Britney Spears was seen entering the emergency room at a Century City, CA hospital on Sunday. Her staff seemed more concerned about how to enter the hospital unnoticed than getting her seen by a doctor as quickly as possible. She was seen walking in through the parking garage in a sundress, hat, wig and sunglasses. Her people may have had a good excuse for not freaking out over Britney’s health - she was said to be suffering from just a painful toothache in one of her molars, according to her manager. She was treated and released in just about an hour, which supports that story or at least suggests that something minor prompted the visit.

People overheard Britney complaining in the elevator that she couldn’t take painkillers for her toothache, which are discouraged for people battling a drug and alcohol addiction.

Before her minor tooth probleBritney showed up unexpectedly at a hip hop dance class on Friday, where the instructor said she nailed the moves quickly and inspired his other students to do their best. She was carrying a book which could have been an Alcoholics Anonymous tome. She stepped out for sushi later that night with three girlfriends, and was seen wearing freaky-looking blue contact lenses.

On Saturday Britney went to another class at the same dance studio, and was seen entering a hair salon. While it’s unknown what she could do with her hair at this point besides wear a wig, she did need a manicure badly or it’s possible she went in for a consultation. US Weekly reports that she had no services done at the salon. She also visited with her estranged husband, Kevin Federline, and their two infant boys. Federline still has custody of the children and is reportedly getting help from Britney’s mother.

K-Fed celebrated his birthday at Pure nightclub in Las Vegas this weekend, and was joined by his ex Shar Jackson, but not Britney. Britney was said to be checking out of rehab early just to go to Kevin’s birthday party, so that’s good news that she wisely decided to stay away.

On Sunday, paparazzi caught Britney entering the hospital, but by the account on the X17 photo agency’s website, it didn’t seem to be a major emergency.

No matter what Britney does, she’s followed by hoards of paparazzi who shout questions at her. It seems she would do better in her recovery if she moved to a remote area for a while. There are dance instructors and manicurists in other parts of the country, and she can hire people to come visit her as needed. Still, even though it led to her nervous breakdown, it doesn’t seem like she’s ready to give up the spotlight.
