There wasn’t too much fashion love for the LA debut of Godzilla last week. Elizabeth Olsen tried to pull off a Jolie sack dress, and no one can do that except Jolie. These are photos of the London premiere where Lizzie is wearing an Elie Saab gown. This dress is pretty awful, isn’t it? The see-thru skirt and granny panties completely ruin everything else. I don’t get the trend of giving a skirt a train when you can see through the skirt itself. The effect is cheap and unfinished.
From the waist up, Elizabeth looks great. The bodice of the dress is well-tailored, and she opted for no necklace and simple jewelry. She’s one of the few celebs who can pull off bold eyeliner. The hair is a little boring. What isn’t boring? Her new fiané, Boyd Holbrook. He’s gorgeous, and he and Lizzie met on the set of last year’s Very Good Girls.
Aaron Taylor-Johnson walked the red carpet with his wife, Sam. I don’t have an ID on this dress, but she wore Chanel in LA. This could also be Chanel — the label has its fair share of black leather dresses. (Update: It’s Alexander McQueen.) Sam’s been dressing “young” on the red carpet lately. She looks good though. Sam also revealed that Aaron will make an appearance in her 50 Shades of Gray movie. Interesting.
Bryan Cranston also made it for the premiere. I think he’s going to steal this movie. Reviews are largely positive, and the Twitter buzz is incredible.

IA, it’s one of the better ones of these hideous see through dresses. so very rarely is see-through done right, and here it’s still wrong but not terribly wrong. it would have been very beautiful lined
I would have loved to Elizabeth’s dress if it weren’t see-through at the bottom, I can’t stand that trend.

So tired of this see-through dress trend. It does not look good on anyone and just seems like somebody forgot to sew in a lining. That leather dress looks like an apron.

I am not familiar with Aaron Taylor Johnson but his wife looks old enough to be his mother!
She actually is. I don’t think it’s healthy for him, because he got with her when he was 18 and I just think you should be kind of equal when you marry and get kids. They seem very happy and in love, though.

to much spread and is skeevy -in the same way a man marrying someone with that many years difference is, to me.

Dr.Tim Whatley. Dentist. Bryan was incredibly handsome when he was on Seinfeld and very funny. Bryan is the only reason I want to see this film. Mr. Cranston never disappoints-he is a first class actor.
Meh, but at least she doesn’t have that creepy look like her sisters.

The dress would have been nice if it wasn’t sheer at the bottom. But where are her sisters – Mary Kate & Ashley? They weren’t there to support her? Also, all three were at the MET Gala, but they were not photographed together. What gives?

Considering all of the trailer’s for the film is Cranston speaking I think he will be the best thing about this film acting wise.

Aaron Taylor-Johnson. I can’t even. He’s too perfect. I feel bad about hating his wife, but I can’t help but feel weirded out by the relationship. She was his boss when they got together. He was 18 and she was more than twice his age. She got pregnant asap. He changed his name to include her last name. He’s said once in an interview that all his friends now are her friends and he doesn’t have much contact with his old friends anymore. It’s sort of like Stockholm Syndrome.
But then i think maybe I’m just severely jealous.
I feel the same on their situation. I’m not jealous I’m disgusted. He doesn’t look happy or is it just me? He does look very happy around Elizabeth though that i know is not just me. I don’t blame him she’s around his age and seems like she is very bubbly but more mature than his own wife. To top it off she’s a sight in that dress, i approve.
They all look really great, especially Aaron Taylor Johnson, he is so handsome!
