I just wanted to check on Olivia Wilde, who must be growing close to her due date by the looks of this bump. These are photos of Olivia in Boston yesterday where she met up with baby daddy and fiancé Jason Sudeikis. Olivia looks exhausted and at the point of pregnancy where it’s impossible to get comfortable while sleeping. I hope Jason’s giving her plenty of footrubs (if she’s into them). Olivia’s hanging tight with 2-inch heels in these photos. Her pregnancy style has been flawless and glamourous on the red carpet, and she looks sophisticated here.

Olivia recently chatted with People about makeup (she’s a Revlon ambassador) and gave some useful tips:

Make your beauty mistakes early: “I don’t think there’s one picture from growing up where I don’t think, ‘Ugh, awful! ‘If I ever have a daughter who starts experimenting with heavy makeup or shaving her hair like I did, I would encourage it and say, ‘Do it all now, you’ll learn yourself well.’ I did that awful gutterpunk undershave look when I was 12. Not an easy grow back process. It looked like I got run over by a tractor. But my mom had a good response to that stuff; I didn’t even need to be punished, I learned that one on my own.”

She wears lowkey Revlon to go casual: Most days, she swipes on the brand’s CC cream to cover “any weird splotches and acne scars,” fills in her brows and puts on mascara.

She doesn’t do heavy lips: “I know that a glossy red lip is terrifying to a man. It’s so funny because in every old movie they were clearly making out wearing heavy lipstick. How did they do it back then? Knowing the ’30s, they probably sprinkled lead on top to make it stay.”

Makeup mishaps on the red carpet: “I never panic, I just say ‘Oh, I look like a drag queen, it’s not going to work. I now know enough about my face to say, ‘Listen, that’s not going to work on me because of my man jaw or giant forehead.’ … [But] I encourage people to experiment, to have fun. When you feel your best, you look your best.”

I like that Olivia has a sense of humor about what she calls her “man jaw” and “giant forehead.” She has great bone structure, but people can be so cruel. Olivia is throwing it all back at her critics. She’s awesome. She’s also witty and very aware of her place in Hollywood. I think she’ll be fine, careerwise. Acting might be on the back burner the moment, but Olivia did score a role in Martin Scorsese and Mick Jagger’s upcoming HBO pilot. That should be interesting, right?

Olivia struggled a bit to push her luggage into a NYC cab last week. The cabbie should have helped a pregnant lady out.
