  1. Ellen Smith says:

It does not matter what Ms. Hasselbeck says, because she says it based on ignorance.

  2. Syko says:

    It’s. not. the. same. thing.

  3. sissoucat says:

Well, if they really wanted to control the wolf population, they could use those helicopters to spread meatballs countaining contraceptive drugs.

Oh, but where would be all the fun ? And contraception, ain’t it a sin ?

  4. Kate says:

    dumb cow

  5. Chiara says:

EH takes the position of defending Palin no matter what the issue is. Did she have any facts to offer in the conversation, no.

Whoopi and Joy …irreverent. EH …irrelevant.

  6. JUDY says:

Eh is always irrelevent…why she has access to the public is beyond me. Wht the view keeps her is also beyond me, she gets snotty with Joy like she actually has a point?? ROFLMAO
The shame is she is still having kids and she will raise them to be as stupid as she is and that is scarey.

  7. anastasiabeaverhausen says:

I hate so much about this person, I can’t even put it into words. She needs a kick in the hot pocket SO much more than Gwyneth Paltrow does.

  8. Renee says:

Everytime she tries to make a point she gets shushed. Let the woman explain herself one of these times! I guess there is only freedom of speech if you belong to the left. I’m not saying they have to agree with her, but they should respect that she has an opinion. The name of the show is is spot on. one view allowed instead of many views. I applaud her for even trying.

  9. ER says:

I keep hoping Elizabeth will reach over and scratch Joy’s eyes out, but so far it hasn’t happened!

  10. rules says:

the view has jumped the shark. And which one is johnathon?

  11. HS says:

    thank you, Renee!!
    Really and truly. 🙂

  12. Diva says:

God I get sick of people shouting “NO FREEDOM OF SPEECH!” when it’s other CITIZENS shushing them.

In case you weren’t aware, Freedom of Speech being able to say what you want without the GOVERNMENT stopping you, not someone else with just as much of an opinion as you blocking your mouth.

This includes privately owned blogs, btw. If Celebitchy wanted to delete something you say, it’s NOT a violation of your RIGHTS. I’m not saying she does that, I’m just saying…

  13. Orangejulius says:

EH is a willfully ignorant, uninformed twit who resorts to the usual tactic of conservatives (my brother included)by immediately going straight to their standard set of issues whether they’re related to the topic or not. It’s a ‘don’t confuse me with the facts, my mind’s made up’ mentality.

Dump her sorry ass and at least get a right-winger with a brain. No, I don’t think those two things are mutually incompatible, though sometimes I wonder….

  14. Renee says:

okay Diva, i’ll rephrase. you only get to say what you want when you are a liberal when the media is involved. doesn’t change the point. but thanks for being so nice about it.

  15. Renee says:

*if you are a liberal when the media is involved*

don’t want to start an uprising for my horrible English skills.

  16. Annie says:

    Hahahah.

True facts Diva. People should realize that freedom of speech only applies to the government’s right to limit you.

Private citizens and what have you, can shut you up all they want.

  17. Annie says:

okay Diva, i’ll rephrase. you only get to say what you want when you are a liberal when the media is involved. doesn’t change the point. but thanks for being so nice about it.

Evidently you haven’t watched Fox News, or Bill O’Reilly or listened to Rush Limbaugh. LOL

    Get your facts straight. 🙂

  18. Renee says:

Actually I do watch/listen to them. Fox News does allow liberal guests to talk and share opinions. As for Rush, I don’t believe he belongs to a show that has multiple hosts who are all supposed to offer their VIEWS.

  19. J says:

Good for Whoopi for cutting EH off to commercial. EH is so ignorant at times I want to scream. Now, if the show would just kick EH off and get someone else I might just watch the show more often.

  20. prissa says:

Good point Orangejulius. The do resort to the same old arguments to defend issues whether they relate or not.

  21. prissa says:

    *They

    sorry :0)

  22. Diva says:

    Two words –

    Ann Coulter

Blows your “only liberals” thing out of the water, doesn’t it?

  23. Annie says:

    ROFL.

That’s a hoot, every time I switch to FoxNews, they’re shouting down the “liberals” they disagree with.

Don’t tell me you bought their million dollar campaign spin about FoxNews being “Fair and Balanced”.

  24. hmm says:

Elisabeth is able to spew her venom on every single topic and she often speaks over other people or resorts to name calling. She has every right to give her opinion but she doesn’t want to engage in a debate she only wants to tell you that she’s right and you’re wrong. Her point made absolutely no sense and heaven forbid someone should point that out to her. She’s too stupid to realize that her statement undercut her own argument. If she is so concerned about the sanctity of life, all life, then shouldn’t she be critical of the wolf hunts? She would have much more credibility if she ever said anything critical of a Republican. She can only find fault with Democrats and has never acknowledged one mistake that was made by the Bush Administration or Palin or McCain. It’s fine to be partisan but if you lack perspective and the power of discernment then you are nothing but an ideologue who lacks intelligence.

  25. Diva says:

RE: “thanks for being so nice about it”

Renee… I’m going to apologize for being kinda harsh. Nice hasn’t totally been my thing today, lol.

It does bug me when people complain about Freedom of Speech being violated when, like, their comments get deleted from here, or someone they like gets interupted by someone they don’t like, but I could have been nicer about it.

I’ve taken the anti-crazy pill now (I was injected with the CRAZY by the doctor last week and it’s in full swing!), lol, and I’m feeling bad for being a meanie to ya!

  26. Ruffian9 says:

Ellen DeGeneres is marrying Ladies Home Journal?

  27. Renee says:

    Thanks, Diva

  28. Ironhead says:

“She needs a kick in the hot pocket SO much more than Gwyneth Paltrow does.”

Kick in the hot pocket….Jesus, I’m crying here. My wife and I have now resolved to use that phrase at least twice this weekend in mixed company. That is friggin’ perfect.

  29. snappyfish says:

What kind of shirt is she wearing? A prop from the “puffy shirt” episode of Seinfeld? This chick can’t stay on topic as she doesn’t understand give and take of debate.

Let’s run home to a hate comments and talking points. (just how many possible aborted children has this shrew adopted?) Ashley Judd wasn’t talking about abortions you nincompoop, but animal cruelty. To take the converstation to it’s irrational conclusion (is Hasselback compairing children to wolves?)

Why won’t they make her go away

  30. raybay says:

As an Australian stay at home mum, and not having the same political procession here as u do there. As an impartial viewer in regards to polotics, Elisabeth Hasselback is the most ingorant, bigeted, hypercritical person I have ever seen and the woman should have been shown the door last year, rather than be given another shot. If she could actually give an opinion, with some validity behind it and be able to discuss her “opinions” without constantly making statements and diverting to information that NEVER has anything to do with what is being discussed then maybe her co workers aswell as the viewers would take her more seriously. But she doesnt. Todays show only proves that point.

  31. Dan says:

hey, good point sissoucat! i mean, with our technology these days they could make contraceptives for animals.

  32. Codzilla says:

The reason this woman keeps her job is because she gets everyone talking. Ignoring her is the only way we can force her to piss off for good.

  33. kate says:

and we are surprised because why? sarah palin could advocate killing a magical unicorn and hasselbeck would think it was the right thing to do.

  34. Stephanie says:

Dont some wolves eat their young?…

    Sorry, I couldnt resist

  35. raybay says:

i think elisabeth would eat her young if they decided to be anything other than republican. She’d be the kind of mother who disowned her kids for being indifferent to her own beliefs or opinions.

  36. Natalie says:

YES – it’s sad watching animals die…I’m not refuting that fact….But the saddest thing yet is that there is no sanctity for human life these days. Everyone gets so ticked off that abortion should be mentioned…But who else is saying anything about it?? Name a celebrity that actually comes forth and says that it’s wrong, that they don’t support it, that it should be stopped. No one. “It’s a woman’s right” or “it’s her body” or “it’s not a baby when it’s only a few weeks/months old”….It’s ridiculous the excuses that are made for MURDER. If it’s not a baby, then you’re not pregnant. It’s just SO much easier to take the side of saving wolves (after all, everyone can be sympathetic towards animals) than it is to stand up for saving babies, because when abortion is mentioned people go rangy and claim it good and right and just a means of “family planning”…Who are we trying to kid as a society? I say good for you Elisabeth! You know you’re doing something right when all the Left wing socialists hate ya! Keep it up!
