Here’s a photo of Scott Disick in Miami on Dec. 9 hanging out next to a woman who is not Kourtney Kardashian. I’ve got no idea who this girl is, and maybe she’s just a friend. I feel like if Scott was going to cheat on Kourtney, he wouldn’t be so bloody public about it and get papped with a “mistress” at a public swimming pool. Then again, Scott is crafty with his image and likes to paint himself as a villain, so maybe he’s getting papped with other women on purpose. He loves to do dumb things like roll a wad of actual money onto a toilet paper roll to rile people up. I’d hope that he’s not dumb enough to throw away a 7-year-relationship with the mother of his two children just to look like more of a stud muffin in the eyes of the cameras.

Scott admitted last year that he tried to talk Kourtney into getting married, but she wasn’t interested. Of course their relationship has been plagued on and off by rumors of Scott’s cheating, and now the subject has returned. In Touch details his actions over the past few weeks. He spent five days partying in Miami in early December and visited a Houston strip club on Dec. 8. Then he allegedly an “got cozy with a sexy brunette” at a Beverly Hills hotel. In Touch even says Scott has moved out of the family home and skipped his son’s birthday party. So what’s really going on?

Sporting glittery gold Minnie Mouse ears and a Snow White top, Kourtney Kardashian was all set up for a day of family fun at Disneyland with her son, Mason, 4, and daughter, Penelope, 18 months. The trio had a blast on the rides, ate lunch with Mickie and Minnie and took in a spectacular holiday fireworks show. But one important person was conspicuously missing form the Dec. 10 outing celebrating mason’s birthday: his and Penelope’s father and Kourtney’s partner of seven years, Scott Disick.

Scott’s no-show may seem like a slap in the face to his family — but it wasn’t a surprise. Multiple source say Scott, 30 — who has a long history of bad behavior — is spiraling out of control again. In the days leading up to Disney, he partied hard in Miami, hit a strip club in Houston, and perhaps the most crushing blow of all to Kourtney, 34, got cozy with a sexy brunette at the Montage Beverly Hills hotel — his new home since choosing to move out of the family’s Calabasas, Calif., house he shares with Kourtney and the kids. “Kourtney is furious and hurt that he’s slipped back into his old habits,” ays a Kardashian family insider. “She loves him, but she hates how he acts when he’s partying. It’s humiliating — and she’s over it.”

While she’s used to Scott’s partying and volatility, his behavior at the Montage on Dec. 6 will be a devastating surprise to the mom of two. “The woman was in her 20s and exotic-looking,” recalls patron Thomas Johnson, who spotted the pair in the lobby. “She was pulling a small suitcase on wheels and Scott both his arms around the small of her back, kissed her on the cheek, and whispered into her ear. When Scott pulled back, he kept his hand on her hips and leaned back, as if to check her out.”

Then they headed towards the elevators. “The way he touched her and the way they looked at each other suggested they were a lot more than friends,” says Johnson. “A man with a long-term partner and two children should never behave like that with another woman.”

[Kourtney and Scott] weren’t even spotted together celebrating Mason’s actual birthday on Dec. 14. They did join a group of friends for dinner at Sugarfish in Calabesas the night before, but seemed distant.

“I don’t know why the Kardashian girls can’t seem to keep a man,” says an insider close to the family. “They’re beautiful and have more money than God, but they just can’t find happiness.”

The article also says Scott also plans to move to NYC in January so he can pursue a “bicoastal” lifestyle. For what it’s worth, a Kardashian rep told HuffPo that In Touch’s story is “ridiculous” and “not true.” I think the story is based on fact as far as Scott’s whereabouts are concerned with various trips and vacations without Kourtney. Would he be stupid enough to cheat and get himself booted out of the family business? Enty says Scott has actually been shuffling between various hotels and thinks he can build a reality career on his own. I think Scott is just messing with all of us, and Kourtney could give a flip what he does as long as he comes home to her.
