There’s nothing professional douchebag Spencer Pratt loves more than making a scene. And what better way to create unnecessary drama than punching your sister’s ex-boyfriend in the face? That’s exactly what Pratt did this past Saturday when he ran into Cameron Huston. Spencer beat his sister’s ex bloody at club Coco de Ville in West Hollywood. Pratt’s always seemed like the type whose anger could quickly turn violent if given the opportunity. And that’s exactly what happened – leaving Huston a bloody mess.
The Hills hath no fury like the brother of a woman scorned! Spencer Pratt stepped up to defend the honor of his dumped sis, Stephanie, on a night out in L.A. — and left her ex a bloody mess!
After months of bitter fights and makeup cuddles, Stephanie was dumped by her boyfriend, Cameron Huston, an aspiring actor who appeared briefly on The Hills.
Things got hostile at swanky West Hollywood lounge Coco de Ville on Jan. 17 when Spencer spotted Cameron and immediately started a heated argument.
After 10 minutes of shouting, an eyewitness says Spencer lost it and smashed his sister’s ex in the face!
“Cameron had to be taken to a local hospital,” a witness tells Star. “There was blood; there was screaming. It was a major scene.”
One that easily could have been avoided, according to Cameron’s mom. Cica Huston tells Star exclusively, “Spencer’s attack was completely unprovoked.”
Cameron was recuperating at home on Jan. 18. But though his wounds may be healing, it’s certain that the drama with Spencer has only begun!

Who knows if this was totally legit or drummed up for “The Hills.” There’s no mention of cameras there, and it sounds like there was just one – very painful – take. So it’s probably asshole Spencer just being who he is, and thinking he has a right to do whatever he pleases. He’s probably upset that most people aren’t buying his cheesy photo ops with Heidi anymore, and no one cares about the whole “are they/aren’t they married” thing.
The guy is easily the most hated person in Hollywood. He makes Brandon Davis look like a prince. No wonder he’s angry. His life is such a pathetic mess, and it’s clear he was itching for a fight and looking for someone to take it all out on. I’m sure in due course Spencer will be on the receiving end of a few punches too.

Jeez, Spencer Pratt actually beating up another guy? It must have been Bobby Trendy. No ‘real man’ would allow that le douche (Spencer) beat him down.
Why is Perez Hilton in those pix? How sad and pathetic he’s become, as well. You give him a little fame and money, and now.. he’s associating with the very people he once wrote trash about. Such a hypocrite.

This guy gets a gold medal for touching Spencer (his face did meet Spencer’s hand) and not get the plague or leperism or something just as nasty.

Spencer is so Christian Bales character from American Psycho. If he truly is his “reality tv self”, he’s an emotionally abusive man, with the potential to turn incredibly violent given the right cirucmstance. He makes my skin crawl. He and his robo-barbie make me sick.

I agree with all of you who said how embarassing it is for the guy who got done in by Spencer “Baby Douchebag” Pratt. I bet his pride hurts a lot more than his face right now. I don’t usually condone any kind of violence, but I hope the guy retaliates. I would love to see a pic (as we surely would) of Baby Douchebag all bloodied up, swollen nose and black eyes. That and being together with Heidi who would inevitably keep touching his face anyway, thus prolonging the pain, would be a cool punishment.

He’s very “Dexter” to me…which I don’t say to insult Dexter.
I mean that he’s so fake…so plastic. Everything is set up to be perfect and keep him from looking abnormal. But one day he gets angry and BAM.
