Justin Bieber arrested for DUI & drag racing in Miami Beach, Florida

Justin Bieber’s 2014 has sucked pretty hard so far. His house has been raided by cops, Lil’ Maple Leaf couldn’t even throw eggs without getting the attention of the po-po, he’s been guzzling sizzurp like it’s going out of style, and he had to let one of his friends get arrested (it was Little Za or Baby Bieb, dawg). So Baby Bieber went down to Miami to turn around this douche of a month. He went to a strip club and spread around $75,000 at the “top level” of the establishment, getting lap dances from four of the ladies. Then Bieber, now pretty drunk, thought it would be a good idea to go drag racing. Thankfully, the Miami police arrested him:

Justin Bieber was arrested for DUI … TMZ has learned. Law enforcement tells us … Bieber was busted in Miami Beach for both DUI and drag racing.

The arrest occurred early Thursday morning.

Bieber is now in custody and is at the police department where he is being tested — presumably to more precisely measure his blood alcohol level. Our law enforcement sources say Justin was given a field sobriety test at the scene … and failed.

His next stop will be jail, where he will be booked and processed and bail will be set.

We’re told Bieber had just left a club and was driving at the time cops spotted him. Sources say the person Justin was racing was also arrested.

Based on what we know … the traffic stop was for drag racing and cops determined he was driving under the influence.

[From TMZ]

Yeah, I hear all of you saying “thank God” and “throw the book at him!” Which would be fine except… it’s Florida. Florida’s criminal justice system is just as f—ked up (if not MORE f—ked up) as California’s. Baby Bieber will definitely live to douche another day. Sure, he’ll probably have to pay some fines and there will be some court appearances, but nothing’s going to happen to him. Something to look forward to, though: Lil’ Maple Leaf’s martyr complex is going to be raging after this, so look for him to act like Jesus on the cross because the po-po wouldn’t let him drag race drunk.

Whoa. Li’l Leafy is circling the drain, isn’t he?

    My, my, MY.

    My goodness.

  2. Sabrina says:

I hope that he actually has to face the consequences of his actions and does not get off scot-free, although I’m not holding my breath for that to happen.

  3. Kali says:

    YUSSSSSSSS! That is all.

  4. Belle Epoch says:

PLEASE lock him up and throw away the key!!!

  5. QQ says:

The news affiliates here are having a verytable orgasm here they keep cutting back to say absolutely nothing of value and to show pics of …a Rented yellow Lambo.. Of course

Is like xmas, Im loving it

    • Anastasia says:

Same here. I live in Dallas, no connection whatsoever to Bieber, but the reporting on it (my NBC affiliate) is positively giddy. Gleeful. And they KEEP going back to it, even though there are no new details. Just showing an aerial shot of the Miami jail.

      Major laughs.

    • blue marie says:

Right? I heard it this morning and laughed Coke (the drink) through my nose. I also hear (not sure about follow through) that some cops are in trouble for escorting him to that strip club.

    • GoodNamesAllTaken says:

I know, they keep repeating the same thing, and I keep watching!

  6. Kelly says:

Drag racing? As in racing while being in drag?

$75,000 on strippers?? Where’s his blind item? (lol)

  7. Mata says:

Serious question: How many arrests or type of arrests does it take for the US to be able to deport this twat?

  8. Falula says:

About a year ago, my cousin told me that she didn’t mind her daughter’s Bieber obsession because at least he was not setting a bad example. I immediately referred her to this site and said it was only just beginning.

    Told her so.

  9. Esther says:

Aww, I can’t wait to see baby’s first mugshot.

    • Miffy says:

Ugh, he’s going to pull that idiot squinting-and-confused face in it, isn’t he? He’ll have Jayden Smith on speed dial for tips. It’s like the male duck face.

  10. Neffie says:

Someone please reign this child in, its not even funny anymore, i am getting a feeling something really terrible will happen to him or someone around him will get hurt.

    • Shannon1972 says:

Agreed…as a mom of 3 boys, I haven’t found his stories amusing at all. However, this time his Dad was in Miami with him. Who’s going to rein him in if his own parents won’t? So freakin typical these days. The parents are loving the lifestyle their kid provides and won’t rock the boat so the money keeps flowing. This just makes me sad and angry, like we are watching a train wreck in effect.

    • Kiddo says:

Yeah. He is either crying out for help or he is intoxicated with hubris and recklessness. Either way, I don’t see it ending well.

    • CaribbeanLaura says:

I concur. Someone needs to step in and take control. Jesus perhaps? I’m sure the big guy is a beilieber. Joking aside, his mom needs to step in and put her foot down. I’m 27 and when I become rich and famous if I start acting the fool I know she will put me in my place.

  11. Susiecue says:

I hope you’re wrong; he’s under age and not a US citizen. I would love to see him become Canada’s problem. Also, THAT HAT. I’ve never been so angry at an accessory.

  12. DanaG says:

He is stupid enough to think this is cool. Hope he loses his licence for awhile and get’s a big fine not that it will bother him. At least this will get him used to going to court. LOL

  13. Tapioca says:

Florida is a “Stand Your Ground” state, right? If only someone could say they felt genuinely threatened by The Biebs, and keep a straight face…

  14. LaurieH says:

In all fairness, drag racing and 1st offense DUI’s are not jailable offenses in any state. He’ll get what everyone gets: a fine, a one-year suspension of his license and required classes, but since he doesn’t have a Florida drivers license, I’m not sure how that’ll work out. I guess that would be up to California. All that aside, the little shit is clearly out of control and pretty much everyone wishes he would go away and stay away.

  15. Amy says:

    File under: Unnecessary Canadian exports.
    Will trade for maple syrup.

  16. Shannon1972 says:

He could have killed someone…lil idiot! Drag racing is such a stupid thing to do under any circumstances, he was just asking for it and I’m glad they got him on that. I was feeling sorry for him a little while back, but it looks like his meltdown is now in full effect. He’s the male version of Lohan.

I think we are done with him here – when can we send him back?

  17. Kim1 says:

He will just go to rehab ala Lohan

  18. Miffy says:

Rehab, a reunion with Selena Gomez and many, many interviews about his recovery and the dark times and he’ll be back to sipping sizzurp and humping strippers in the privacy of his own home in no time. You got this, Biebs! Idiot.

  19. Neffie says:

Question: Are some mug shots protected,i always wondered why we never saw Chris Brown’s mugshot?

  20. Samtha says:

This douche is going to kill someone if he doesn’t get help.

  21. Tracy says:

Was he using his booster seat while driving?

  22. Nashville Girl says:

He seems to have lost all ability to make anything but bad decisions. I don’t feel sorry for him but do think it is a sad cautionary tale.

  23. Tessa says:

To me he’s still a kid, and he’s spinning out of control, and I want someone to help him. Just like Lindsay Lohan’s parents failed her miserably, Justin is being failed. They let him have too much too soon and never said no. Now they can’t stop him. They created a monster that is going to burn it all down. Justin is obviously trying to self destruct. The pressure is too big and it’s the easiest way to end it.

  24. Merritt says:

He is truly awful. He could have killed someone. I hope they throw the book at him, but that won’t happen.
