There’s been a lot of drama on the Charlie Sheen/Brooke Mueller front lately, with of course Denise Richards in the middle. As you know, Brooke has sort-of regained custody of her four year-old boys with Charlie, after her brother stepped up as guardian, and after Denise Richards told the Department of Child and Family Services that she could no longer care for the twins, who had become unmanageable. Charlie has declared full-out war on Brooke and DCFS, without offering another solution for Max and Bob beyond going back to stay with their mom. So it’s sad, and there are little options left for two vulnerable boys.
Over the Thanksgiving break, Brooke Mueller called the police with allegations that Denise Richards had abused the boys, and Denise’s own daughters. It was ridiculous and hypocritical considering that the boys hadn’t seen Denise in a couple of weeks, and Brooke herself has been accused of multiple incidents of neglect and perhaps abuse. It sounded to me like Brooke was back on the pipe, which is more than likely given her history. So I had some hope after that that some changes might be made, but I know better than that.
In the mean time, Charlie is selling Brooke’s home in their chichi gated neighborhood in LA, and has sent her a letter to move out. Brooke and her sons have been staying with her brother, and I hope that’s a stabilizing influence on her although I doubt it.
So in the wake of all this family drama, Charlie went on vacation to Mexico with a new adult film star companion he probably paid to accompany him (it’s well known that he does that) and tweeted a photo of the two of them together. He also invited the paps. Radar has more details about this particular woman, Brett Rossi, supposedly 24, and her career, but it doesn’t really matter. Charlie goes through “girlfriends” in a month or two. Is he off the rails again? I don’t remember him ever being “normal,” although there are times he seems more lucid. This is not one of them.

Unfortunately for these people, “green” is the only colour that counts. If it wasn’t for the $55K a month Brooke would be nowhere near those boys and they might have had a chance with Auntie Denise and a bunch of therapists, sigh…

I feel such anger toward this freak. Great, kick Brooke out, she deserves it. But WHEN will he offer any kind of solution to the chaos and turmoil his children are living in? How can he enjoy time on vacation when his children are in this situation, what is WRONG with him?!? He rants and raves against Brooke and Dyfs but he never ever offers a helping hand for the boys. He is so vile. It’s like he has no real feelings or care for what’s to become of his own children, as long as he trashes everyone in their life he seems to think he is doing them a favor. They need a positive outcome, they need a suitable option from their father.
I also couldn’t help but think, how can you be on holidays, partying when you know this situation is going on. Yes, he provides $ for his children and a lot of people think it is big if him for knowing he is to fucked up to care for his sons. What would be big of him is if he got cleaned up for his sons.
Exactly Aussie Girl. Charlie needs to grow up and get his life together for his sons. That’s when he would earn any respect in my book.
ITA. Brooke Mueller is despicable, but she’s the mother of his boys and as such, Sheen has an obligation to help her as much as possible (which may not be an easy task, given her propensity for relapsing).
But the truth is, this man has always been a self-serving, cold-hearted individual, why change now? The only people I feel sorry for in this situation is Denise and those poor boys.
I think you can take some pity on the adult film star too, especially if she didn’t have a full-on body condom.

I’m not up to speed on the whole situation, so please correct me if I’m wrong, but is there a reason why Charlie doesn’t have the boys himself? Did Child Protective Services rule that he’s not allowed to be alone with the boys? NOT that being with someone who is a chronic drug addict like Charlie is any better though… 🙁

There’s no way Charlie is a fit guardian for any child. From Denise’s accounts, it sounds as if he’s not even allowed unsupervised visitation with his children and has to go over and visit the children at Denise’s house when she’s present.

I think thre are some restrictions due to him leaking info about the current case, but he doesn’t have the kids because he doesnt wantthem. He knows that his home isnt fit for kids, which was why he was backing Denise.

There are credible reports that Mueller DID NOT phone police. I can’t remember but it may have been a social service or school worker who was told that an employee of Denise’s may have done something and, out of an abundance of caution, was obligated to report it.
So it becomes clear. Charlie is kicking Brooke out, and she’s retaliating by accusing Denise of child abuse. What a sad, pathetic duo they are.
The universe is so unfair. These people keep on going and leaving devastation in their wake, while a man who by all accounts was a great, loving father who spent most of his time helping people, dies. Not saying I wish death on Charlie and Brooke, or anything like that. Like I said–it’s just sad.

yes, that´s why he drove a big dirty smear campaign against Denise Richards when she filed for divorce (both times). She was no prostitute or porno star or stripper etc., so she was a problem for Charlie´s image. Sadly he won. Denise was portrayed as crazy bitch thanks to Charlie. I´m sure this is why Denise now does what he wants. He has a lot of sick friends and even sicker fans. A woman cannot win against Charlie Sheen.
Denise won! She got out of the marriage. And she got her kids out of living with him full time. She doesn’t always do what he wants,
I don’t think Denise is under Charlie’s control. She holds all the cards. The child support money and visitation rules are set by a judge. She has to be present when he visits his daughters. She keeps him on a short leash, not the other way around. She just sees him as a more complex person than most others do, and wants his daughters to have a reasonable relationship with him while protecting them against his unstable nature and lack of judgment. She took in his boys because she considers them family, as her daughters’ brothers, not because of Charlie. She does these things because she’s a grownup.
Hopefully Charlie has enough brains in his head not to father anymore children
Best Thanksgiving ever! I have 2 daughters who are enjoying a nice holiday with their mother, and I’m not with them. I have 2 young sons who are with an unfit mother who is probably relapsing, neglecting them, and plotting against me as we speak. I’m not spending my holiday with family or loved ones. I hired a hooker who has to try not to vomit when I go to kiss her. It’s cool, I’m pretty drunk. If I don’t look at her face, I can hardly tell I disgust her. Woohoo!!!

His life seems so meaningless and without direction. I don’t mean this in a condescending way but I actually do feel a little sorry for him. He’s in a self-created prison and he doesn’t even realize it. It’s a world of gluttony and excess.

I’m going to shudder and try to answer this one seriously. Hugh Hefner is a dirty old man. Charlie Sheen has been convicted of domestic violence multiple times. I’d feel a lot safer around one of those people than the other.

The happiest fact of my day is that neither one of those horrifying options would entertain me as a potential ‘love’ interest. I am told I am attractive but not surgically enhanced, middle aged, intelligent, and well-employed in a helping profession. Each and every one of those things places me well outside the parameters of being attractive to these icky people. BUT, if I was forced at gunpoint, I believe HH is probably impotent and probably smells better than CS, AND he wouldn’t beat or shoot me.
She has a good body.
His entire family is in crisis, and all he can think about is having fun and getting laid. At the very least, he could have had the decency to keep his new relationship under wraps until things were a little calmer on the homefront. Not that he actually has much to contribute as a parent, but it would at least help keep up the impression that he cares about the welfare of his children and isn’t just engaged in a petty feud with Brooke because they’re both awful people.

What a sad joke he’s become: aging, used-up crackhead GRANDFATHER who looks like he slept in a bus station, spending the holidays with a professional “girlfriend” who’s hoping she can get paid and get out before her crazy John starts waving the gun around. Meanwhile, two daughters are with one ex-wife, two sons are with their meth-head mom and her brother, because Daddy can’t stop doing rails off hookers long enough to keep them alive, and the rest of your family probably tries not to ruin Thanksgiving by thinking about you, once they’ve murmured a prayer for Uncle Charlie.

Someone was saying that Brooke didn’t make accusations? Who knows… I do feel for Denise, she’s gotten nothing but *crap* since she tried to help & opened her home to those boys. I’m sure her daughters have been through a lot too, with all this mess swirling in & out of their lives.
I admire what she tried to do, & I hope things settle down. I sadly have no faith in Brooke, & believe she’s already back on the stuff, if she was ever off it to begin with. I couldn’t believe when I heard that not only are Brooke’s ‘required drug urine tests’ done just twice monthly, but also on *set days* that she’s made aware of ahead of time… THEN heard that she doesn’t actually *go* anywhere to have the test done… one of her employees ‘helps’ her take the test AT HOME, & they MAIL IT IN.
The DCFS need to come right out & admit they don’t give a damn about what’s best for those boys, & drop the poorly constructed charade. I read on another site that someone said Brooke *isn’t* getting but *half* of the 55k a month? Who knows what’s true wth these people.
