Dylan Sprouse has thoughts on Joe Jonas’ letter to Disney: ‘It’s bullsh-t’

Dylan Sprouse

I know that some of you moms out there will recognize Dylan and Cole Spouse (pictured here in 2010) in these photos. Dylan’s the twin on the left, and I usually recognize him because he’s the slightly shorter twin with a more bowl-shaped (or feathered) haircut. They both starred in the Disney Channel’s Suite Life with Zack and Cody and Suite Life on Deck from 2005-11. In an odd move after their show’s run came to an end, Dylan and Cole did the unthinkable in terms of Disney actors — they retired from show business. They did not rage. They did not twerk. They simply grabbed their millions of dollars and ran.

The twins are both avid gamers and occasionally speak out on the web, but mostly, Dylan and Cole chill. That is, until Dylan read Joe Jonas’ recent letter in NY Mag, which bemoaned the trials of growing up Disney. I actually empathized with most of Joe’s points, but I didn’t think it was very bright of him to call out his fellow Disney stars (Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato) for “making” him smoke pot. Here are Dylan’s thoughts on Joe’s letter as a whole:

I was wondering if you happened to read/see Joe Jonas’s essay for New York Magazine. A shorter version can be found on E!’s website if you’re interested. But basically Joe talks about the things we don’t see that go on behind the scenes at Disney and explained the pressures that were put on him and his brothers. Many things he talked about were shocking and I was wondering if you agreed with him or had any thoughts of your own on the subject.

I read the article and I have a couple things to say. Most formally the idea that Disney and the corporations “gentrified them.”

First, I think it’s bullsh-t that they were being robbed of choice or creativity. If they wanted too, they could have told Disney “NO.” Cole and I did this hundreds of times and we ended up all right. The only reason they didn’t is because, like many of the people on that channel, I think they fell for the allure of fame. Granted, Cole and I had been acting our entire lives, so we saw it as a means to an end (money making) rather than an opportunity to become successful.

Nowadays artists just assume they have to do what they are told by their proprietors because there is a “rigid structure to achievement.” It is nothing more than a scheme to rob you of your individuality and capitalise the gain they acquire from such treachery. If you believe this, not only are you incredibly foolish, but you are a BAD ARTIST. Individuality is modernity’s most interesting trait regarding artwork and so so many talented individuals realize this. You do not have to become something else to be successful. Not only is it not too late for them to redefine themselves now, it was never too late.

What that article felt like was: “Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, still shame on you.”

My personal creed? “Fool me once, you’ll forever regret that decision.”

[From Dylan Sprouse on Tumblr]

Of course Dylan isn’t telling us the contexts of his confrontations with Disney. For all we know, these conversations took place near the end of he and Cole’s run, which would have made replacement (of twins, no less) difficult. Joe told us that he and his brothers felt helpless to say no to Disney, and his words did sound authentic, but that could have been clever PR phrasing at work.

For the record, Demi Lovato is also not all pleased with Joe’s accusation that she made him smoke the pot. She tweeted and deleted her disapproval.

Demi Lovato

Demi’s sister, Dallas Lovato, did not tweet and delete. Little sisters are the best.

I agree with Dylan somewhat, of course yes Disney puts you in a position where it’s hard to say no but what did saying “yes” to Disney’s every whim get Joe and his brothers? They were HUGE around 2008-2010, you really couldn’t go anywhere without hearing about them and they did very well. Dylan is right in saying that they fell for the allure of fame, they said “yes” and it benefited their careers hugely – Dylan and Cole aren’t nearly as famous as the Jonas Brothers.
And I thought that him naming and shaming Miley and Demi was a tacky attempt at making headlines.

Smart kid, I never saw their show but remember them from Big Daddy..

    • Sam says:

I didn’t even realize those were the same kids! Big Daddy? Ross’s son? GAWD I feel old.

    • Lori says:

      Frankenstein

    • TheOriginalKitten says:

I’ve never seen the show or seen any interviews with him before but I’m impressed– he sounds amazingly articulate and insightful, not to mention clever.

      • Meaghan says:

He does sound very articulate. To the point where I fully believe this statement was entirely written by his PR people.

      • jaye says:

@Meaghan, I don’t believe his “PR People” wrote this. I saw an interview on the internet w/both young men and I was impressed with how articulate and intelligent they both are.

      • littlestar says:

Coming here to say the same thing, what an articulate and well spoken young man. Very impressed. And kind of even more impressed that they’ve retired from show biz instead of reaching for the illusive fame of being an adult Disney star.

      • gg says:

I also think his PR people may have written this or at least vetted it first and did a few revisions.

      • Lucinda says:

My first thought was someone else wrote this. Like…someone from Disney. I’m not saying it isn’t possible the boy is that articulate. It certainly is. I’m just saying it’s a little too convenient for me.

    • Spooks says:

Which one was Ben in Friends?

    • Dani says:

They’re really bright kids. In 2011, in August, I met them at Bar Basque in NYC. They were both in NYU at the time (freshman I think) and were soo friendly and genuine.

    • gg says:

      good for you, spammer.

  3. klue says:

This Dylan kid is younger & so much more smarter than Joe Jonas. I couldn’t be bothered to read the full Joe Jonas letter..I anticipated it’ll be a whinefest. Disney saw the Jonii for the desperate suckers they were & used that to their advantage. End of. Well done Dylan & Dallas

  4. Thinkaboutit says:

What am I missing? How does Demi’s tweet indicate disapproval?

  5. Bsh says:

Regarding the whole Joe Jonas / Demi Lovato situation, I reccomend that you all read the last four blinds which were published on Blindgosspi.com. It’a beyond disturbing. I am not even Demi’s fan but I do feel for her.

    • MrsB says:

I read those. I am just hoping for Demi’s sake that they aren’t true, nobody deserves to be treated like that.

    • Lark says:

Most blind items aren’t true. CDAN was busted by the NY POST, if his fanfiction about Jennifer Lawrence getting it on with Miley Cyrus wasn’t a clue enough that he was fos. BG, Lainey, Ted occasionally get one or two things right, but 97% of that stuff isn’t trustworthy. I like Demi and I think Joe’s a scumbag, but I don’t buy any of that.

      • Bsh says:

Well, I agree to a certain extent with you. I read CDAN for fun but I don’t believe most of the stuff it’a written on that. But with Blindgossip, I feel I can believe many of the blinds. in many different occasions they proved to be spot on, they exposed Joe jonas’drug addiction one year and a half ago, they “announced” Kerry washington’s pregnancy well before other outlest, and these are just two of the most recent examples. If you scroll down the “revealed blinds” section and compare them with the original blinds, you can see they match. Clearly, they are not always right and this happens for several reasons, like celebrities doing some damage control after the leak of information or unreliable sources. in Demi’s case, all the hints seem to fit perfectly, and the articles touch on subjects which are already quite known by the public: Demi’s relapses, her controversial relationship with valderrama, her struggles with self-acceptance and body issues. they really provide a reason for the pointless tweet, why on earht would she send a message of love to someone who has just struck her such a low blow??

      • jaye says:

@Bsh…there are two tweets from Demi at the top of the article. The first one (the one she must have deleted) was clearly a subtweet that said “Pathetic how people cut others down to take attention off themselves. Loser.”.

    • tifzlan says:

Summary on what the blinds are please?

      • Bsh says:

By the way, sorry about the lousy spelling, I am on my mobile. Basically, Wilder Valderrama is bf with Joe Jonas and in one of his several attempts at controlling and abusing Demi’s mind and career, he and her management staff (which includes Papa jonas) had her delete the original tweet and leave an accomodating one.

    • Samtha says:

Blindgossip.com has a history of posting fake Demi blinds, though, if it’s the site I’m thinking of.

      • bsh says:

I don’t see any history, unless you refer to a tweet in which Demi denied the allegations. Which of course it was something she was expected to say, but in my opinion that was a very weak defense. Call me naive, but I always see fire when there’s smoke, especially in this case.

      • Samtha says:

I’m pretty sure that’s the site that, a couple years ago, posted a bunch of Demi stories that were proven false. Maybe they deleted all those old “blinds” or something; I don’t know.

  6. CandyKay says:

RE: run-ins with Disney. Near the end of the show, Disney wanted to extend it for another year, and the brothers considered it, as long as they were given producer credit.

They also suggested resetting the show in Miami and bringing in new, younger characters so that the show could continue after the Sprouse brothers went to college.

Disney liked their idea for a show, although they wanted to add Selena Gomez to it for some reason, but wouldn’t give them producer credit. So the brothers walked.

I think they both go to New York University now. The last I heard, one of them was the president of his dorm. Normal life.

    • TheOriginalKitten says:

Damn. Those kids have balls, that’s for sure.

It does make you wonder how dominating Disney is, or if it’s simply a case of personalities responding to Disney in different ways (as Dylan seems to indicate).
I always thought of Disney as a huge juggernaut of a corporation that swallows, spits up, and chews out its young stars, but maybe it’s just that those kids didn’t have the support of the gumption to stand up to Disney. Maybe it was a combination of these kids being so eager to please and Disney being so controlling?
These guys should teach a class to upcoming Disney stars 😉

      • HH says:

From what I understand, Disney is dominating in all aspects. I don’t know anyone who has worked with them in terms of acting, but I do know someone who’s had to work with Disney in terms of design and merchandising and they said Disney is controlling right down to the itty-bitty details. If you’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting a Disney store/theme park/ cruise, etc. it’s easy to believe. Clearly, they pay attention to the most minute of details. It’s what makes them great… to visit. Working for/with them seems like it would be too much. However, I don’t fault Disney for this as they have an image to uphold that is the very backbone of their company.

      • Lucinda says:

I know people who have worked at the Disney parks. I have yet to meet someone who didn’t love it. Disney is very controlling of all the details to be sure. But they also treat their park employees very well. As a result, they have a lot of loyalty. You can see it in the way the employees treat visitors. Always a smile. Always going the extra mile.

    • holly hobby says:

I think one of them had a part time job as a host for a restaurant (the person you check in w/ the number of your party). At the time, the internet went wild saying that the brother was broke and had to get a job. He went on record saying he wasn’t broke but wanted a parttime job like a normal kid.

I really respect the Sprouse brothers and their family. They turned out all right.

As for the Disney juggernaught, I think this only occurred in the last couple of years because in the old days, you never heard the Mouseketeers going crazy (Annette Funicello, not Britney Era). It really depends on what kind of support the child has. If you come from a family that doesn’t look at you like a piggy bank, you will turn out ok.

      • littlestar says:

Ahhh yes, I remember that! That wasn’t too long ago either.

      • hunter says:

Actually he was working there as experience for a script or show treatment he was working on for a new proposal. Show business related but with the purpose of gaining the experience & perspective of the “common man.”

  7. eliza says:

I get tired of these people always whining about the horrible Disney machine. Hello, the parents know allllllll about Disney when they get involved with the company but the desire to pimp their own children out for money is much more attractive than the alternative.

I am impressed with Dylan’s response. He seems intelligent and well grounded. Much more so than the whiny Jonas.

As for the Demi and Miley blabbing. I despise a narc. Take responsibility for your own actions instead of blaming others and trying to attach your name to their more successful coattails. No one forced him to do anything his greed and his own teenage curiosity did not want to do.

Jonas sounds like sour grapes. My career is finished so I am going to expose others in order to try to extend my 15min and get some sympathy. Boo bloody hoo.

    • LAK says:

I have a cousin who 10yrs ago lived in what we nicknamed the disney complex in LA on account of the many disney child stars/aspiring childstars/trying out to be childstars who lived in there. It was pure chance that my cousin lived there. Most of the other families were constantly telling her of the missed opportunity of not signing her kids up to Disney/nickelodeon. And to be fair, her kids were and are still very cute, precocious hams.

Her kids always came home with business cards when they had play dates with any of the other kids from either the parents or agents.

It was insane.Thank goodness she moved out when her kids started to feel like pariahs for not being part of some sort of child star trajection.

  8. lisa2 says:

Very thought out response and he is so well spoken. I see he and his brother doing a lot more as they get older. he has a good head on his shoulder and is way more intelligent then some of the stars far older than he is .
and I agree with what he said. you have to make a stand on what you will or won’t do from the beginning. Then you don’t have to sexualize yourself to reinvent your image.

    Smart kid

    • Bubbles says:

But, are boys/men equally pressured to sexualise themselves as girls are?

      • Sloane Wyatt says:

        Sadly, yes, Bubbles.

Little boys are every bit at risk from the low life Hollywood pedophiles as girls. You only have to look at the Two Coreys; it’s been hinted that a very young Corey Haim was sexually assaulted on the set of “Lucas” by a Big Hollywood Name who’s still everywhere today in the tabloid/gossip forefront.

  9. SamiHami says:

Don’t really know who these kids are; I’m a little old for their demographic! But reading this article they sure seem to be well grounded and realistic young men. My favorite part of the missive?

““Fool me once, you’ll forever regret that decision.””

    I like that!

    • cs says:

      +100
I do know all the Disney Stars because of my 11 year daughter.. Jonas Bros, Demi, Selena, Miley/Hannah Montana, Zendaya , these twins.
I know some have said Miley/Demi talked about their drug use and personal issues.. But, I’m sorry its one thing if they are talking about their personal demons than someone else talking about it.
He totally threw Demi under the bus with ( I’m paraphrasing here) ” I was totally unhappy with her but stayed because she was a broken bird and he was pressured by Disney”. Give me a F’ing break. This guy is a footnote, he knows people will read this because once again he’s using the girls he dated/associated with fame to get some press.

  10. Jessica says:

I didn’t say this on the Joe Jonas thread, so I’m going to say this here. Regarding Joe and Disney not allowing him to grow a beard while filming his show:

Clearly Joe Jonas is too stupid to realize that the rule about him not growing a beard while filming his show is not some horrible Disney beat down of creativity, it’s called being an actor! You are an actor and are hired for a role and if the director/producer wants you to look a certain way, then you need to look that way while filming. All actors deal with this, it is not specific to Disney or Joe Jonas. Joe Jonas is a moron.

  11. MrsBPitt says:

The problem with the Jonas brothers is that they BELIEVED all the hype around them…thought they were going to be the next Beatles, and their ego’s took over and now they can’t even get along with each other…The Spouse twins must have had a great support system behind them…It so refreshing to hear of child actors actually going to college, instead of trying to stay in the biz…Joe Jonas, you are still young enough to go to school and do something with your life! Don’t wait around for people to start kissing your ass again, its not going to happen…

    • Dani2 says:

Agree with all of this. They really did think that they were the second coming of the Beatles.

  12. Winnie says:

What an intelligent response. I don’t think Jonas Bros, Miley, et al, even know what some of those words mean.

  13. Lark says:

Disney’s a monster of a corporation, but Joe was 20 when he got involved if I remember correctly. And the BS about being peer-pressured by 15 year old girls when he was 18 was downright pathetic. He said some interesting things about Disney, but he was an adult when he first signed a contract and his passive aggressive shading of Taylor Swift and his comments about Miley and Demi were ridiculous.

I have a feeling this was a PR set-up and that his drug problems might be true…so if he’s a) caught or b) has to go to rehab his publicist can point and say “see, it was those devil demon women who first got him hooked on drugs (and act like him smoking a joint like 1/4 of 18 year olds led to his bigger problems RME)” or “Disney ruined him.” Watch. The timing is too weird, otherwise, IMO.

    • Sabrina says:

Completely agree with you. Joe’s whole article was written to garner some sympathy and PR for him.

I’m glad that the Sprouse twins were able to stand up to Disney.

    • Sloane Wyatt says:

      ITA, Lark!

Joe Jonas is LAME! A grown ass man caught out for drug abuse at 18, and what does he do? Lays the blame at the feet of little girls.

“Go on ahead an’ take a bite outta this here apple ’cause I’mma irriseestable temptress” said Eve never to Adam. Joe’s pathetically taking a page from a playbook that’s old as time.

  14. Frida_K says:

    The little Sprouse says:

“What that article felt like was: “Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, still shame on you.”

My personal creed? “Fool me once, you’ll forever regret that decision.””

    I say:

“Damn, Grasshopper. You are SMART. Props to you, buddy!”

  15. Amelia says:

Brilliant response. These twins are 21, correct?
Clearly their parents didn’t let them skive off classes with the private tutor on set.

  16. Lark says:

Also, good for the Sprouse kids. Both of them are at NYU, and one even works at a restaurant because he wanted to work while he was in school for the experience (there was an article on Gawker). They made their millions, and they left with their sanity intact.

  17. Eleonor says:

While I agree with both: Joe Jonas anth these tweens I didn’t know, I’ll
say probably A LOT depends from the parents these kids have.
If they have the pimp greedy type I think they don’t have a chance to say “no”.

    • Hautie says:

I could have swore that they had a serious set of stage parents.

Especially a Father who ran the “Jonas” business. That none of those boys would think about crossing… then the Jonas thing faded.

And they seemed to have made it a point not to be near their parents, who live in Texas.

    • LAK says:

It definitely depends on the parents you have. The recurring theme for those childstars who go off the rails is the shoddy parenting that they had. They abdicate all responsibility to disney [or any other family entertainment company that hires children] for a cheque.

The ones who stay relatively sane have very strong support system that remains in place whilst their kids work.

      • Lucky Charm says:

Jodie Foster is another child star who successfully navigated the Disney waters and made it through in one piece. She graduated from Yale, I think. Yes, it is ALL about the parents and their attitude and what (if any) support they give their kids.

    • holly hobby says:

Didn’t Paterfamilias Jonas quit his job to “manage” the boys ? Weren’t they going to unleash the Bonus Jonas (Frankie) at us at one point in time? I would really look at the family structure if the kids turned out f– up because if the adult isn’t generating the income and are living off you, then then kids won’t turn out ok.

  18. Nashville Girl says:

Joe Jonas is a punk who doesn’t appreciate all the opportunities he has been given. I was especially annoyed by the shade at their tv show…if I remember correctly, all writing credit went to the three if them.

  19. Mom2two says:

While I can appreciate Joe Jonas’ candor in his article, much of it came across as poor me: Disney is mean, my brothers are kind of controlling, and Demi/Miley forced me to do drugs.
I think what Dylan(?) Sprouse had to say was 100% spot on. Joe certainly was not complaining about Disney when the Jonas brothers were the big thing and they were raking in the dough.
I have to say, the Sprouse twins definitely have good heads on their shoulders and I am sure their parents had a lot to do with that.

  20. Relli says:

I finally got around to reading the full article yesterday. I almost died when I got to the part when he mentions the cheestastic photo shoot Good Houskeeping with the pastel shirts and the aw geez mom’s the best article. It’s pretty clear that although the mouse house was pretty involved in all thing embarrassing his parents were also allowing it to happen.

  21. mayamae says:

I know very little about any of these people. Disney has been hyper controlling of their stars’ images dating back to Annette Funicello – it’s certainly something their agents and parents should have known about.

The twin on the left looks so much like Chelsie Hightower I did a double take.

    • holly hobby says:

However you never heard of any of the mouseketeers during the Annette era ending up screwed up beyond belief. I do remember Disney telling Annette she can’t bare her belly button for the Beach Blanket movies but that was it. She had a good life. So did Bobby – he ended up dancing for Lawrence Welk for many years (my grandpa used to watch this show!).

  22. Garrett says:

First off, good for the twins for wanting to have a normal life and getting away from the craziness. Second, I wonder what Demi said in the tweet before she deleted it.

  23. nicegirl says:

I have met one of the Sprouse brothers and found him to be grounded, smart and charming. Good for them!

  24. Melody says:

Sounds like they have their heads on straight – and good for them. Still, part of me wonders if they were faced with a “Disney says do this or you’ll never work in the business again.” offer and then they “retired.”

    • holly hobby says:

It doesn’t matter because they retired with their millions all the way to the bank. If they were smart with their money, they can make it last in their lifetime. I don’t see them living off their money – I really do think they will get jobs after college. They can be one of those former child stars who is now your dentist or something. Didn’t Mara Wilson (Matilda) walk away from the business and now has a regular job?

At least their “hobby” paid their college tuition. Not many kids can say that.

      • Gossy says:

One of the twins already has a job at a restaurant which he did/is still doing to get real world experience and to get over his semi social anxiety (afraid of people only liking him because he’s famous).

There was a big deal about it a few months ago (or maybe a year ago) because people thought he was broke.

  25. Kim1 says:

Is Joe, the Jonas brother with the sober coach?

  26. Bridgett says:

The Sprouse twins were in showbiz their entire lives, and by the end of their run were 2 of the highest paid child actors around, making an astronomical amount of money per episode. One thing is very clear from just the little bit I know of them: they were very shrewdly managed, and for them to walk away from the whole machine when they were done speaks volumes about the support system around them. Whereas the Jonas Bros were managed by parents who bought in to the hype and bought in to the image. Everyone in their lives seemed to have a stake in the Jonas Bros. Though they played their own instruments the JBs were always a product, groomed and packaged just so. And that’s how Disney works – why would anyone be surprised that Disney, a large multi-national corp, would act like a large multi-national corp?

  27. Kate says:

Um … yeah. Demi Lovato’s indignation seems a bit misplaced, considering that she’s a well-known drug user. Her “woa is me, poor, poor pathetic me and my tragic, milked-for-everything-it’s-worth eating disorder, I’m so victimized, WAH!!!!” routine is dull and over-played. I do think it’s lousy that he called her out, but I totally believe that she and The Tongue exposed Joe Jonas to drugs. No one forced him to indulge, however, so to me he sounds like a whiney little tool.

    • LAK says:

isn’t it amazing that the age JJ quotes Miley pressuring him is also the age she had that controversial VF portrait with Annie Leibowitz in which she [or her people] claimed she was coerced into doing that. meanwhile here is JJ outing her as a drug user at that point.

    • kim says:

Her bf is cokaFez who’s nearly a child molester for dating several underage girls over the years including LiLo. She had issues if she’s with that guy. I’m beginning to think he has damaging things on her and its a blackmail relationship…eating disorder is the least of her problems so that may be why she talks so much about it. Look at my right hand while the left is getting cut.

      • LAK says:

Everything i’ve heard about that guy makes me heeve. someone should out him publicly and by that i mean bring criminal charges.

  28. kim says:

Kinda makes me think Disney ppl w..re out the kids. They pick talented kids with iffy parental guidance and screw them over.

    • Sumodo1 says:

Yes, yes! And, short ones who can play “kids” while in their 20s. Iffy parenting and baby faces. *shudder*

    • Sumodo1 says:

Yes, yes! And, short ones who can play “kids” while in their 20s. Iffy parenting and baby faces. *shudder* Btw, there’s a banner ad running right now OVER this story that is freaking me out: “SIGN YOUR KIDS WITH DISNEY.” Omg!

    • LAK says:

Disney doesn’t screw the kids up, the parents do. They abdicate all responsibility to a corporation that ‘s only interested in the profit margin and they cry wolf when their contracts run out and they are left with kids with no life skills that they assumed Disney would give the kids whilst forgetting that Disney signed these kids for their entertainment value and not to be their parents.

Not all Disney kids or childstars in general go off the rails. All the disney kids and childstars from other companies that go off the rails do so because they don’t have a support network for the duration of the working contracts and more often than not are the family breadwinners.

Those kids with a support structure turn out alright and grow up without issues eg Dakota fanning vs Lindsey Lohan or Jodie Foster vs Kim Richards or going further back Shirley Temple vs Judy Garland.

  29. Dommy Dearest says:

I loved their show, I really did. Good to see that in the end it’s all about choice. The Disney stars now that act a fool further prove that they are the ones deciding to act that way. So tired of hearing them throw the blame off on others.

  30. Carolyn says:

All I get from this is good on the Sprouse boys for doing what they wanted. My daughter really likes The Suite Life on Deck (showing as re-runs here in Aus). Mind you, a decision to walk away from the spotlight is easier if you’ve already made a lot of $. The Jonas family were obviously greedy and wanted more and signed up for whatever the Mouse House told them to. Not sure it’s made them any happier. They’ve certainly made a silk purse out of a sow’s ear. Camp Rock was good. Time for their 15 mins of fame to end too. That new “reality” show with one of them and his wife is nauseating. A show completely about nothing.

  31. St says:

Well it’s simple. Disney cast Jonas Brothers, suddenly teens liked it and Disney were making money from it. Along with Jonas Brothers themselves. And they all would be making those huge money as long teens would love it. When they would stop – so would end Jonas fame.

Jonas wanted to do something else? No problem – quit Disney and do. But hey – then it would mean that fame would end and money would stop coming in their pockets. So they “had” to stay at Disney and do that silly Disney stuff. But all they wanted was to have fame, money and do music that they liked. And boo at Disney that did not let them… Typical celebrity – everything has to be perfect for them.

And well – their wish granted. Finally they grew up and could not play 17 years old anymore and were free from those silly teenage stuff from Disney and could do what they want. Look at new superstars Jonas Brothers… Only there are no such. Their careers ended on that moment when they dropped all that Disney stuff. Their teen fans went elsewhere and they were not interesting and talented enough to gain adult fans. And here they are – no career at all. Which kinda shows that adult people in suits at Disney were right all along when they told Jonas Brothers to stick to that teen pop fans.

These two must have a good family and the proper guidance compared to other child stars. Also, I read that the two of them attend New York University. How refreshing!
