Cara Delevingne: ‘I’m done with boys – all they care about is their willies’

The first time I ever wrote about Cara Delevingne, it was January of this year and there was a rumor going around that Harry Styles had dumped Taylor Swift (which was true) because he wanted to get with Cara. Cara and Harry have apparently had some on-and-off hook-ups for a while, and I believe they have the same group of friends and party together frequently. Back in January, I thought the match would be pretty smart. Nowadays I’m all about it. Seriously, they would be perfect together. And UK sources are saying that it’s been on between them for “months”. All of this follows a random sighting of Cara and Harry out together, catching a show of The Book of Mormon.

One Direction star Harry Styles has been secretly dating stunning model Cara Delevingne, it was claimed last night.

The couple were allegedly spotted together at the theatre last week and there is growing speculation the romance may have been going on for months.

Pictures on Twitter appear to show them sitting in the dress circle for a performance of Book of Mormon in London’s West End.

Harry is on his phone as the blonde beside him, believed to be Cara, sips a drink.

According to showbiz sources, they were laughing and whispering in each other’s ear.

It is not the first time they have been linked. In 2012 Harry, 19, was seen supporting 21-year-old Cara at a Burberry fashion show.

Around the same time he was also spotted driving her in his car.

But Cara, pictured in London this week showing off the latest trend for laddered stockings, recently insisted: “I’m done with boys – all they care about is their willies.”

[From The Mirror]

Let me double-check their ages… Harry is 19, Cara is 21. He’s a relatively mature 19 year old and she’s a relatively immature 21 year old. I’d say that they’re probably pretty perfect for each other, even if her people think he’s “too downmarket” for her image. I really want this to happen, mostly because I don’t want Cara to rub her eyebrows all over someone I actually do like. As for her quote – “I’m done with boys – all they care about is their willies” – we all feel that way sometimes, honey. Then we look at photos of Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy and Clive Owen.

Here’s the Twitter photo of Harry and Cara at The Book of Mormon:

    “BOYS”.

  2. Ok says:

Unless Cara is going to grow a penis, she would not be “perfect” for Harry

  3. Nev says:

    Harry!!! SWOON.

  4. Alexis says:

This chick is a raging party girl (druggie) who the press keeps trying to make “happen”. She kind-of different looking, I like her eyebrows. Other than that, meh.

    • Annie says:

She already IS happening. She’s the face of Burberry, Chanel, Fendi, among others. You name it. Just last month she was on the cover of like three magazines at the same time. I hadn’t seen people lose their shit over a model since Giselle Bundchen in 2000.

    • Pink says:

Harry is quite the druggie himself going by that crowd he attached himself to (Grimshaw and friends).

      No boyscout that one.

    • Sixer says:

Every time I see her, I just think “Tara Palmer-Tomkinson”.

  5. Lindy79 says:

Anyone who uses the term “willies” is too young mentally to be around any.

  6. Emily C. says:

I’ve never felt “that way”. But then, I bet Cara has run-ins with some of the absolute worst, the wealthy model-trawlers who don’t give a damn about women because they’ve been socialized not to. The Leonardo DiCaprios of the world. If she went to a normal state college, she’d find plenty of good young men who treat women well and care about the world.

    • Cyndi says:

      Haha…maybe at Brigham Young. XD
But then they ask you to get married after 3 dates so they can have it. (o; (jk to any lds commenters)

      • Emily C. says:

        Er, no.

I feel bad for women who apparently have constantly run with the wrong kind of man. What kind of circles do they travel in, that this is what they end up thinking of men, that this is the kind of man they keep encountering? It is NOT normal.

    • Lila says:

At many colleges, “hook-up” culture is rampant. Maybe it depends on where in the U.S. you live…I don’t know. I graduated from college 10 years ago and that was pretty much the norm at my school. It was actually difficult to find a guy who wanted more than just a casual hook-up situation.

  7. Meaghan says:

There is no questioning that isn’t her; her lion tattoo is a dead giveaway.

  8. Trudy says:

She is a known lesbian, currently sleeping with Rihanna out of many other chicks.

    • Alexis says:

I know, right?! She’s linked to more chicks than dudes.

      • Trudy says:

I have never heard of her with a guy other than these fake ones with Harry styles, its always her and girls. I may be one of the few but I really like her eyebrows … also her intense eyes. But the girl loves women. Im not even sure if she is bi sexual.

    • Dawn says:

Yes I heard about the Rhi incident where they were pretty open about it at an after part at NY Fashion week.

  9. shelley says:

    they are both unattractive people

  10. Amelia says:

I have nothing constructive to say except I *really* want to see The Book of Mormon!!

    • Lindy79 says:

It is AMAZING. Saw it in NY in May, the husband was very skeptical as he hadn’t heard anything about it and the tickets were pretty silly money but he loved it.

    • Ally8 says:

      It’s surprisingly sweet and hilarious.

The treatment of the African characters might be the most contentious part of the show.

“Turn It Off” is definitely my favorite song in the show, but “I Believe” is pretty great, too.

  11. Sulu says:

There is nothing attractive about this girl.

  12. marina says:

I really don’t get the whole unattractive model thing. I guess Kate Moss was the first and how she became a supermodel still baffles me. This girl is not beautiful or interesting at all. She looks boring and suburban, but I guess that’s who Burberry wants.

    • Melissa says:

100% agree – I remember when Kate Moss came on the scene and I was like, ??? Same thing with this one (and Gisele, for that matter, and many of them now) – not attractive at all.

I guess I should look on the bright side – although they may be skinnier, I’m prettier than 95% of today’s models!

  13. Suzy says:

Too bad he loves Louis & she is dating Rita Ora. It’s a match made in PR heaven, but 100% not true.

  14. Mew says:

Well, boys only do care about their willies… 19 or 69 years old, they’re exactly the same. It’s a misconception to think they change – they might act like it but deep inside, they’re boys and their willies and that’s it.

    • DeltaJuliet says:

It’s true. And a bit pathetic. *eyeroll*

    • Emily C. says:

This is totally, utterly, and 100% wrong. Also, it only perpetuates women thinking they can’t do any better, and the worst kind of men getting away with crap over and over again. I don’t know what men you’ve known in your life; obviously you’ve had a really bad time of it. But that is not the way the entire world is.

      • Sloane Wyatt says:

        Agreed, Emily.

IMHO, Mew, (and I’m not saying this is you) if you buy into our culture’s hypersexualization of girls and dress & act accordingly, then you get the bottom feeders. The rest of the men and boys are wonderful, thrilling, and are not sexual infants “that only care about their willies”.

I hope you take another look at all the absolutely terrific men out there!

      • Tara says:

Ita. It is about standards (how you insist on being treated) coupled with expectations (what behavior you insist upon) that matter. If you spend time with immature sods what kind of treatment do you expect? If your experience includes lots of disappointing treatment from men then it is time for an honest look at why you are subconsciously drawn to damaged people.
There are so many wonderful, charismatic, caring, emotionally available men out there. If we, as women, tell ourselves that men are dogs then we give ourselves an excuse to settle for whatever we can get our hands on. No thank you.

    • Nicolette says:

Precisely. It’s like they all have a perpetual 13 year old trapped inside their bodies. And many of them seem to use the wrong head to think with.

  15. val says:

Hm, don’t blame her. Having thought myself to be bi-sexual since I was 13, and now at the age of 24, I’m pretty sure I’m lesbian. Boys..men, same difference They don’t grow up. Give me a girl anytime…and well I’d take her, she’s so damn cute!

    • Sabrine says:

A 19 year old? All they think about is their willies as I recall from my teenage years. An older man at least has more refinement about it

    • Dannielle says:

Agreed, Val. Been in a long term relationship with my girlfriend for 10 years now(we got together young, lol). I do my absolute best to not be sensitive about all the pro-hetero thinking everywhere, but the whole, “We’ve all felt that way, honey, just look at a picture of a man and you’ll want penis again,” kinda grosses me out as a generalization. Not all of us fall prey to body hair and deep voices. =/

  16. Reece says:

Turn your GD phones OFF…OFF in a theatre!!!
    That’s all.

  17. Holden says:

Someone probably got confused by those eyebrows and misplaced their willie.

  18. Blackwood says:

She looks like an ugly female version of Ari Koivunen. Not sure what’s so attractive about this girl that she’s considered “high fashion”, but congratulations on milking that cow while she can, because in a couple of years she will be too old to be an “it girl”.

  19. Allie says:

Noooooooooo. I love both of them but I don’t want them together. Maybe it’s because I don’t want Harry with anybody but me…..

  20. sahab says:

    his hair is so bad

  21. Jaxx says:

I predict this girl is going to be the next big deal. These pics don’t do her justice. I looked through some of her covers and she is versatile, which is perfect for high fashion. She can take on many looks but those eyes are always stunning. Oh yeah, she’ll be around a long time.

Here’s a link of some of her photos:

    http://www.stormmodels.com/CaraDelevingne.html

    • Trudy says:

Thats why she is such a big deal, she can be made u in anyway they want her, Isnt that the basis of modelling, not who you are but who they want you to be.

      • Felice says:

She’s no way 5’9″ though. She was almost the same height as Alber Elbaz and he’s 5’5″ But she does photograph beautifully.

  22. WendyNerd says:

I can’t judge men. I’ve too much time reading dirty fanfics (yeah, I know) and googled imaged searched phrases fitting the [Name] shirtless/naked category to do so without being a hypocrite.

  23. I Choose Me says:

Okay, I just checked out some editorial and Vogue fashion pics of her and I get why she’s happening. IMO, she has ‘it.’ She brings it and can do many different looks with seeming ease.

    Thanks for the link Jaxx.

  24. 20 Quid says:

Harry Styles, Miley Cyrus, Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez. The mainstream as always is drowning in banality. Ha. There’s my haiku for the day.

  25. magpie says:

She is a great “model” and is “it”. I think she and Harry are just friends and always have been. They are English and like to party hardy, I believe that Harry and Tay were just media and he thinks she’s way to vanilla. Harry is the Robbie Williams of Take that/1D.
