Tom Hiddleston danced, sang a Michael Jackson song in Seoul: best thing ever?

hiddles2

I don’t want to oversell these videos, but these are possibly, probably the greatest Tom Hiddleston videos you will ever see. Tommy has been touring Asia for some advanced promotion for Thor 2: The Dark Loki. He stopped by Beijing, Hong Kong and Seoul, South Korea. It was in South Korea that Tommy went from “happy Company Man” to “He will literally do ANYTHING to promote his movie.” Which is kind of amazing. He took it to an old-school Tom Cruise level of promotional stunt, and I’m saying that with a fair share of awe.

First, Tom is doing some kind of live promotional event (is this a TV show? I have no idea) with an audience and… they ask to dance. AND HE DANCES. Like his life depends on it. Like a boy who knows how to shake his ass. Like a boy who wants to please his daddy:

OH MY GOD. I’ve watched this like ten times already. CB and I can’t get enough of it.

At the same event (I guess?), they ask him to sing. And he busts out Michael Jackson’s “Man in the Mirror”. I can’t even begin to describe the mixture of second-hand embarrassment, joy, pleasure, and weirdness this video gave me. Tom doesn’t even have a great singing voice, he’s just a world-class mimic though.

RIGHT? This is amazing. So much joy. So much embarrassment. But Tom really threw down the gauntlet for all other “company men” didn’t he? Who will even be able to top this mess when it comes to promotional work? Benedict Cumberbatch will do a lot, for sure, but I don’t see Cumby singing and dancing up a storm for any movie. Who else can beat this?

Thanks to browniecakes for the tip!

I died and went to heaven and came back just to relive it all over again.

    • ncboudicca says:

It was a thing of beauty.
I think I saw the White Man’s Overbite move trying to come out, but he shoved it back. Well done, Tommy!

      • Sixer says:

        White Man’s Overbite? Splain!

      • ncboudicca says:

Hm, I think this clip from When Harry Met Sally might help (bonus Meg Ryan pre-surgery)
        http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SJ45xJq_RgA

      • Lindy79 says:

I thought exactly the same when I saw it. Bless him, he’s fighting it!

His dancing also slightly reminded me of Eddie Murphy’s impression of white people dancing (from RAW)

      • Sixer says:

Gotcha. Thankee! I just can’t watch the video again to check though. I just can’t.

      • Miss Jupitero says:

I thought White Man Dancing as well.

      • T.fanty says:

        @Sixer,

Because I love Our Puddletom, I have yet to watch the video in it’s entirety.

All the bottom clenching I’m doing is a good workout, though. I’ll be able to crack walnuts by the time I Findlay get though it (*winks and waggles eyebrows at Cumby*).

      • Sixer says:

        @ Fanty

I am washing out my eyes with soap. Once I’ve done that, I’m going to write to Puddletom and ask him to talk some more about Shakespeare, since that seems to unleash my slutty side.

Bottom clenching, you say? I tried that with Idris once. It sent him wild.

      • EscapedConvent says:

Oh my God! I will be watching him dance for the rest of the day. That was the funniest thing I have quite possibly ever seen. It makes me love him even more.

Has anyone checked on tumblr? Just to make sure they’re all right? & can we rent him out for parties?

I have only one wish now—to see him polka. An accordion, & a polka—that’s all I want from life now.

      • curlsunited says:

I have a birthday party coming up … but I’d like to see him in a striped t-shirt and a captain’s hat with an anchor painted on his left cheek, singing “We do the Cha-Cha, we do the Rumba, but we prefer to do the Cumbia” and “Give Me Shakespeare”.

Girls, girls, girls, I need a glass of champagne.

      • Miss Jupitero says:

I just watched it, and oh my this is so bad it breaks on through to the other side and almost becomes good.

    • Liv says:

I can’t believe it, so funny! I think I might love him now. Who else would have done that?

      • Kate says:

I’ve been reading about him but now I’m totally in love..what a sweetheart

      • Jag says:

Same here! I’ve gone from adoration to full on love now. lol

He is so different from Chris that it’s simply amazing.

    • j.eyre says:

Oh Anna – I sit atop that cloud in heaven with you. I absolutely adore a man who dances.

Mr. Rochester would have totally have done this too.

Let’s go back down to Earth for one more look and then come back and feed Tommyanna grapes as we play with his hair.

      • Anna says:

Hm…could I take Mr Rochester for a spin on the dance floor afterwards?

      • j.eyre says:

I spent the evening with a group of ladies last night that remember Mr. Rochester at the last wedding we attended. He danced with all the ladies whose husbands could not make it. I swear, they had hearts in their eyes when they asked about him.

He is a fabulous dancer and you absolutely should take a spin on the dance floor with him.

    • LadySlippers says:

How has no one commented on the fact we got Batched & Stoned in such a relatively short span of time?!? Could this be detrimental to our health? Should we send out public health notice to alert the public?!???

      *wrings hands in concern*

  2. T.fanty says:

*gets organ grinder out of the closet*

    Dance, monkey, dance!

It was almost as good as the time DDL did the same, while promoting My Left Foot (oh, hold on…).

  3. allons-y alonso says:

Tom Hiddleston is without a doubt the biggest dork in the universe…. and I absolutely adore him for it.

I really hope we get a repeat this dance, preferably to Diclsoure’s ‘When a fire starts to burn’ – i think that song would be perfect for all those arms and legs

    • LadySlippers says:

He is a dork that’s for damned sure!

      Lol

    • cowgirlredd says:

someone suggested to me today that he was one of those London club-kids back in the day, based on this video. combined with his musical taste, i can see how that comparison makes sense. but how do you spend eons at the club when you’re poshing it up at eton?

    • LadySlippers says:

      Cowgirlredd,

Harry & William turned Highgrove into a club. So his group may have done something similar. Or gone to actual clubs. I’m where there’s a will there’s a way. 🙂

  4. Sixer says:

It is marginally better than allowing himself to be garlanded with roses and galloping around with demented fans upon his back. That last gave me some very worrying thoughts about Dick III and his hump. He had scoliosis, dontchaknow. Dick, not Tom (or Harry).

I am feeling positive towards PuddleTom at the moment. But because I feel horribly sorry for him. Not because I like his marshwiggle-on-acid dancing videos.

And this has led me to the startling realisation that I find him hotter when I hate him. Pity does not an aphrodisiac make.

    • Anna says:

OMG, I would love him covered in nothing but garlands galloping on a unicorn across a meadow of rainbows.

      • T.fanty says:

I’m sure you would. Did Miss Jane ever show you the unicorn pic of CHemboy?

      • Sixer says:

I don’t mind him giving YOU a piggyback, Anna. In fact, it would make me positively giddy.

      • Anna says:

Fanty – she had, and I wish I could erase it from my mind forever. Hems is a roaring lion, if anything.

        Sixer – it’s bc you’re a giver 🙂

      • Sixer says:

@ Anna – Rush is pushing $70m now, did you see? And it’s still no. 2 at the UK box office.

      • Anna says:

OH YEAH. I will be holding my breath till it crosses $100 mil globally. It will, right? It will. It hasnt even opened in Russia yet! I think I might go see it at 930am on Thirsday (its first day here) before work!

ETA – GRR no morning showtime, have to wait till after work!

      • Sixer says:

I think it will get to $100m. And I think the international take will probably get to 75%.

    • T.fanty says:

It’s the increased desire to gag and bind him that’s getting you hot, Miss Sixer. Although, to be fair, he looks pretty delicious in the pics.

      How’s the head?

      • Sixer says:

Yes. I’m lost without my gag.

I think the trick is to READ everything he ever says (because most of it makes me hate/hot him) and NEVER to press play on any video of his everevereverever.

Head good! Until the next time…

      • Lindy79 says:

I’m never going to get over the singing video.

He even does the “aaahhh” after certain lines. His accent then goes into Ronan Keating/Jack from Will & Grace doing a Cher impression territory but also squeaky and terrified sounding.
I had to walk away from my desk I was snorting so loudly.

      • Sixer says:

You may borrow my gag, Lindy. We shall never have to hear him sing.

But what to do about the dancing?

Gagged and shackled: even I can see that would be no fun.

      • Lindy79 says:

To be honest, after watching both. My vote would be the gag to block the singing first and foremost. The dancing could be attributed to a drunken night out where he’s taking the mick out of himself but the singing, oh my god the singing.

It’s like at the final of UK X Factor when they used to wheel out all the nutbars and tone deaf people to sing a Whitney Houston number. He should have just stuck with Pure Imagination.

      • T.fanty says:

Oh, that is so very funny. In his defense, though, he does believe that the children ARE our future.

Which gives me the excuse to post this:
        http://youtu.be/fOk_1ZeSBe0

      • Anna says:

I want this beast neither tamed nor bound nor gagged. Dance, my little pony, dance!

      • Lindy79 says:

        One of my favourite scenes!!
So much to love about it.

        *drops mic and spreads arms*

      • Sixer says:

Now *that* is a clip for rewatching!

      • T.fanty says:

Sexual Chocolate never gets old. I watched this three times today already.

      • Eve says:

        Ahhhh, pre-fatsuit-era Eddie Murphy…unbeatable.

  5. JJ says:

Whatever you have to do to sell a movie. LOL! He is a great Loki though and too bad he won’t get at least a cameo in Avengers 2.

    • icerose says:

Kevin Fiege kind of implied they might be considering more Loki but waiting until Thor 11 comes out before its discussed.

      • JJ says:

I hope he has not signed up for Thor 11. I doubt those movies get better. Iron Man 3 was awful!

      • tubular_trekkie says:

Thor 11? I don’t think we’re likely to get that far!
What would that one be about anyway? Thor and Loki bicker over their retirement home plans?
        (Sorry couldn’t resist 🙂 )

  6. GiGi says:

Everytime we see someone like him it really stands in stark contrast to those who begrudgingly fulfill their promotional duties. They’re contracted to do it, why not enjoy it?

This is darling, really, and much preferred to those who’d rather curl their lips and give snarling answers to journos trying to do their jobs.

  7. merski says:

I have a severe case of second hand embarrassment…. :/

    • Badirene says:

I cringed so hard I popped something in my back 🙁

      • browniecakes says:

        +1 !
He can always rent himself out as the best wedding reception date ever.

      • EscapedConvent says:

Rent-A-Date! That is the perfect job for Tommy! You take a guy to a wedding reception & he dances like this? & looks like Tommy does in a suit?

You will get invitations from people you have never heard of, just on word of mouth.

      • lunchcoma says:

He’d be an awesome fake wedding date. He’d be charming to parents and little kids, and he’d have no problem with dancing like a fool. You’d just have to keep an eye on him to make sure he didn’t bore your cousin silly by rambling on about Shakespeare.

    • Erinn says:

I get that every time I read one of his posts. Can’t bring myself to watch an actual video of him. I really don’t get the fan-girling over him. He just seems so tiring and obnoxious, and so so thirsty for fame.

      • Maureen says:

        THIS!!
I do not know know why I click on these Hiddles posts! I read them but I can’t ever bring myself to click on a video. I can’t watch a man be goofy and embarrassing. And no, Cumberbatch would never act like this. He has dignity.

      • curlsunited says:

        @Maureen: * clears throat *

Ahem. When he was on Katie Couric he said he’d like to jam with the Rolling Stones and he could dance just like Mick Jagger. I’m just saying …

      • EscapedConvent says:

It sounds like a visit to Youtube to see the dignified Cumberbatch drunk-dancing to “Thriller” might be in order….

      • Lindy79 says:

To be fair, saying it and kicking furniture while doing it are two different things.

Also Thriller was at a private event/possibly a wedding and his exes phone was hacked and the video uploaded so I don’t think they’re 100% comparable.

I don’t even think him doing his Alan Rickman on Jimmy Fallon is comparable to this. He did what he was asked on his recent Asian tour but he never danced/sang like a circus monkey.

    • QQ says:

Jesus I thought i was the only one, Like my cheeks legit got hot!!! I had to stop the singing video, that was just so much!

    • icerose says:

I am sure you second hand embarrassment will not impact on the world outside celebbitchy. It seems to have beeb weel received by the rest of the internet media.

  8. Abby says:

He’s delightful! Sure beats the hell out of how Bruce Willis promotes a movie.

    • Maureen says:

This is true, but they are two extremes of bizarre, frustrating, and embarrassing. I think there’s a nice middle ground somewhere between the two that neither of these men can seem to find.

  9. Tish says:

Yeah! Sell that movie, Tom! Sell it hard!!! God, I hope Marvel gives him a bonus for this stuff.

    • JJ says:

I bet he has to work 24/7 to promote this movie. Marvel has him by the balls. Maybe his role is bigger in Thor 2 this time. I wouldn’t mind. Maybe there is also some truth to the rumor that there was a falling out between Hemsworth and Marvel.

  10. Greata says:

I love him for always coming to play! Go Baby Go!

    • icerose says:

Love him because he just entertains and does not patronise.
He has great co-ordination and his enthusiasm just shines trough. The singing just felt like it was in the wrong key for him. Bring back the Bare Necessities.

  11. ncboudicca says:

That blue haze in the background of the first photo is really bringing out his eyes (and I think he knows it).

    • EscapedConvent says:

I thought the same. That blue & green backdrop looks glorious on him.

      • icerose says:

I was just glad to be able to see what all the fuss was about his dancing. Everyone he works with especially around the Avengers time says he is a great dancer so I have been curious to see why.
And a man who dances beats grumpy old man any day.

  12. Samtha says:

It’s somehow embarrassing and endearing at the same time.

I wonder if he feels he has to make up for Hemsworth’s lack of promo.

  13. Jade says:

And just like that… I love him again!

Him dancing + those pants = sexy times!

  14. Lindy79 says:

I’m cringing SO MUCH, the power stance, the kicking of the chair, the defiant face, the praying arms over the head, yet ….I kind of think, as someone said, he’s having fun and I’d take this x1000 over Bruce Willis being a grumpy fecker.

If I was in a club with him I’d like t think he and I would be roaring with laughter.

The comments here are amazing as always

  15. blue marie says:

he reminds me of a smarmy cat

  16. serena says:

LOL he’s awesome, but I was embarassed for him. Still, I love him, what can I do sigh.

  17. yeueh says:

Someone commented that he dances like a sim lol

  18. Leah says:

Oh dear! More silliness from Tom, so much second hand embarrassment for him. By the way its so over the top with him on this site, every little thing he does apparently warrants a post. Is it really needed? How about you had covered Chiwetel and his girlfriend instead? Even the daily mail has caught on to chiwetel now!

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2460577/Chiwetel-Ejiofor-attends-12-Years-A-Slave-screening-girlfriend-Sari-Mercer.html

    • Sixer says:

Lordy, but Chiwetel is HOT. Is there any news on what’s happening with the film of Half of a Yellow Sun? That’s one of my favouritest books of recent years.

      • Leah says:

I love that book too. I am actually a bit nervous about the movie because i love the book so much.
It premiered in toronto last month and its at the london film festival this week i think. Not heard anything about general release.

      • Sixer says:

It would be awful if it were to be disappointing – still, I so want to see it.

    • Ncboudicca says:

He looks fantastic in that suit. Who is the girlfriend, she’s hanging on him like her life depends on it – maybe because her shoes look incredibly painful.

      • icerose says:

Chiwetel has passion and integrity -I love him to bits. Half of the Yellow Sun has had some good reviews.

But I still have plenty of room for Tom and his boundless energy and enthusiasm. He just knows how to make the publicity circuit buzz with joy.
I would have loved to have seen them both in Othello

    • GiGi says:

There are posts about him for the same reason there are posts about Kimye – they drive traffic and boost revenue – this is a business, after all 🙂

  19. kaisei says:

He said once his singing was compared to a strangling cat, not far from wrong. But I praise his courage.

The dancing, he’s a bit rigid maybe? He looked much more fluid in that other old video of him dancing.

  20. Dhavynia says:

I love his impersonation of Owen Wilson as Loki, he nailed it there

  21. Hello Kitty says:

I think I love Hiddles even more now. I think he has comedic timing and feeds off of a live audience, and he would do a decent job hosting SNL. Can’t be worse than Daniel Craig. Can we make this happen? Hiddles for SNL host?????

    • Samtha says:

He would be GREAT on SNL. Especially with all the impersonations he does.

    • icerose says:

What amazed me was how knowledgeable he was on films. Every country he went to he was able to rattle off his favourite director and their films.

      • Kate says:

I’m pretty sure he (and/or his people) did his research beforehand re: films/directors/culture just so he can be as pleasing as possible to the hordes of screaming fans.

        He knows what’s up.

    • Vera says:

      Yes to SNL.

  22. flower says:

    Trained seal act again, lol.

The great wall pictures are cute, I must admit that.

  23. Feebee says:

I think the first ‘wow’ from the female host sums it up. A strange mix of feelings. Mostly, ‘wow’ I can’t believe you just did that. You know you don’t have to go that far, right?

What does this do for Hemsworth? Does he even bother showing up at this point, he can’t compete. Or does he need to save Tom from himself?

On the flip side of embarrassment is… Pride? Maybe not quite but a sense of it being okay because god bless him, he’s selling it!

    • icerose says:

Kevin Fiege was singing his praises saying he had carried three films and and gave the impression they might not have finished with Loki as yet. Although part of me wants him to break away from Loki for a bit.

The last week his energy and warmth has been amazing.

  24. CookiesandCream says:

Tom’s dancing always makes me smile.

  25. curlsunited says:

Goodness, I’m in stitches! Wow! Yukata-Batch, brace yourself!

I stopped by for a low calorie virtual snack to go with my afternoon cappuccino, but watching this has sped up my metabolism to such an extent that I’m going to skip gym tonight. I just wish I had been at the Elton John concert, where Tommy and Benny were spied letting their hair down.

  26. browniecakes says:

    Dear Chris Hemsworth –
We know you are successful with interventions, so we’re appealing to you. Tom needs help. See Celebitchy post Tom Hiddleston #2,957, ‘Seoul Man’ for reference. It is dorktastic. Tom’s usual blather must not translate into Korean. Before he ends up opening up shopping malls in his Loki costume when he is 60, something must be done. Hint – first step, get Feige away from him, he seems to be holding a Loki centric movie over Tom’s head.
P.S. loved seeing your butt in Rush.
    Thank you.

    • CookiesandCream says:

I believe Chris may be doing most of his promotion work here in North America. Tom has more of a pull on the international level.

      • browniecakes says:

Expect Chris and Natalie on The Graham Norton show. I’d love it if TH were there too, but someone might say ‘Shakespeare’ and boom, we’ve got a two-parter, unheard of in talk show land.

    • Sixer says:

Oh! There is something wrong with me for sure. I’m quite the excited Sixer just thinking of a wizened TommyAnne cutting mall opening ribbons with specially sharpened Loki horns. I can see it now. The Loki-Shakespeare Shopping Emporium.

      • T.Fanty says:

*whips out my credit card and dons my best shopping kaftan and hat (does anyone still wear a hat?)*

      • Sixer says:

If you’re wearing a kaftan AND a hat, I’m wearing my extra special pulling pants. They’re sky blue pink with purple dots. Wizened Puddletom will break walker speed records in his haste to get at me.

      • ncboudicca says:

Oh my, I think I’ll need to reserve the Shady Oaks Senior Living Community Bus for that!

      • Sixer says:

I’m saving my easy-unlock-for-arthritic-fingers ball gag especially for this charabanc.

  27. tubular_trekkie says:

OK, I watched them. I don’t know how I managed it in all honesty.
Everything Kaiser has written above is spot on. And I’m still trying to work out how something so dorky, so silly and so embarrassing can be so attractive. Nope, I really don’t get it, at all.

    • Miss Jupitero says:

      Perfect!

      • tubular_trekkie says:

Nah, I’m just flummoxed. 😉 Embarrassment and cringing don’t seem to be compatible with enjoyment and attraction, but somehow they are in these clips. That’s what I can’t fathom. Adorkable is the word, I guess 🙂

      • Miss Jupitero says:

Actually, that was for Browniecakes, but my iPhone slipped! But you too are perfect!

  28. break says:

The BBC’s Henry IV parts 1&2 and Henry V (hollow crown series) are on TV in North America this month. Hiddleston is amazing… and shirtless… and way better looking than I’ve seen him anywhere else. Shakespeare looks very good on him (and Jeremy Irons!)

    • browniecakes says:

TH had a ‘Henry V’ beard in Australia earlier this month. Like his dignity, seems to be gone now. I miss it.

    • EscapedConvent says:

I think he looked gorgeous in Hollow Crown too. The hair length was lovely & lets some of his natural wave show. He is just a pretty pretty boy, but I think maybe looked his best there.

  29. kpist says:

I think he’s great, in all his dorky glory

  30. JuliaGulia says:

I think he’s a bit of a sweetheart after watching these, gotta be honest! He’s a ‘please others’ personality type by nature I think. I can sympathise 🙂

  31. Coolbeans says:

This my first post on this site, which I enjoy immensely. Comments are especially entertaining.
    Hi folks!

I find this a creepy 10 on the dancing bear scale.
TH doesn’t really seem aware of himself in these kinds of situations, which admittedly is kind of charming. Kaiser presents this as a quality though, and I am not sure if I agree with this.
Did this kind of stuff happen pre-internet, before memes and AU fanfics and such? It seems like the alternate realities of actors’ public personas are morphing into an insane level of gimmicky character circus.
I would love to hear opinions …

    • T.Fanty says:

      Hello and welcome!

I’m sure actors did stupid stuff in Korea before the internet – now it’s just available for all to see.

What I find fascinating about social media is the way in which personalities are constructed around what we get. We do it on a light-hearted level, but on hardcore fan sites, this kind of availability allows people to not only develop an entire theory of a celeb, but use that to simulate an intimacy that sometimes goes SO far. I think it’s become much harder to be a celeb, because the public is so much more media-savvy and able to access so much more about their icons. It’s fascinating.

    • Lindy79 says:

I’m sure Fanty is right, also we just have more access and ability to instantly record and put online within seconds now. What is put out there, at public events isn’t solely controlled by the media outlets, anyone with a camera phone can film and upload so there’s no filter.
Don’t even get me started on celebs with Twitter who respond to fans…

Ive been thinking that maybe Hiddles was going for a RDJ @ CC 2012 vibe.
      http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c4OHn77YNZI

The big difference being that RDJ is a huge hitter and it never looks like he’s doing something unless he wants to. I genuinely think he controlled every aspect of that entrance unlike Hiddles who was given some dodgy electro-pop to dance to and decided to flail (albeit in an endearing way)

      • Coolbeans says:

It is a two-way stream, and probably so tempting to respond to fans in this way, instant adoration guaranteed. Like a little fix, maybe?

Admirable to go the Hiddle route, takes some serious good nature. Look at poor Pattinson, for instance.

    • Sixer says:

      Welcome from me, too!

What Fanty said and also, there’s the downside that their sins are found out more easily, now, too.

    • GiGi says:

      Welcome 🙂

Despite the recent accusations of “all our fangirling” – we’re a pretty light bunch… I don’t think anyone here is naming their eggs in wait of Hiddlesperm.

I enjoy funny men who don’t mind a little self-deprecation here and there… or self-flagellation either for that matter (dear god, remember Paul Bettany as Silas in The Da Vinci Code? Hot.)

      • T.Fanty says:

You know, I wanted to, but sadly, my ovaries exploded and there’s nothing left anymore but two slightly achy holes at the end of my fallopian tubes. #tumblrproblems

      • EscapedConvent says:

        @Fanty,

Fanty, that ovary thing really can be annoying. I am calling the surgeon to get my ovaries back so that they *can* explode. Because I feel left out.

    • LadySlippers says:

      Hello & Welcome!

First, I’m going to stand up for TH. The Asian sense of humour is VERY campy & wacky. My guess is he was trying to appeal to that. Lol

      Hope that helps. 🙂

      • T.Fanty says:

Oh, we all love our TommyAnne. He’s the gift that keeps on giving.

      • browniecakes says:

Ladyslippers – Good to know. It does help me not watch the vids through my fingers. So someone coached TH to do these things?!

      • LadySlippers says:

No idea about coaching at all.

To me, it shows he understands his audience. That’s a good thing in this day and age of a global community.

Watch it again and laugh. Asians ADORE silly, campy things. You should see how they are on their morning TV programs. Lol. It’s *nothing* like American morning shows.

Has anyone seen the wacky physical challenges from Japan?!? Where people make complete and total fools out of themselves on TV?!? That’s Asian humour right there. And Tom succeeded admirably.

    • Leah says:

I agree. For me his gimmickry is too much. I have only ever seen him in one movie ( Thor) and i think its gonna be hard for me to see him and not think of this singing ( frankly he cant sing) and dancing cabaret act TommyAnne that excises on the internet. Its actually making me take him less seriously as an actor. I prefer my actors too be more private and not over share so much. I love someone who keeps you guessing and hasnt got too much of a tabloid persona that interfers with their work. Thats said as a tabloid persona he is involuntary hilarious and frequently cringe inducing.

      • LadySlippers says:

To me, this was a spot-on way to appeal to the Asian sense of humour. And he nailed it. Like BIG TIME. Remember — he wants to market both himself and his film to the very lucrative Asian market, this is text-book on how to appeal as ‘one of them’.

The Asian sense of humour doesn’t always appeal well OR translate to Westerners. Different places call for different responses.

Although, I do understand where you’re coming from.

      • Atlanta says:

@ladyslippers He is always like this, its not something confined to the asian market. Sigh.

      • LadySlippers says:

This (IMO) is a bit more over the top than his usual self. He’s a dork! Lol

    • Flower says:

Promotion still happened in the “good ole’ days”, but not where it was documented every five seconds on twitter. Disasters still happened, take Michael jackson and the Pepsi commercial, and the accidental fire. 1984, it was reported in the papers and on tv, imagine if the net had existed, it would have been on twitter in 2.1 seconds with the hashtag “MJ becomes a dancing torch”.

As for Tom, yeah he’s a dork/promo doll/Marvel tool, but I hope with this trip he just had fun, got some poon tang and whatever else he could carry away in a gift bag.

  32. Allison says:

Now, I’m not the best at lip reading, but I’m pretty sure his ass cheeks said “Reddit THIS, Cumberbatch” while he was getting his Molly Ringwald on.

  33. Naddie says:

Oh my. I saw both videos yesterday (couldn’t click on the singing one, still can’t) and, well, I cringed. He’s definetly the idiot I say he is, but a cute idiot, an endearing idiot, and I love him. But he needs a serious down-to-earth woman (me) who helps him to control all this dorkness.

  34. Londongal says:

I was having the most appalling day ever and then I saw this. And it made me giggle like a tosser at my desk. I fuuxking *love* how un-embarrassed he is! He’s such a loveable long limbed dork!

  35. Grant says:

He can actually kind of dance!

  36. Froop says:

This isn’t really a Thor 2 promo tour so much as a Hiddles sing-and-dance-athon. Cringey but he needs the PR more than anyone else in the whole cast so he’s more than willing to go along with it.

  37. roxy750 says:

I just divorced my husband and married this fun loving guy without even meeting him in a span of 5 minutes in my head. I just became a fan thanks to these videos. What a great guy!

  38. EscapedConvent says:

There’s only one way he could top this now—-I want to see Hiddles—Gangnam Style. I’m dead serious.

I realize it’s old news now, but to see Tommy horse-dance? I don’t think anything would make me happier.

    • Janey says:

Your wish is Tommy’s command – he’ll be gangnam styling by days end, I would put actual pounds on that.

      • EscapedConvent says:

I hope Heaven is listening, Janey. Whoever is in charge of fulfilling wishes & dreams in the dance category….I hope they’re listening. 😉

    • TheyPromisedMeBeer says:

Oh EsCon, you know Tommy reads these things.

You’ll find a video of it on Twitter by tomorrow night, Pacific Time.

  39. Emily C. says:

I love him. That is all.

  40. K-Rock says:

Best post of the week! When he got so into it on the dance clip that he knocked over a chair, I knew from that point on we were in for something awesome! Awwwh poor thing is trying so hard. It almost looked like the guy that was getting his feet shot at with a gun while the shooter is yelling “Dance! Dance”

The MJ clip: I will keep my thoughts to myself.

Is there anything this guy WON’T do?

    • browniecakes says:

Loves the fans, TH almost teared up when they chanted ‘Loki’ .

    • EscapedConvent says:

I confess—-someone shooting at his feet yelling “Dance! Dance!” popped into my head, too, among other silly scenarios.

  41. FW says:

Wow this post made my (horrible in any way) day today!thank you ladies! Again feeling strangely proud to see Tom’s photo taken in MY TOWN Beijing although the content is related to Korea.

As a Chinese fan, I’m extremely jealous of all the fan activities offered in Korea while only secretively selected fans in Beijing got to meet Tom. All kinds of scandals are going on in China social media. So thank CB for giving me refugee. I love it here!

BTW, Hugh Jackman is also in Beijing today. Awesome premiere for Wolverine2 in China. Hugh is sooooo hot!

  42. GeeMoney says:

The dance video was hysterical… it’s nice to see that Tom has some rhythm.

I made it about 5 seconds into “Man In the Mirror” before I pressed stop. He should have rapped a verse from “Miami” by Will Smith or something. That would have sounded better.

  43. mena says:

At first, I was super embarrassed for Tom, but it seems like PR these days – no matter what country – is all about the actors “letting their hair down” & getting goofy.

Every talk show in America has silly segments where the actors join in.

Cumby was just on Jimmy Fallon, reciting hip hop lyrics as Alan Rickman. Oscar-winner Sandra Bullock was rapping on Jonathan Ross. And how many actors have danced with a costumed horse on Craig Ferguson?

But Hiddles has raised the bar, for sure. Tom is on the other side of the world and Entertainment Weekly has just written a piece about what he is doing there. Considering EW is likely consumed with the current TV season & the upcoming Oscar race, that’s quite an accomplishment for Tom to grab their attention.

Can’t wait to see if Cumby responds!

    • icerose says:

I agree they are all at it and at least Tom puts his heart into it and it seems to come quite easily to him to let his hair down and have some fun. I have seen far worse-cringe worthy images of stars running into the Graham Norton audience to hug fans.
Tom has a carefree style when he does stuff like this which allows him to pull it off. And so far his publicity appearances for Thor have created quite a stir.
Some of his dance moves are actually quite good-great rhythm and footwork-

  44. browniecakes says:

    http://t.co/rkHt9A98Jc

    TH taking it in.

    • pixie-stix says:

The look on his face, and Feige patting him on the shoulder…summary of what this tour has been about in one gif.

    • Lindy79 says:

I find that gif slightly more creepy than the dancing and singing combined.

  45. Mary-Rose says:

As A TommyAnne fan I was stunned when I just watched those two videos and not in a good way.
I first thought, is he drunk? Then, has he finally lost the plot? Finally, who the hell told him it was a good idea?
TommyAnne is getting further away from the humble actor that first caught my eye to a performing seal. Don’t sell your soul for fame Tommy. Don’t become an industry bunny lovelie

    • Marie says:

THIS. I don’t find these videos at all charming or endearing, but, instead, a desperate attempt for bigger and more attention. They actually make me sad because I used to really admire Tom, but his endless need for affirmation is really putting me off. He’s not on a dancefloor at a fun party in these videos. He’s feeding off the energy of screaming teens and young women and encouraging more of this kind of attention. It’s weird and slightly creepy for a grown man to court this level of very young female adoration.

      • Phi says:

Totally agree. So try hard it’s shameful.

      • icerose says:

I guess you have never been to some of the con panels/pop concerts that take place the world. Its actually pretty normal and just involves people having fun in their own way. It may not be your cup of tea but calling it creepy is about perception not fact.

      • Marie says:

Men in their 30s or older feeding off the screaming attention from very young women/teens is creepy to me, no matter who it is. Just because it’s the way some celebs behave doesn’t make it cool and charming in my view.

    • Linda L says:

ITA- my first thought was, “He’s hopped up on something.” Yes, he initially presented himself as a literate, humble person. Clearly, that was to nab an audience. This is who this guy is.
And his soul was bought and paid for by Marvel. Look, his minder is THERE, keeping watch over his employee.

Keep dancing/singing, Tom. Feige thinks a bit of your dignity is still showing.

  46. MissMary says:

I want to blame killer jet lag…

  47. Claudia says:

His promotional efforts come straight from the school of Emma Thompson, I love him for that 🙂 Well done!

  48. Lizzie says:

He is sooo embarrassing i dont even know where to start.

  49. browniecakes says:

TH will be on Korea’s SNL Oct. 19.

  50. chloe says:

You know what if he wants to go out and act like a big dork to help promote a movie good for him. He looks like he’s enjoying himself and he’s probably ma king the producers of this movie very happy for going over and above unlike his lunkhead co-star. I feel part of an actors job is salesman for their product and with economy these days you better work it to get my money.

    • icerose says:

I think he just likes to enjoy himself and does not really give a flying Dutchman about what people think.

Apparently he is going to do some sort of variety show over there.

Its been a great week and I finish it with Only Lovers Left Alive when we will get to see his serious side.
I love a man who knows how to enjoy himself but can manage serious and intelligent when required

      • Mary-Rose says:

If cumby was there doing a singing and dance off with Tommy. Then I take back every word I said about the videos. I’d PAY to see them do that! 😉

      • curlsunited says:

@Mary-Rose: Mmmmmh, I know exactly what you mean. Remove the chairs and send in the Flailing Octopus!

    • icerose says:

considering what they get paid they should not only dance for their supper but add in a little bit of poetry reading, fortune telling and trapeze work. t would be a darn site more interesting than some interviews.

      • Mary-Rose says:

TommyAnne’s next mission (whilst he’s in a crazy don’t give a damn mood) in an interview, answer in a silly voice(s) if the interviewee asks what he’s doing, give them dirty looks.
        That would top cumby

  51. Mean Hannah says:

I have never seen TH in anything – and I never click on his videos, tweets, etc. but I do enjoy all the commentaries on his posts. I may have to go home and watch the dancing. BTW, Korean shows always make people sing and dance and you don’t have a choice – unless you are a huge star.

    • browniecakes- says:

Good to know Mean Hannah. It gives these videos some context we may be able to live with.

  52. .... says:

You can tell he’s an 80s kid by the way he’s dancing.

    • icerose says:

All the eighties kids I saw dancing to live bands you to just jump up and down like wash boards,

To me its a mixture of disco dancing, 60’s free style with some nifty footwork thrown in. But he does it with style and energy and its great.

I kinda want to see him rumba because he has some nice hip swing there.

    • Mary-Rose says:

I bet he also knows the dance moves to Macarena AND Saturday night. I hope he is proud of this if he does. Two best dance moves outside Gangam style and las ketchup

    • Sixer says:

I suppose only Brits would know what is meant if I say Agadoo…

      • tubular_trekkie says:

        “Push pineapple, shake the tree…”

        Black Lace FTW!

That really would be embarrassing 🙂

      • Lucrezia says:

“To the left, to the right, jump up and down and to the knees”

I really need more alcohol to handle this thread without cringing.

  53. Anna says:

Never understood his appeal until now. That dancing!!!

  54. Bob the Builder says:

The singing is something I had to cringe repeatedly to get through but the dancing! The dancing is magnificent! Who moves like that and why? But really, who cares, the dancing video has become my new favorite video

    • icerose says:

You and Josh from MTV need to get together as he is a big fan of “Tom’s moves”

Bad song choice but he has two movies coming up where he sings and dances so more will be revealed.

      • Bob the Builder says:

I can deal with that. Can you arrange it? hehe

He has two movies coming up where he dances? NICE! I hope they autotune him though

  55. Bob the Builder says:

Speaking of singing, I’ve come across this while discovering the mixes on that site

    http://8tracks.com/kripicoco/what-would-the-god-of-mischief-listen-to-the-loki-soundtrack

Wonder if he’d dance to that, there’s some good things to dance in there

  56. Tiffany says:

I just watched the conclusion of The Hollow Crown. The scene were he was courting Catherine, man was he sexy. I did not mine the videos. In Asia the interviews and promos are a little silly and fun. He was gamed and the folks liked it, what is the harm.

    • Mary-Rose says:

Although it showed that he can have fun, it also showed he can’t hold a note. He should stick to rapping

    • LadySlippers says:

      Tiffany,

I really do think people are forgetting the Asian context.

      *sigh*

      Oh well.

  57. Resnictem says:

Does anyone know if the promotional tour will help TH get leads in other films, or is that not decided by the studio(s)?

    • LadySlippers says:

Studios do make the call (along w/ director & producers).

The big thing people look for is the ability to get butts into movie seats. So TH needs to do that for studios to want him in a movie. It’s an indirect impact. He promotes a movie and people (hopefully) watch the movie, driving up sales (it’s ALWAYS about money). And it’s the sales (or lack thereof) that catches studio execs attention.

Make sense? Hope that helps. 🙂

  58. TheyPromisedMeBeer says:

Those are some dance moves. Tom’s really got some … waitforit … Seoul.

(can’t believe no one has made that joke yet).

Anyways, my first thought when I saw this is “What is our dear Tommy Boy up to?”. And then thinking of Tommy Boy made me think of the Chris Farley film, which made me think about Chris Farley and that time he and Patrick Swayze were auditioning for the Chippendales on SNL, and how awesome that was and I think the whole point of this is how much I miss both Chris Farley and Patrick Swayze, and I just had to get that out.

    • LadySlippers says:

      *smacks forehead on desk*

      That’s all I’m gonna say….

      (Lol)

    • LadySlippers says:

      Wait?!?

Did you just do “If a Mouse had a Cookie” kinda logic here? Lol

    • Eve says:

“Those are some dance moves. Tom’s really got some … waitforit … Seoul.”

      I love you.

      • LadySlippers says:

        *waves excitedly*

Hi! I asked about you in a post about Cumby a few days ago….

      • Eve says:

About me? Like, if I got better? I’m assuming it’s about that since I whined so much about having the flu (I still have it, but it’s not so bad right now).

Re: Cumby posts. I CB-divorced him, so I haven’t been that present on the threads about him anymore. Obviously, I still have feelings for the man (although I’ve been fighting them).

      • LadySlippers says:

I was wondering where you went in general. And the AMA didn’t cause to to re-fall in love with Fabulous Benny Boy???

And, are you SURE it’s the flu? You’ve been sick for quite some time… Hope your all better very soon.

      • TheyPromisedMeBeer says:

I love you too, Eve. And I miss you like crazy. xoxo

      • Eve says:

        @ LadySlippers:

Actually, I’ve decided to spend less time online. On top of that, I got this horrible, horrible flu — I even know when I got it: September 30.

How do I know that? A friend/classmate offered me a ride and before I got into his car, he said: “I’ve got the flu”. I knew there was a huge chance I’d be infected, but I didn’t think it’d be that bad. Believe me, IT WAS THAT BAD (I have a theory: this friend gets the flu shot every year — so…if even with the flu shot he still got infected, this particular virus must have been some powerful shit).

I thought it could also be sinusitis, but the doctor said it was just a really nasty flu.

Re: Reddit AMA. Well…I glanced over it. Maybe, if I read it again — this time carefully — I’ll re-fall in love with him. Maybe.

  59. Cordelia says:

the dancing– possibly the sexiest thing I have seen in a long time. hmm. I need a moment.

  60. C. says:

I’m kind of getting tired of seeing this man. I was really hoping Marvel would have at least let Christopher Eccleston have his bit of glory, but now I’m wondering if him and Hemsworth were even in this Loki movie at all. Are they in the film? It’s no wonder why Hemsworth is so over it.

    • Linda L says:

I peeked at the kid’s book of the movie this weekend. Loki is barely in the story. I know they claimed “reshoots” to boost ticket sales, but contrary to what has been said on Tumblr (lol), this is not about Loki. Unless they totally left out 40% of the plot in that book?

Christopher E’s part looks interesting! So does Frigga’s and Odin’s. Even Jane Foster’s part has a bit of meat to it. And, of course, Thor’s, too. Loki- he’s barely mentioned. Guess we’ll have to see about the stuff they added later. I hope it’s still an OK movie, but all this chatter about it makes me wonder…

I hope Chris Hemsworth’s star continues to rise! He needs to move on from this Marvel movie stuff. Unlike Hiddleston, he seems to still have some integrity left.

      • Eve says:

        @ Linda L:

“I hope Chris Hemsworth’s star continues to rise! He needs to move on from this Marvel movie stuff. Unlike Hiddleston, he seems to still have some integrity left.”

I wouldn’t use the word “integrity” to describe Hemsworth’s behaviour lately. I happen to think he’s being a bit of a diva. He needs to act like a f*cking professional and start promoting his movie properly a.s.a.p.

I’m not going to argue if he needs to move on from Marvel — he’d need to have acting chops for that and I sincerely think he doesn’t (and you probably disagree with me).

But you have to admit he should be thanking his lucky stars that Marvel once took notice of him, otherwise I highly doubt anyone in Hollywood would ever realize he existed.

As for Hiddleston…I agree with you that what moves him is more than just doing his job — the man seems to have a pathological need for attention. But Hemsworth has been acting like a complete d*ck lately so maybe this time — just this once — Hiddleston is also (aside from loving the spotlight, the fans’ hysteria, etc.) trying to overcompensate Hemsworth’s lack of professionalism.

      • Lindy79 says:

Have to agree with Eve on this one.
Chris is only a huge star because of the Marvel franchise. I’m not saying he has to sell his soul for it but he is displaying a complete lack of self awareness to his market appeal. Towing the line for a couple of movies could open a lot of doors for him. Granted I can’t see him ever dancing or singing Man in the Mirror but Tom seems happy enough to do it.

Pataky might want to have a word in his ear if she wants to keep attending premieres looking over her shoulder posing.

  61. Janey says:

How long before Tom just refuses to do some of this stuff? Just stands up and starts ranting about being a classically trained actor, with a double first from Cambridge and no, he will not do the bloody Owen Wilson impression again. I await, with baited breath, the day he starts giving it some Withnail – “I am a classically trained actor, reduced to the status of a bum” And sort of related – The Hollow Crown – he gave good Hal, but his Henry V was lacking something. Talent, possibly. (I kid, I kid – he’s talented but his Henry V wasn’t good, God of Battles and St Crispan’s Day were a dud, for me)

    • Linda L says:

Sadly, he will NEVER refuse anything now. He’s become the trained circus animal. Clearly, his goal is not to be a great performer, creating great art. He wants fame, adulation from the masses, and every other perk that goes along with that. He’s more concerned with appearing in women’s fashion magazines and getting atop silly “Hot Lists” than putting that “classically trained actor” diploma to use. He’s LOKI. He’ll forever be asked- from anyone who remembers him -to kneel at their feet- and he’ll do it without hesitation. He must be worshipped and adored. That’s his goal. And, that’s OK to want that fluff. Just, some of us gagged in disbelief at those videos. And, I, too, think a 32-year-old man should keep away from those young girls. That IS creepy. But, that’s what he craves, and if Marvel can make another couple of coins off him- they’re gonna keep him around- until no one wants to watch Loki anymore. He will continue to shamelessly pander to the masses and suck up to studio execs. He lives for this- THIS is why he acts.

      • Mary-Rose says:

If he’s not careful he’ll end up like that man who first played Batman and end up at conventions talk about the good old days when he was that character. This is sad as he’s a great actor and even as a Loki fan I think the character is being overused.

I don’t believe the suggestions that he sleeps with fans. He’s not that stupid

    • Katie says:

I can’t tell if it’s him or just bad advice or a combo of both?

I didn’t think this was particularly bad, but his image is over-controlled and people can see through some of the stunts now.

He’s clearly not getting the best guidance from his team and it’s a right shame because he’s got considerable talent.

Do we know why he’s out of Marvel after Thor 2? I know they said some crap about “not realizing how popular Loki was” but that’s blatantly untrue since the studio tracks all its characters in social media.

    • tubular_trekkie says:

      @Janey
And if he did that folks would then bash him for being too ‘up himself’, too posh, too pretentious and so forth. He can’t win I don’t think.

I honestly thought he was brilliant in ‘The Hollow Crown’. Great as Hal and as Henry. But you can’t please all the people all the time I guess.

      • Janey says:

Hmmm, good points, all. I was being mildly sarcastic and thinking Hiddles mic dropping would be amusing, and y’all are being sensible and raising talking points and such. As for Henry V – like I said he is talented, but he doesn’t have the gravitas or delivery for that role. I’ve said this ad nauseum but Hamlet. He’d make a very compelling Hamlet.

  62. Gloria says:

I liked his dancing although I did’nt like his singing LOL

I think he’s just having fun while promoting the movie, he’s taking all the responsibility of the promotion over his shoulders because his co-stars for some other committments are unable to do so.
I don’t see what is the big deal about that. I kind of admire his willingness to do silly things and make fun of himself. He does’t take himself seriously. I would like to be like that I’m way too serious :/

  63. Angel May says:

  64. CookiesandCream says:

You guys are hilarious! I just started browsing this site after a co-worker told me how witty some of the comments concerning Tom were. Funny stuff!

We are all dragonflies at heart and we do like to have a banter about Our TommyAnne . Even CB’s TommyAnne sometimes makes an odd apperence when he’s not in CB jail.
Like with most people there are parts to his personality that divides us. But we love him here as a whole

  65. WendyNerd says:

Tom Hiddleston was NOT doing a live promotional event. He IS a live promotional event.

His dancing is OK. I see nothing wrong with it. The singing however… Jesus, Tom! This made me cringe even harder than the Loki’d Outtakes video, which I made only about 20 seconds into.
Come on, the new Loki is coming out in weeks. Don’t kill the dream, man! Keep your inner doofus under wraps.

  67. TotallyBiased says:

Okay…I’ve lurked for so long without commenting that it is beginning to feel like cheating on a midterm.

To the posters who see creepiness because they believe a 32 year old man is suckling at the fan energy of a bunch of teen girls–you need to look at more video of fan events, and look more closely. His fan demographic is rather more broad spectrum than that in age and gender; he’s commented on this himself when he referred to two different segments of his fans (teen boys and older women.)

Even in the Seoul videos you can see guys and older women (okay, they are gorgeous Asian women–you have to look very closely to realize they are over 30 #jealous)–otherwise remember the screaming girls do tend to push towards the front.

He gets ragged on for tweeting too seriously when he talks UNICEF, and being too light-hearted/self-centered when he tweets his director’s pics of rehearsal. So I think he’s just said “screw it, I do (and tweet) what I want.”

He *wants* to sing and dance, and the expectations of his audience over the last week or so have given him the perfect opportunity to promote the film while having fun. Good on him.

Yup, I adore him. Been totally lost since last year. And have even more respect for the fact that he *doesn’t* lose his s&*t on a daily basis, in the face of constant picking. Since he can’t just be a darn decent guy who also happens to be a goofball–“he played Loki, ffsake, so he MUST have a dark side!”

Okay, /rant. And I do have to admit this particular singing video made me cringe a bit. But if that’s the worst he does? I’m good with that. (A capella, Tom? In that key? Seriously? Clearly you DON’T plan or rehearse these things, in actuality! 🙂 )

    • Katie says:

Oh, his fanbase is a range of ages, definitely. I didn’t realize people thought it was all teenagers?

Could be wrong, but I thought the issue with Unicef was that people felt he was using it mainly for PR reasons.

Granted, it can be hard for celebs to win on Twitter. It’s a potential minefield.

  68. M79 says:

It’s great that MJ is finally getting the props and love he deserves again, even if it’s posthumous. There’s no greater flattery than imitation, which when it comes to him, is everywhere. Safe to say, the world lost an incredible talent.

  69. the other Kate says:

Watching those videos I thought of myself. I’m looking for a job right now (for 2 months) and that’s excatly how I feel on interviews: so, would you dance for us? Well of course I would! I’ll do almost anything you want, just to get the job.
But I don’t look so hot as Tom, while dancing, so maybe that’s why I still don’t have a job, and Tom does.

  70. Miss Melissa says:

Cringing so much I cannot even think of watching either video.

This is his schtick. He is a goofy dork of the highest order. And he owns it.

I still like him and his Pollyanna sunshine. But I’m not watching that sh17.

    • Naddie says:

If curiosity ever starts to bother you, choose the dancing video, but never ever click on the singing one. Trust me.

  71. Gin Princess says:

Oohh. I watched both the dancing and the singing videos – through my fingers. So, so cringe. But at the same time, he is the most adorable little dork in the world. I just want to ruffle his hair and squeeze him until he pops….

    BTW, new here, hello!

    • TheyPromisedMeBeer says:

Well hello, Gin Princess. *shakes hand* I’m ProBeer for short. I have this feeling, and I don’t know why, but I have this feeling that you and I might be kindred spirits.

  72. Chef Grace says:

I clicked on the singing one. I actually listened for a few seconds.
    Poor guy.
The posters on DL say he perms his eyelashes, true?

    • CookiesandCream says:

Not that I know of. The only thing I know him doing is tinting his eyelashes but that was for his stint in Only Lovers Left Alive.

  73. Quinn says:

The videos are consistent of other ones I’ve seen of him. Tom seems to be appreciative, endearing and accessible. He is not a trained seal but probably realizes that this won’t last long and is having as much fun as possible. Tom also loves to entertain and doesn’t just do blockbusters but does radio programs, was even on Family Guy and sings happy birthday to fans. He doesn’t seem to be nearly as cynical as all the other snarky jerks on this site.
As far as anyone not seeing the fun or nerdy humor in this, don’t worry cause ya don’t have to.

  74. lc says:

Just for comparison purposes here is RDJ dancing Gangnam Style in what appears to be the same Korean show.

  75. Claire says:

He is so awesome. I love him so much. Good on him for actually enjoying promoting Thor. It has done amazing things for both Tom’s and Chris’s career – but only Tom seems to appreciate that!

  76. flower19720 says:

And the promo tour continues to roll ever on starting tomorrow with the apple store promotional thing.

My guess is, he’ll bring his top hat, an organ and a circus monkey to crank the organ…

  77. Gin Princess says:

And he’s currently single according to today’s Evening Standard…
