As if having to be repeatedly naked in front of blubber repository Vince Vaughn wasn’t punishment enough, those naked pics from The Breakup made it onto Perez Hilton’s site. And as the blogosphere notes, Perez Hilton gets a gajillion hits a day. Divide it by two boobs and that’s half a gajillion per Anistit. A lawsuit has ensued.
Perez Hilton is being sued for displaying a topless pic of Aniston, taken from the set of the Break-Up. Universal is claiming he didn’t take it down when he was asked to. Perez Hilton’s lawyer is saying that he did and Universal is pursuing the lawsuit because Aniston doesn’t love the way Perez depicts her on his site.

Fat Man Faced Pink-alike, Perez and his lawyer are taking the old “checks in the mail” excuse — inverting it (a natural enough move) and claiming they didn’t get it.
“Apparently, Universal’s notice was sent somewhere in Arizona rather than to our client directly and when our client received direct notice, in good faith our client removed the picture notwithstanding the right to the fair use of the photograph.
And then following up with the ‘she’s just a hata and a tranny‘ legal strategy. Its like Rumpole of Gayley is in charge of the Hilton defense.
“Our client questions whether this lawsuit was in fact motivated by Ms. Aniston as a result of her disdain for viewpoints expressed about her on the site,” Freedman continued, referring to the fairly catty tone Hilton, 28, generally takes when commenting on the former Friends star, going so far as to refer to her as “Maniston.”
Well I guess we’ll see who’s the bigger man as the story evolves.

The photos were posted in SEVERAL gossip blogs!! So why this UGLY chick ONLY suing perez hilton??, because she has a grudge toward him; because he give her the nickname: MANISTON!!
So it seems that Maniston does read the gossip blogs, but hey i don’t blame her, because she has NO HUSBAND, NO CHILDRENS & NO MOVIES in the making!! So i guess this how she kills time!!

i never read perez little weiner shrinking violet’s webpage.
he does suck, and i didnt like the drawings he likes to do on the pictures of white cum coming out of everyones mouth. that grossed me out. i dunno, his page is sucky. i went there like two times and that was about it. no big deal. theres a lot of other blogs out there that i do like. -
