Joe Pesci wields a golf club and threatens Robbie Williams

Robbie Williams has a mansion in LA right next to Joe Pesci’s place. Williams had some friends over on Sunday to watch a soccer game and one of their cars was blocking Pesci’s driveway. Instead of acting neighborly and asking them politely to move it , Pesci came over wielding a golf club and cursing.

Williams initially thought Pesci was being funny and was just trying to amuse him, but he soon ordered his friends to move their cars when he realized he was geniunely pissed off:

Robbie Williams was left gobsmacked after a furious four-letter bust-up with his neighbour, Hollywood legend Joe Pesci.

The 64-year-old actor – who played psychotic Tommy DeVito in the 1990 gangster classic – flew into a rage when Rob’s mates blocked his LA driveway with their cars.

Waving a golf club and spouting lines that echoed Tommy’s in the Martin Scorsese movie, he stormed over to the singer and his pals and yelled: “Which one of you motherf***ers blocked my drive?

“If you don’t move in 30 seconds, I’m gonna smash your windscreen!”

Robbie had invited his mates – including former EastEnders actor Sean Maguire – over to his pad for his weekly football match. But as they were about to kick off, they saw Oscar-winner Pesci hurtling towards them.

At first, Rob and his pals thought Pesci, who also starred in Raging Bull, was joking. But they were soon left shaking in their (football) boots. A pal of Rob’s tells us: “He has a weekly football match at his pad for any Brit expats over in LA. But it’s fair to say that none of them have been as eventful as this.

Williams’ people even confirmed that this happened.

In January of 2006 Joe Pesci punched out a 24 year-old guy who hounded him for a picture in a shopping center parking lot in Boca Raton, FL. Pesci initially shook his hand, the guy went away to buy a camera, and came back and asked for a picture. Pesci refused to let him take one, and when the guy snapped his picture anyway he socked him in the face.

It’s possible Williams had blocked Pesci’s driveway one too many times before he decided to take matters into his own hands. Maybe he’s been typecast for a good reason.

    Hm. Joe Pesci said “windscreen”?

    Riiight.

  2. Diva says:

lol, yep, that’s what I thought when I just read this… my husband is British and I giggle at him when he calls the windshield a windscreen.

British publications should make sure they know how people would speak before “quoting” them, lol.

Perhaps Robbie is not a good neighbor, the story really doesn’t say so. While I do not think threatening someone with a baseball bat is good form, no one can do that better than Joe Pesci.

    Joe Pesci is the shit!

  5. Lee says:

You gotta remember it was brits who would have reported what pesci said, i doubt pesci would recount his own exact words when asked.

So maybe one of the brits there said windscreen while recounting what pesci had threatened them with.
