As Bedhead discussed earlier today, Lindsay Lohan and Miley Cyrus spent time together at a club a few nights/mornings ago. Those kinds of stories make me feel like such an old fart, because just the thought of sitting in club until four or five in the morning is enough to make me want to curl up and take a long nap. Anyway, Bedhead discussed the Lohan-Cyrus story in the context of Miley’s months-long cracked-out shenanigans, but it’s worth noting that Lindsay has been living in NYC nightclubs for weeks now. So much for her fresh start, so much for “changing,” so much for living The Oprah Gospel. The Cracken is still the same boozy, belligerent, chain-smoking, cracked-out mess that she always was.
Just months after being released from a 90-day rehab stint, Lindsay Lohan doesn’t appear serious about her sobriety, often pictured out at nightclubs in New York City and Los Angeles — and a new report claims the actress is completely off the wagon. According to Star magazine, not only has Lohan been clubbing, but she’s been drinking up a storm.
“She was definitely drinking alcohol. She got increasingly sloppy as the hours went on,” an insider told the magazine of a party in LA on Oct. 22 — when Lilo was snapped reaching for a wine bottle. “At one point Lindsay was literally hanging on to a couple of her friends, like they were holding her up.”
In less than the two weeks leading up to that party, the starlet reportedly drank several other times as well, Star claims. She downed vodka cocktails at the Headless Horseman bar in NYC on Oct. 10 and then Woody McHale’s Bar & Grill just two days later. And on Oct. 19 she allegedly attended an alcohol-fueled bash in Hollywood with Paris Hilton and Miley Cyrus.
“Lindsay arrived around 3 a.m. And was still there when dawn was breaking. Lindsay, Miley and Paris were taken to a special room for VIPs,” a source revealed.

Yep. I’m pretty sure that at least 80% of this is true. Maybe not the Paris Hilton stuff (eh?), but everything else I believe. But I do have a series of questions for both Lohan’s true believers and for the crackie conspiracists: is Lindsay’s backslide something relatively new, or was she partying and getting drunk/high as soon as she got out of rehab? Also: what’s the deal with her Oprah contract? Will Oprah’s cameras follow her during the day and then Lindsay gets the nights to herself? Does Oprah know about this mess?

Well, if these rumors are true, that didn’t take too long. I’m surprised she held out this long. I wonder what Oprah is going to do about working with her. You know Lindsay’s dad is going to be back here posting that is daughter didn’t fall off the wagon. I do not think you can believe any of them. They all seem to lie through their teeth.

Oprah had to know the risk of working with someone like Lindsay. How do you know Lindsay is lying? Her mouth is moving. This is not surprising that she’s off the wagon and I would not be surprised if she was off the wagon while filming the show.
The only thing Lindsay accomplished was making Oprah look like a complete fool.
What’s the risk to Oprah? She did a softball interview with Blohan. Had her followed for a few weeks where she undoubtably completely lacked any self conciousness and her behavior directly condradicted all of her statements.
I’m sure Oprah wishes her well but she didn’t jump in to “save” Blohan. I never heard her or anyone saying that was the goal if the endeavor, at all. They just thought it would be entertaining either way.
Oprah did it for the ratings, not to help The Cracken. If anything, O and her cash acted as enablers.

You have to hand it to Oprah: she sure got a lot of publicity out of this, and mis-direction of folks looking at how poorly her network is doing and taking attention away from HER personal life fiasco. This makes me sad. Some people just seem to be hellbent on self destruction. I hope she is able to eventually get it together before she winds up in an early grave.
I know! The eternal optimist in me has a tiny sliver of hope, but the realist side says this is going to end in an early death. Hopefully just hers. I hope she stays in NYC so she doesn’t need to drive anywhere. The last thing she needs is to get behind a wheel and harm others.
ITA – I take no joy in seeing her fail at sobriety. She needs to commit to a live-in, no b.s. rehab facility for at least a year. And then never see her family again. Prob. won’t happen and something tragic will occur instead 🙁
I agree – and she can afford it. So many addicts want so badly to quit and could if only they had access to even a sliver of the medical support that Lindsay does.
Agreed. She’s not a bad person, she just has a bad addiction and it’s ruining her life, her looks and her chance at a future, any future.

She is great at initially ‘fooling’ the main population that she is really serious about being sober and to her credit she is lasting a lot longer this time about not being photographed f*cked, but c’mon the girl is a serious addict (and not just alcohol – how much damage does her post surgeries face now still show?!) that its only a matter of time before she is photographed off her head again.

This is terrible, if true, she’s going to kill herself. Oprah did her no favors by taking on the show. Oprah did it for herself. Lohan should have stayed far away from anything Hollywood for a long period of time, it is her trigger for abuse, one might think.
What in the world is Oprah’s crew filming? What “comeback”? There have been shopping trips, meals, clubs, moving into an apartment, and not going to a film festival? Well I’ve done all that this year (with the sense to leave the club at a decent hour). So they say she went to LA for “meetings”. What happens when none of those projects materialize? Or will Oprah have to make something materialize? Oh boy.
It was reported that Lindsay was partying days after getting out of rehab so I don’t think her mothers DUI had anything to do with that.
I think Oprah and her team did a good job of keeping Lindsay parting on the down low and planted stories of a “sober” Lindsay when ever their was a leak. I also think Oprah wanted to be the one to get Lindsay sober and back on track. The thing is Lindsay’s has to want to get her sh*t together and clearly she dosen’t and haven’t since day one of rehab.
This is actually sad. I feel like the older she gets, the less likely she is to actually get her shit together. It would take a miracle at this point..her life continues to be a cautionary tale.
Clearly Oprah’s cameras aren’t filming her 24/7 because there never seems to be a camera crew around her when she gets papped. I’m guessing they have certain filming days and that’s it. Not difficult to squeeze some crack drama into a nearly wide-open schedule. I’m guessing the final edit will be dependent on what’s happening when the show is closer to it’s air date. It’s either going to be ‘watch as cameras catch her downward spiral’ or ‘look how sober and fab LL is!’ Ugh and BFD either way.
She doesn’t have to answer to anyone but herself about her drinking. Sadly it seems she will never require herself to stay sober. It must be hard knowing that you are falling off the wagon and knowing that everyone is just waiting to see it happen, waiting to snap a pic and write an article and laugh about it. Maybe she just feels fatalistic about it all.

I wondered about the Oprah thing, too. She must have filmed her during the day and then left her to her own crack pipe devices at night. I don’t see how a show on her could even be remotely interesting unless they actuall followed her on her nightly pub crawls. Watching her disintegrate steadily as the night wears on would mean huge ratings – doesn’t Oprah get that?????
The premise of Oprah’s thing was to watch Lindsay on her journey to stay sober. If they followed her at night then that would negate the premise. I truly don’t think she has been sober since leaving rehab – just hiding it better because of the Oprah thing. Maybe filming is over and so she is not concerned about hiding what she is doing late at night.

It appears that Lindsay was NEVER sober after rehab, she just hid it better so nobody would notice.
She supposedly started partying with The Wanted eight days after leaving rehab (This I believe).
She simply does not even care so when she finally does OD and die, She will get the smallest violin of sympathy from me.

If I was Paris or Miley, I wouldn’t feel comfortable partying with someone who is struggling with addiction issues. I wouldn’t want to be complicit in their relapse. Is it very naive of me to think they should feel the same way?

No, I wondered that too. And I also wondered that if Lindsay really WAS sober and wanted to stay sober, why the heck is she going out to clubs constantly?!
That’s the point, Lindsay never wants to become sober hence why she’s out partying almost everynight.
When I got sober, I was out at clubs in a month. Why? Because that’s where my social drinking, non-alcoholic friends were. I drank coke, and actually had a great time. However, had I started drinking, my friends would have smacked me into next Sunday, and I never went to after hours parties or clubs. I went home to bed, although I have to confess I had some huge caffeine buzzes and a caffeine hangover the next morning. I learnt after that to not drink colas.
But the difference was my friends weren’t enablers.

I don’t know, I think its quite possible bluhare was sober afterwards – I have had friends who have gone clubbing regularly but have avoided alcohol (and drugs!) so there is every possibility bluhare is sober and telling the truth…
In my late teens, I got bored with drinking and decided to stop. I only drink on the rare special occasion now. Clubbing has not been nearly as interesting since. Anyway, my point is it is possible to go out and not drink.
Frankly, although I agree that she drinks and drugs too much, I think her underlying problem is not that she uses and abuses those, but that she’s a narcissistic bitch with a talent for playing people.
It’s a moral problem not a medical one. She’ll kill someone else, way before she kills herself.

And I think she’s a sensation seeking narcissist who enjoys her party and has used the the idea of addiction to avoid consequences. Most of her thefts occured when she was sober and much bad behavior as well.
I think she’s in a business that sometime conflates “being difficult” with talent, so I agree she has been rewarded by the industry for a while for her behavior.

Oprah will just spin it into a story about a young gifted starlet who had so much potential and left it all go due to drugs and booze. Will be a real tear jerker. I can hear it now, “not all Hollywood stories have a happy ending and this is one of them.” Oprah will say that it was not her job to change Lindsay, but just follow her on her path to sobriety. Ratings will probably be higher if Lohan fails than if she succeeds. Either way its a win win for Oprah.
She seems to be on the same path as River Phoenix, and so many others. Unfortunately, I do not feel one ounce of sympathy for her. She had so many chances to get her life together, and failed each time. It’s certainly a smack in the face for all of the morons who keep thinking “this time she will really turn her life around”. I do not wish death on anybody, but she is obviously a hopeless cause. She’s the only one who could change herself, and she really doesn’t seem to want to change. The only way Lindsay will ever get her life together is if she cuts out ALL of the bloodsuckers and enablers in her life. And sadly, the biggest bloodsucker is her mother (followed by her father, then her loser friends, etc…), so I don’t think it’s ever going to happen.
It’s not even funny or shocking anymore. It’s just sad. So much beauty and wasted potential. She could have had quite a good career had she stayed sober in the beginning. The most pathetic thing to me is that out of all the millions she’s made in her life, she doesn’t even own her own home.

Just like I questioned above, how does someone who had the tax man chasing after her afford a Celine bag? By finding other lowlifes in society to enable her. It’s a sick cycle. She uses people to get ahead and maintain the lifestyle she is used to but can’t afford herself, and she has people using her in return to feed into her sick cycle by telling her she is awesome and everyone else is just out to get her.

A normal person, littlestar would be mortified by her debts. You’d be embarrassed as hell. If she sold off half the bags I’ve seen her carry in the last couple of years, she’d be free and clear. but she won’t. She thinks she’s above it. She trashes everywhere she stays. She’s late for work and doesn’t keep her PR commitments.
Sheen pays off part of her tax bill and she doesn’t even say thank you. She’s no victim.

After NINETY days of rehab, a sober companion, all kinds of legal trouble, and Oprah trying to keep her on the straight and narrow, she STILL isn’t stopping. I honestly don’t think there’s much hope for her.
The other day while channel surfing I noticed that the bad girls club is still on. People forget oxygen is oprah’s investment too and she has the most demeaning and disgraceful things on there. She doesn’t care about lilo and never did she just knows how profitable these trashy reality shows are.
Apparently she started partying again almost as soon as she got out of rehab, so this shouldn’t come as a surprise to anybody. If you are a recovering alcoholic, the very, very worst thing you can do is hang out at nightclubs, where you will constantly be surrounded by drinkers.
I dunno. If she’s not driving and not taking narcotics, is sloppy drunk behavior really worse than how many other wealthy, unemployed people spend their days? As long as she’s not endangering anyone else, I don’t have an issue with how she drowns her personal demons.

It hard enough to battle addiction when they’ve hit rock bottom and really want to quit. She was forced into rehab, she didn’t go on her own. So the relapse is sadly inevitable. I hope she makes it.

She was partying when she got out of rehab. A week after she got out, she was spotted partying with some band. No one should be surprised she still hasn’t changed. A leopard can’t change it’s spots you know.

This story is regrettably going to end only one way……with LiLo death. You always hope a person can somehow rise up from the ashes and make a great comeback but the time for her to do that has come and gone IMO. Now you just hope she doesn’t hurt anyone else on the way down especially her sibilies.

She is a good business woman, and most likely has some sort of insurance set in place for the (likely) scenario that Lohan would fall off the wagon. Like the banks when they ok’d crap loans, they insure so that they will profit if it goes ok AND they will also profit if it goes bad. Win/Win for Oprah. She will have documented Lohan’s fall and has secured the rights to sell that.
Ugh, I am so tired of this story, for how many years have we followed Lilo trying to kill herself with drugs and alcohol? She is on a collision course, she doesn’t get it because she still has people giving her stuff, giving her money, she thinks this gravy train is going to last forever. It’s not, and when she’s too old and worn out, then maybe, she’ll get sober. But right now, she’s riding high, the guys still want her, she’s still pretty young, but honey, that wont last long, aging is right around the corner, and it’s not going to be pretty.
Have u seen her face lately? The plastic surgery is not able to disguise the drug and alcohol rot. It is tragic to watch her as a 12 year old – to see where she ends up – its not good, and I sadly but seriously believe she is going to pass early

I actually think she tried to stay sober when she first got out of rehab. But I have no problem believing that she may not be sober now. Especially after seeing that pic of her the other day with a wine bottle. Whether or not she was actually reaching for said wine bottle is beside the point because IMO she looked wasted in that photo. She looked like every other person who’s been drinking/partying all night and had a pic of it put up on Facebook. It’s really too bad that she can’t get her shit together once and for all. Her career is most definitely over. No one even really talks about her anymore, not like they were even 6 months ago. No one even gets super animated anymore when she seriously messes up. Which equals over.

The filming for Oprah’s Lohanumentary is probably over by now. Lindsay got a bit of a wakeup call when Oprah came to her at her mom’s house just before mom’s DUI and told her she was ready to shut down production and cancel the project if Lindsay didn’t get her act together (she was doing her usual no-show and late-show thing etc). So she probably behaved well enough after that until filming was done. Maybe Oprah gave her the money or at least part of it? Lindsay has a bad history when it comes to helping in post-production and promotion activities, maybe Oprah was smart enough to hold on to some of the money until broadcast. But the big pressure to pretend to be sober us probably off
