have been in drug / alcholol / psychiatric hosiptal / rehab? there is a very large community out there that has been down this road before.
