In August 2004 a leading DNA lab confirmed earlier paternity test results - that Marc Anthony is not the father of a Miami waitress’ child.

Marc and Jennifer first dated in the late 90s. He fell in love with her. He also thanked her for inspiring the songs in his 1999 English album (she is Lola in the Liner Notes). Her feelings were more platonic at the time, but they stayed on good terms.

In 2000 Marc and Dayanara were married. After two separations (first in 2002) and two weddings, there were accusations that Marc had fathered the newborn of a Miami waitress. They split up again (October 2003) and took up separate residences. Dayanara filed for divorce in January 2004.

Then Dayanara started to forget about the waitress, although results from paternity tests werent complete. Her children were displayed for a curious public, and a studio audience, while she was crying on the shoulder of a talk show host.

Why was the waitress and her baby forgotten? Maybe because their 15 minutes with the media was almost up. Why not blame everything on Jennifer Lopez, the friend that Marc still held a soft spot for?

But Jen was involved with someone else, each of the times the Anthonys had separated. Despite all the rumors, she wasnt pregnant either. It wasnt Marc (or Jennifer) who publicized their wedding or tipped off the paparazzi flying overhead snapping photos.

The fictional version of the failing marriage, the one the public was fed, provided Dayanara with two benefits. It maintained her faultless Miss Universe image (while she herself has dated men whove been separated). The strategy also helped broaden a sympathetic image for her in the mind of the general public.

The New York Post is the same outfit insisting Jennifer was pregnant three years ago when she married Marc. Wrong. I’m tired of these anonymous sources. Sky’s the limit and nothing can be verified.

All I know is I’m looking forward to the release of her Spanish album next week and their movie is hitting theaters this summer. Both must be making someone (and their agent) nervous.

everything goes in cycles and this broad is getting as old as the guests on the love boat.
maybe angelina could take jennifer on one of her baby buying sprees.
im sorry but i couldnt do it witn marc if i crank five bottles of tequilla and was slipped some date rape drug. he looks like a vampire and grosses me out. i heard several times that he has a heroin addiction.

Poorly styled paradise, indeed. I do believe that hairpiece started it’s life on a shih-tzu’s butt. And why did she skin a Fraggle to make that jacket?

Seriously, what happened to the style icon? While I don’t always love what she wears, she usually does better than a Jersey stripper.

I don’t think she’s a cheater, she’s just been cheated on alot. I find that so weird for someone that’s considered to be so beautiful. She does want kids but it’s been really hard for her to get pregnant. When she was w/ Ben she was taking hormone shots but nothing happend. As for the fighting everyone fights. No relationship is perfect and if it was then it would be boring. And there would never be any make-up sex

Isn’t calling J.Lo a cheater just a bit harsh? I think P.Diddy and Bennifer lasted more than a year. But I just want my girl J.Lo to be happy with whoever she wants.

Maybe she should get rid of Anthony and see if Tom Brady can get her pregnant? At least they would make a better looking couple - and she already knows her way around Boston.
She could drop in on Ben’s mom and look at pictures of her grand daughter.
