Brooke Mueller sued by ex assistant for making him get drugs, watch her have sex

Brooke Mueller and her children at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
These photos are of Charlie Sheen’s latest ex wife, Brooke Mueller, at LAX on August 19th with her twin 5 year-old boys, Max and Bob. She looks sober-ish, which is promising. Brooke somehow regained custody of her boys earlier this year despite being deemed an unfit mother by the judge in her custody case less than a year prior. As background, Brooke was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold in May, 2013, and went to rehab for the 21st time (that’s a legit number, it’s not exaggerated) that June, changing facilities when the first rehab was too strict. Brooke claims that her rehab stint was successful and that she’s been sober since. (Although she’s no longer subject to drug testing at all.)

When Brooke was stripped of custody last summer, we heard that conditions in her home were “shocking,” but we didn’t get specifics. We may have some sad and disgusting details in a new lawsuit filed by her former assistant. Lior Masaphor worked for Brooke from December 2012 until March, 2013. Masaphor’s lawsuit claims that he was paid $2,400 per month, but that he worked over 130 hours a week, was not paid minimum wage or given breaks, and is owed substantial overtime. He also claims that Brooke made him engage in “illegal and unsavory activities.” Later in the lawsuit, available as a PDF on Radar Online, it states that Masaphor was just 17 years old when he worked for Brooke. Holy sh*t. Here are the relevant parts:

According to the court documents obtained by Radar, Masaphor worked over 130 hours a week for for Mueller, and was forced to “engage in repetitive illegal and unsavory actions at the specific instance and request of Brooke Mueller. These reprehensible acts in addition to those set forth, included forcing Plaintiff to act as a drug mule, forcing Plaintiff to transport illegal drugs for defendants, forcing Plaintiff to watch over Defendants children in order that Defendants could get so high as to be literally wasted and or engage in multiple sex acts with third persons literally under the nose of and in the actual presence of Plaintiff and Defendants children.”

Masaphor worked for Mueller from 2012 to 2013, and also alleges that despite what he calls a hostile work environment, he was only paid a paltry $2400 a month: Based on “simple arithmetic [he] was effectively getting paid $4.47 per hour (125 hours a week),” the documents state.

“Mueller requiring Masaphor to engage in illegal and or dangerous activities as “part of his job” created irreconcilable and irrevocable hostile work environment. Masaphor was constructively terminated from his employment as a result thereof,” the papers state.

[From Radar Online]

The majority of the lawsuit is about the long hours that Masaphor worked and why he was treated illegally under California law. That one paragraph that Radar Online cited stood out for me. It’s heavily implied that Brooke’s children witnessed her having sex. (Radar is claiming that the lawsuit said the assistant had to “watch threesomes,” but that’s not what it says. “Engage in multiple sex acts with third persons” states that there was a third person, meaning one, with whom she had “multiple sex acts.” Radar and TMZ also missed the detail that this kid was 17 years old when he worked for Brooke, that’s on page 18 of the PDF.)

I really, really hope that Brooke was in another room when she was having sex and that the kids didn’t see anything, that’s awful. It’s worded in a way that suggests that things were witnessed, though, things I don’t want to think about. No wonder those kids were having so much trouble. Their mom was high on crystal meth, bringing random people into the house, and they saw things that no child should ever see. For Max and Bob’s sake, I hope Brooke is sober now and that she’s a much different person, but I doubt it. If she wasn’t rich and famous, do you think she’d even have unsupervised visits with her kids after all that?

    “Defendants”

Is he suing more than one person? forcing Plaintiff to watch over Defendants children in order that Defendants could get so high as to be literally wasted and or engage in multiple sex acts with third persons literally…. Or is this an error?

    • Leftovers says:

An apostrophe is missing either way.

    • lunchcoma says:

He’s suing Brooke and a bunch of unnamed Does. My guess would be that those are stand ins for various companies that Brooke controls and that the plaintiff hasn’t learned the names of yet.

    • mimif says:

She’s an error, period. That header photo made my stomach drop.
      *sadness*

      • TheOriginalKitten says:

I’m going to be nice here and phrase it like this: She is a very troubled woman.

That being said, look at that photo–she’s gained weight which means she’s likely sober. She’s not wearing makeup or looking like a party chick, she’s dressed very no-nonsense–in a functional mom-way (don’t yell at me, moms!), and she’s with her kids.

Can we at least be happy that she *appears* to have it together at the moment? Who knows how long it will last but at least she’s trying.

Or maybe I just want to believe that she isn’t a monster…for the sake of those poor little ones…

      • FLORC says:

        TOK
Not too long ago Brooke was on a walking trail from the looks of it in all black. She was extremely bloated or heavier looking there. Even in her face since her outfit was black making it harder to tell, but still. You could tell.

        Here she’s lost the weight.
If she’s cleaning up that’s fantastic. I will never snark about that of what struggles she’ll meet along that path. I just don’t think she’s clean here. At all.
At bes, off street drugs and on perscription versions.

I do hope she’s sober or working there.

      • mimif says:

Hope Springs Eternal, and I’ll leave it at that.

    • Jay says:

Personally I’m cringing at the use of “literally”. They “literally” had sex “under the nose” of the plaintiff? And I’m trying to figure out what “literally wasted” would look like. Heroin chic?

      • Zigggy says:

        I KNOW!

      • StormsMama says:

        @ Jay:
        Yes! “Literally” this!!!!!

        Also:
She looks hella cracked out in a pill head and/or meth/coke way. She just does. Sorry but I DO NOT buy that she’s sober. Especially since she’s not being tested! Nope. Not buying it.

  2. Jess says:

I have a hard time reading or writing about this b*tch, I can’t believe she already got those boys back, doesn’t have to drug test, and most importantly doesn’t have to get them the help they need for possible FAS, it’s sickening. Now stories like this come out and I hate her even more.

    • Dana says:

I don’t understand the system. My uncles ex wife tried to kill her daughter and now has overnight visits with them!

      • Aussie girl says:

That is some wrong shit right there! And god forbid if anything did happen then it would be the warnings signs where there ! 😣

      • Jess says:

Wow, that’s insane! I hope nothing happens to her, it would be on the system if so, just wow.

      • The Other Katherine says:

Meanwhile, someone I know had her son removed from her home because the school was “concerned” about his behavioral issues and the state of his clothes. This child suffers from severe autism and muscular dystrophy, and receives round-the-clock care from his mother when he is at home, and he did not receive proper medical care while with the foster carer. She and her husband only got their son back from foster care after they went to the local media and threatened a lawsuit. This was in a state where the local CPS agency is incentivized, via their funding mechanisms, to place children in foster care, and this happens disproportionately often to parents who are poor (like the person I know).

Our mechanisms for looking out for vulnerable children are completely broken.

    • JennySerenity says:

FCS, this piece of trash. My heart bleeds for her poor boys. It appears that w/ two total wrecks for parents, these sad little lads will have no healthy future whatsoever. 🙁

  3. cleveland girl says:

I don’t understand. He was forced? Couldn’t he have quit at any time??

    • lunchcoma says:

He did quit. One of his claims is for hostile work environment, and he’s using those incidents to demonstrate that he was constructively terminated (quit because he was asked to do unreasonably dangerous or illegal things) and didn’t just walk out because he found a better job.

    • GoodNamesAllTaken says:

He did quit, but in the immediate situation, what should he do? Walk out and leave those boys alone with people who are so high and so without decency as to have sex in front of children? I’m sure he wasn’t anticipating that happening when he showed up for work.

      • lunchcoma says:

There’s also the more mundane issue of how to support himself and find another job. Very few people quit full time jobs the second they’re mistreated at work. They need to build up some confidence, at a minimum, and many want reassurance they’ll be able to find other work. Plus, this kid was only a teenager, and very young employees are fairly easy to abuse because they’re not used to standing up for themselves.

      • GoodNamesAllTaken says:

Agree, lunchcoma, he was just a kid himself and probably just didn’t know what to do.

    • eliza says:

Few people, especially young ones, have the luxury to just quit a job when it becomes impossible. Sometimes one has to bide their time and prepare especially if they have rent due, car payments, and want to eat.

  4. MrsBPitt says:

    Those poor, poor little boys…..

    • Esmom says:

      I know. I can’t even imagine.

    • Eleonor says:

this. They do desperatly need professional help before it’s too late.

    • GoodNamesAllTaken says:

It just breaks your heart. And there are so many others out there, just not born to famous parents, and therefore not getting the attention.

      • kri says:

She shouldn’t be allowed to see them ever again. Neither should Charlie. It’s amazing what $$ can buy. I guess the sanity and well-being of kids is always up for sale. Sick.

  5. eliza says:

I disagree, she does not look sober to me.

I can believe this about her engaging in sexual acts while high when her kids were around. I read stuff like this in our local newspapers every now and again in CPS child abuse cases, where the parents are so high the kids are witness to everything.

I remember watching thst defunct Paris Hilton reality show a few years back when Kathy Hilton was worried about this trick and her drug usage.

Mueller is revolting to me. I still have no idea how she got custody back other than her wealthy parents paying off the judges. Women who are not wealthy lose custody all the time and it is years before they can get them back.

    Poor kids.

    • Frida_K says:

I don’t think she looks sober either. She doesn’t necessarily look like she’s flying high in these pictures. I think she’s probably coming down off a binge though. Look at the circles under her eyes, my wow.

I cannot believe that she has sole custody of those boys, and I feel very sorry for the poor kid who worked for her.

She’s vile. Of course, so is Charlie.

I feel sorry for those poor boys.

      • springingforward says:

She looks high to me. What the f is up with no drug testing on a parent who has been through rehab 21 times including while pregnant with the kids?????
Child Protective Agency needs a new name as it doesn’t live up to its current one.

    • nicegirl says:

I agree, she does not look sober or sober-ish to me. She looks cracked out-ish, IMO.

    • Katy-did says:

The first thing I thought when I saw the picture is that there is no way she’s been staying clean. The color and look of her skin is really telling. She may not be high in these pictures but she is still using in my opinion.

      • Decloo says:

This. She is ashy gray, she’s lost a lot of weight and has dark circles under her eyes. The first thing I thought when I saw the above photo was “Faces of Meth.”

    • Tammy says:

I agree, she doesn’t look sober but rather not high as kite in these pics. She looks like she’s been on a bender.

    • rlh says:

You’re right. Poor women have to jump through hoops to get their kids back: parenting classes, drug tests, supervised visits for months and months, proof that they are employed. Does Mueller work? Is she taking classes of any sort to have a meaningful life? Or is she just waiting for the dust to settle until she can pick up the stem again using the bribe money Charlie pays her? Mueller not being drug tested is the last thing those boys need.
I don’t think she is anywhere near sober.
And a few other posters were correct: all this info explains why those boys were so abusive at such a young age; hitting their sisters, abusing Denise’s dogs. These are really, really bad signs of what is to come.

  6. GoodNamesAllTaken says:

If this is true, she should permanently lose custody of those children. What a sick waste of space.

    • FLORC says:

That’s where i’m at. Those boys are exposed to such awful things.
What court allowed her unsupervised time with her children? And no drug tests? She doesn’t look sober here.
Wonder how Denise is doing? Hope she gets the official child support. Charlie appears to have dropped off the radar a bit.

    • Audrey says:

Before hearing this, I was disgusted that she regained custody and didn’t need to do drug tests

      Thus just makes it worse

  7. Aussie girl says:

She looks like shit to me. Like she hasn’t slept in days.

    • TheOriginalKitten says:

      Ever seen Faces of Meth?

I personally think she’s sober (at least in these photos). She has the telltale weight gain, her hair looks washed and healthy. She has bags under her eyes but again, meth will ruin your face permanently–you can’t turn back the clock on that.

      • FLORC says:

You made me think of something.
She’s got that big smile on her face and has her and Charlie’s twins. Now, if Charlie is cool with Brooke seeing the boys, he must be cool with Brooke. Historically Charlie is only cool with Brooke when she indulges with him. If she got clean and did a pick up/drop off intersecting with Charlie at all that would be a trigger. Trying to find a better way of phrasnig it, but the point is there. Maybe… Charlie likes drugs, If you like drugs, Charlie likes you. If you don’t like drugs or try to resist his drug fueled demands Charlie doesn’t like you anymore.

  8. Dany says:

she looks so bad in these photos, but somehow i think (and hope) that this is a good sign. When she was on drugs she was dolled up and skinnier. Her body and even dress sense have changed. She looks tired and exhaused and she wasn´t in the news for many months. She looks like someone who´s battling addiction

  9. Sarah says:

I know addiction is a disease, but those poor boys have been through hell. Brooke wasn’t even sober for her pregnancy, and the stories that leaked about the boys make me fear for them. I hope they aren’t psychopaths as a result of the physical and emotional trauma. God help those poor little rich boys.

  10. JustChristy says:

I’m confused…what did she need an assistant for? What has she ever done that wasn’t professional rehabber? I hope she’s sober, for the sake of those boys. And I hope she is not allowed or able to bring another innocent life into her mess.

  11. Sarah says:

The problem with the custody is the shit vs diarrhea argument. You have crackie Brooke or crackie Charlie.
The kids should obviously be removed from both, but the courts are reluctant to remove the kids from a wealthy family who have the resources to pay for the counseling these kids will need.

  12. AlmondJoy says:

I can’t imagine growing up with this woman as my mother and Charlie Sheen as my father.. I feel very bad for the ex-assistant but I feel even worse for these precious children. I pray that at some point a responsible relative will take over or that they have caring teachers who can serve as role models and make a difference in their lives.

    • Jenny12 says:

You are right; the children are the victims. But the problem is they have no relatives to step up, and teachers (I’m one) do our best, but when no one has addressed the medical issues of children born addicted (Brooke blocked it- you’d be amazed what being the biological mother can do) and no one has allowed interventions for children born addicted (Brooke blocked that, too) and they have lived in an environment that allowed them to see drug addiction and sexual behavior and had no boundaries or supervision, it’s a recipe for disaster to bring them into a classroom where there are expectations they won’t be able to understand. Even if they have an amazing teacher who can help, the other issue is that they still go home to this environment and live in it, which erodes whatever a teacher tries to do. These boys need to be taken away from their addict parents permanently and their own issues addressed for them to be able to have better lives. They’re just babies right now- imagine in a few years, when they’re older? Time is running out to help them, and it’s through no fault of their own.

  13. Jenny12 says:

This makes me FURIOUS. I’ve worked in an inner city neighborhood for many years, and while drug addicts can get their kids back, they have to fight a hell of a lot harder than Brooke Mueller and are taken away a lot sooner. I can absolutely believe everything in that affidavit; those kids have the classic behavior of being born addicted and living in a chaotic addict’s household. Now they’re kindergarten age and have to go to school and have received no services or help thanks to this useless cesspool of a parent, and what’s going to happen to them? She can’t hide them from the world anymore and she doesn’t seem to get that when you have kids, you actually have to take care of them. The problem here is, if she’s convicted, and she clearly deserves to be, who will take these boys and give them the intervention they desperately need? Certainly not their useless addict dad, who is busy making a show of donating money to ALS, but doesn’t bother raising the children he sired.

  14. Josefa says:

I cringed while reading every bit of that. Poor guy. Poor children. How can a person be so lacking of decency?!

    • lunchcoma says:

Or common sense? It doesn’t shock me that a PA is being paid in ways that violate labor laws or that one was asked to handle drugs and put up with terrible behavior. I am surprised that she’d even consider hiring a minor for the position.

  15. truthful says:

I wonder if one of her son’s will write a book about growing up in that household and both parents personal lives.

she does not look sober to me, her eyes…truly a sad situation.

    • Jem says:

Assuming both boys make it to adulthood, yeah, I’d be all for a “Mother Dearest/Father Dearest” type tell all, if for no other reason to redeem SOMETHING from this mess…

But sadly, chances are neither boy is going to make it that far and/or be capable of writing such a tome. They are the children of addicts, raised by addicts. Their outlook is just f*cking sad as hell.

  16. Lucky says:

This woman enrages me, especially this week. My poor sister went into preterm labor and lost her two precious twin daughter. Why this bitch is able to be a massive drug addict and have children makes me effing stabby. Sorry I know it has nothing to do with the post but I just had to vent 😡

    • Frida_K says:

My condolences to your sister, and to you, too. What a sad loss. I’m so sorry … I hope that time will bring peace and healing to your sister.

    • Jenny12 says:

No, I get it. I see people who aren’t able to have kids and would provide the most loving, stable homes for children and then I see who often has kids and I just don’t get it. At all.

    • GoodNamesAllTaken says:

I’m so very sorry for your heartache and your poor sister’s loss. What you said DOES have to do with this post. There are so many potentially good parents out there, and people who would give their right arm to be able to have children, and when you see someone blessed with two precious boys and mistreating them, it fills you with sadness and rage. Take it from someone who knows, your love for your sister will help her through this, even though you may feel helpless to do anything. She’s lucky to have you.

    • Jem says:

Cue one of the Duggars mouth-farting out some crap about “wel will have as many children as God sees fit”

What about THESE children? How do you explain God “blessing” this white trash sack of sh*t with these two boys so she can ride the child support train?

    • Singtress says:

I understand where you are coming from. I had twins and lost one on the day they were born (at 32 weeks).
While it stings a bit at the numerous Hollywood twin-sets these days, it is especially upsetting to see someone taking it for granted so horribly.

  17. jwoolman says:

Maybe the boys are getting treatment now? They haven’t stabbed their mom yet, which is a good sign….

  18. Odesa says:

Jenny 12, great points! I too work in An inner city school and see the effects of poverty everyday. The difference is that Brooke has every opportunity in the world to help her children and will not. They are accessories and pawns. it’s very hard to get kids taken away from neglectful parents and bad home situations permanently, especially the mom. Nine times out of ten they get the kids back and the cycle starts over again.

    • Jenny12 says:

I know and it makes me CRAZY. What makes me stabby is the number of women in this world who long for children and can’t have them and this drug addict not only abuses and neglects the kids she’s lucky enough to have, but due to being a rich white witch (ENTITLED), she gets a pass and more help and support than the people I work with. She and Charlie s— on every opportunity to be clean and raise their kids. And the fact that they reject help for their kids?? How do they expect these children, born addicted, and having the problems that go along with that, in addition to living in environments that are not conducive to healthy emotional growth, to thrive or even survive in a classroom, much less in life?

  19. JudyK says:

I will NEVER understand how she has custody of those boys. Never.

    • GoodNamesAllTaken says:

I had a big argument this weekend with a dear friend who is a family court judge. He said the goal in his court is family reconciliation. I say the goal should be whatever is best for the children and screw the parents if they prove they can’t do it. Children are not property. I think you screw up badly enough once, you cause physical or severe emotional harm to your children – that’s it. You had your chance, and you should have to work your ass off for years to get them back. He had a lot of good points about what happens to the children in the meantime, but I think being a parent is a privilege, not a right. We are failing our children in so many ways.

      • doofus says:

“being a parent is a privilege, not a right”

agree, and it reminds me of one of my favorite movie quotes (from Parenthood):

“You know, Mrs. Buckman, you need a license to buy a dog, or drive a car. Hell, you need a license to catch a fish! But they’ll let any butt-reaming asshole be a father.”

substitute “parent” for “father” and you have the current situation.

      • Jenny12 says:

Don’t want to insult your friend, but family reconciliation is not always what’s best for the kids. I could give many examples, but the biggest one would be my currently jailed nephews, 2 good kids corrupted by their biological excuse of a mother, who would often abandon them in crack houses to party and would not allow any evaluations despite their increasing behavioral issues. Removed, given back, removed, given back, rinse, repeat, pass the mantle of addiction and leave 2 new children to start the cycle all over again.

  20. mommak918 says:

She looks awful. Like Lohan after a drug binge/all nighter. Those kids have no chance in the world to turn out decent. Charlie Sheen is their dad…porn stars, drugs, and drug riddled sex is their norm. Poor kids… :/

  21. mimi says:

I don’t think she looks “sobber-ish” at all. She looks strung out to me…like she might has been on a recent drug bender that deprived her of sleep. I think she looks horrible in these pics. And after reading these repulsive accusations from her former assistant, I have very little hope she will ever get off of drugs altogether for the sake of her children. I really pity those poor little boys. Charlie Sheen has no use for them in his life and Brooke has shown us all repeatedly that she continuously chooses her drug lifestyle over their well being. Like most drug addicts with a long history of abuse, she knows how to manipulate the courts and even the CPA into thinking she’s a fit mother. This will not end well and those poor boys will suffer greatly for it.

  22. shannon says:

agree on all points above. she does not in any way look sober and she absolutely has no business raising children. I hate to say anything nice about her, but she was once a decent looking woman. the before and after pics are insane.

  23. MSat says:

I don’t know how to say this, and please forgive me if I am not using the proper terminology… but… that little boy she’s carrying in the photos. Not sure if that’s Max or Bob. Something seems off about him. Like, developmentally. I know Denise was trying to have both of the boys evaluated, right? Did that ever happen? Those poor, poor kids. Why can’t anyone do anything?

    • doofus says:

from what I remember, Brooke tried desperately (and succeeded) in preventing a mental health evaluation and/or treatment for the boys. (prob because she knew it wouldn’t be a very positive evaluation.)

and there’s plenty of evidence (I believe she even admitted it) that she used drugs and drank while pregnant, so it’s possible/likely that those kids were affected by that. And their behavior while living with Denise Richards was likened to that exhibited by children with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.

with a father like Sheen and a mother like this, those kids are really facing an uphill battle to have normal lives. Poor little kids…

    • Jenny12 says:

Because Brooke, the biological mother, blocked it. And she has a right to. As long as she kisses Charlie’s butt, he will let her do as she likes, as he doesn’t bother to raise the kids he has. You would not believe what they allow the mothers to do, even when they’ve been found not fit to parent or have custody. I thought so as well, seeing the photo of the kid being carried.

    • Mixtape says:

I’ll admit what I was thinking so you can feel better about your comment… They are at an airport. The boy’s eyes are half open and he has a doofy smile. How does an incompetent mother whose only real skill set is serving as a backdoor pharmacist keep her kid quiet on a plane?

    • Dommy Dearest says:

I miss your writing on here. A lot.

  24. Pumpkin Pie says:

I am feeling so filthy after reading this.

  25. DarkSparkle says:

Those eyes do not look sober. I feel beyond bad for those poor kids.

  26. Dommy Dearest says:

    Good. God.

  27. Bess says:

I feel horrible for writing this, but I believe that we’re going to be seeing a lot of the those twins walking in and out of courthouses, rehabs and jails for years to come. The entire situation is a recipe for disaster.

    • rlh says:

Indeed. My ex-husband saw his mother having sex with her boyfriend when he was 8 or 9 years old. After the husband discovered the affair my former mother-in-law started flaunting it until the husband could not take it anymore and finally moved out. My ex was in his early teens by this point. His mother was considered the neighborhood whore (I don’t feel that way but she did use very poor judgment). My ex is a misogynistic nightmare. Every woman, all of us, are whores to him and the level of violence he displays is constant and frightening as hell. Some boys never recover from seeing their mom have inappropriate sex. It’s probably already too late for Max and Bob. I hope not, but it probably is.

  28. aurelia says:

These boys are 5 years old are already damaged goods. If there is no permanent intervention (removal from their abusers) by 12 -18 months old, a child is as good as gone.

We have one of the OECD’s highest rates of child death and abuse of children carried out at the hands of the parent’s, here in lovely ole New Zealand. Why, because the powers that be priviledge familoy reconciliation over the the best interest of the child and well, common sense. Place them back with their abusers – end up dead or permanently damaged emotionaly and physicallty. Simple.

My child had flat head syndrome and at 4 months I sought an appointment with a cranio specialist. I was laughed at because they were booked solid with dealing either drink driver or get this – battered children’s head injures! See what I mean.
    Nuff said.
