In case you were worried that this year’s Cannes Film Festival wouldn’t have enough crack shenanigans, Lindsay Lohan has arrived. She actually been in Cannes for days now – these photos are dated May 18th, which means she was partying on a yacht (????) Saturday night. I wonder if she’s still “taking meetings” as she tries to “finance” her film. Yes, those are euphemisms. Someone is paying LL to do something, but let’s not pretend it’s about making a film.
Meanwhile, remember how Lindsay is involved in a few different lawsuits, but one of them involved her failed leggings line? Lindsay had petitioned the court for something or other, using her “miscarriage” as an excuse. When lawyers tried to ask more questions about her sobriety (good luck with that) and her miscarriage, she tried to claim “privacy.” Well, it all worked out in the end:
Double victory for Lindsay Lohan … she just got $150k to settle her lawsuit against a clothing company — huge money for Linds — and now, she won’t have to talk about her miscarriage in court. According to new legal docs, Lindsay’s clothing label 6126 struck the settlement agreement this week with D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries, the company she sued last year for $1.1 million.
Lindsay claimed D.N.A.M. failed to pay her hundreds of thousands of dollars for licensing her 6126 trademark for international clothing sales. D.N.A.M. sued Lindsay right back, insisting her druggie reputation made it impossible to unload the merch.
We’re told the settlement kills BOTH lawsuits — and D.N.A.M.’s demand to force Lindsay to testify about the miscarriage … which she had raised as an excuse for not responding to their lawsuit. No end to this chick’s good luck.
$150,000 is good money, but I would imagine that the bulk of it will actually go to her lawyers, who have been working on this nonsense for months. LL just goes through these stages where she sues everybody and I’m pretty sure her goal is just to get quickie settlements. It’s part of her cracked-out money-making scheme. So, well played LiLo. Let’s see how fast you can BLOW through this money. I say the cash will be gone by the end of the Cannes Film Festival.

Whoever gives her money deserves what they don’t get in return. I can’t even remember her being cute anymore.
She reminds me of people I know who somehow get money from relatives even though they spend it on drugs and partying and crap. Anywho, I have to say she doesn’t look like a complete cracked out blow-up doll in these photos. Still looks like a corpse, but that’s expected.
A $150k settlement from a $1.1 million lawsuit is NOT a win. It was probably because the company calculated that they would spend less to settle than litigate, even in light of her alleged perjury. Also, she doesn’t have deep pockets, so even if they won a judgment against her, they wouldn’t be able to collect and they would still be out legal fees.
Regardless, most of that money will go to her lawyers, so very little will hit her pockets. What does end up in her bank account is already spent, I’m sure.
On to the next crack shenanigan we go!

Lindsay LOST a $5 million suit to this company because she couldn’t get her caca together and file legal documents.
But the company knows they won’t get that money from her, and they know it would cost too much to chase her for the money they won’t get, so they paid her off to go away.
