They are not the same height. Having said that, I don't give a crap if Watson is taller than Sherlock...it's not like it's going to ruin a storyline. And I quite doubt 4-inch heels were needed to make up the difference. Just more made-up crap that gets repeated as though it's truth...but that's the internet for you.
