I can totally understand her reasoning, or lack therof, and I think it will help a lot of people to be so candid about her troubles. Women, especially young women, often think that if they were rich, famous, and beautiful, their lives would be problem-free. If nothing else, Halle helps burst that dangerous bubble. If more people opened up about their mental health issues and successful recovery then perhaps the stigma of seeking help in the form of therapy would finally die and we'd have a vastly healthier society. I've always liked Miss Berry but I'm gaining a whole new respect for her in light of her candid honesty. Bravo Halle, well done.
