I think Jennifer is gorgeous, sweet and talented! Some people who hate on her are jealous, but some probably just think she didn’t deserve it. However, if you saw Dreamgirls and studied her performance, you’ll see that she was amazing!! She perfectly captured both the toughness and the vulnerability Effie represented, and none of the other women up for Best Supporting Actress could compare. I’m so glad she’s stood by her man, many would move on, but she knows that love is more important than money or fame! I wish she would have made it farther in Idol, but she’s gone on to do bigger and better things! As to her appearance, I think she has a beautiful shape and her face is absolutely flawless! Someone commented about her stretch marks - yeah? So what? Don’t tell me you’ve never seen them before. People get stretch marks when they lose or gain weight for any reason, are stressed, or have certain skin conditions.. whatever her reason, it’s just a part of her, and just because she’s a celebrity, everyone expects what they consider “perfection” - the Jennifer Aniston type. Tall, thin, blonde, not a hair out of place, cutesy and all-american. Personally, I’m sick of that, and I admire Jennifer more than most of the women in Hollywood nowadays. Jennifer, congratulations! You deserved the Oscar, and I hope you have a happy life! There are great things ahead for you .

Look here, Jennifer Hudson is the most beautiful girl I know on the inside and out. People need to stop hatin on her just cuz she got an oscar. So what, she did deserve and oscar. She brings joy to me & i always tear up at the end of the movie. People all im saying is stop hating. And anyone that calls her fat is a lie. I’d rather be her size anyday.

She is nowhere near overexposed whatev, this is just HER YEAR. So shut up and enjoy the ride, unless you’re one of the haterz! She is classy, big and beautiful and deserves all of her blessings.

I must say tho, that her stylist needs his/her a-S-S wooped for the one awful flaw that is made each and every time with her damn shoes!!! so fix it U wannabe stylist

Good for her for finding a good man. I agree that the media is making a mountain out of a molehill. I was also confused by all the claims that Simon supported her, when I distinctly remember him criticizing her quite harshly. And why should she thank them in her acceptance speeches? She has called AI a stepping stone, which is generous in my opinion.
