LeAnn Rimes is officially off birth control & trying to get pregnant, just FYI

FFN_Rimes_Leann_JKING_082214_51509264

Here are some photos of LeAnn Rimes performing/yodeling in Vancouver a few days ago. I don’t know if the photographer just chose the photos of LeAnn’s most awkward moments or if she spent most of the show gesticulating wildly without a microphone. Was she playing charades with the audience? *taps sleeve* Three words! Sounds like…?

Anyway, everyone is talking about the latest episode of VH1’s LeAnn & Eddie. Apparently, this episode was all about LeAnn wanting to have babies and how Eddie really doesn’t. You can read the full recap of the episode here at Reality Tea. Long story short, LeAnn thought she might have fertility issues so she went to see a doctor who ran some tests and it turns out there are some issues. Here’s the relevant info:

It’s been days since LeAnn’s tests were taken. While baking cookies, she gets a call from the doctor. LeAnn’s levels are on the low side of normal, so the doctor recommends not waiting too much longer to have a baby. Eddie appears completely freaked out by this news and the thought of LeAnn stopping her birth control, but says, OK, with a glazed over look in his eyes. In his talking head, he explains that there is never a perfect time to have a baby, but he would rather have one with LeAnn a little earlier than expected, than not have a baby with her at all.

[From Reality Tea]

So, LeAnn is officially off her birth control, if you believe that the show is truly “reality” and not scripted whatsoever. We’re supposed to believe LeAnn and Eddie are genuinely trying for a baby right now. Well, I guess we’re supposed to believe that LeAnn is off the pill and she actively wants to her pregnant. I’m still assuming that Eddie had a vasectomy.

  1. Brin says:

Everyone is talking about it? Have you seen the ratings? No one is watching the Laxann and Eddie shartfest.
Side note….that outfit is a shart mess.

    • Samigirl says:

      Hey Brin,

Hubby said he watched an episode the other day (he doesn’t “get” why I can’t stand them), and said it was AWFUL. I said “I kinda wanna watch it,” and he retorted “no you don’t.” Haha. And apparently nobody else does either. I am willing to bet this is just something they threw in last minute for a ratings boost. It may work. I doubt it though.

      • Brin says:

Yeah, it’s still a ratings disaster. If that wasn’t the last show, it should be. Your hubby should get a medal for watching! I won’t watch it but the recaps I read are awesome.

    • Insomniac says:

LOL … I was wondering who this “everyone” was, too.

    • magda says:

and I’m here to say that I like the sweater.. 🙂

    • Shannon says:

The show is godawful. I made it through the first episode and half of the second before I removed the series from my DVR. And I record re-runs of Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman on the elderly people channel, if that gives you an idea of my standard for “worth recording.” I would rather be subjected to class-action hip replacement lawsuit infomercials than LeAnn & Eddie.

  2. SunnySide says:

Wow what a great idea! Babies always save marriages! Kids make the man stay, right?!

I swear people actually do think this way, and conveniently forget that the man has kids already with a woman he is no longer with.

Hope he really has had a vasectomy so no more innocent children have to bathe in all this crazy.

    • Virgilia Coriolanus says:

I think Eddie would rather punch himself in the balls than have a kid with Leann.

    • bettyrose says:

But weren’t these episodes filmed like a year ago? Anywayz yeah babies are shockingly terrible marriage counselors. It’s almost like they’re totally focused on their own needs and manage to cause more stress on already unstable relationships. Go figure.

      • respect says:

Exactly! A year ago they filmed this….I guess that vasectomy really worked! I get the impression that she filmed this show and does the pap walks just to get eddie to touch her. Like many dimwitted idiots, maybe leann believes that if you see it on the internet it must be true, y’all.

      • bettyrose says:

Vasectomy or not, do we really believe they’re having sex? (Not looking for any kinda visual confirmation, just to be clear).

      • jaye says:

        Damn selfish helpless babies!

  3. Audrey says:

Let’s hope the vasectomy gossip was true

I don’t even think she really wants a baby. It’s for ratings. She knows eddie likes the single, traveling and partying lifestyle. And she wants what he wants

  4. elaine says:

She had to get off the Humara too. we will know when she starts complaining about her itchy skin.

  5. Christin says:

I did not watch the episode, but have read a couple of recaps. She’s used the maybe-a-baby line since her days with Dean. Her mother has mentioned her own 12-year attempt to get pregnant in several interviews through the years, yet the recaps indicate this seemed to be all new news to the yodeling wonder during this episode.

    • briargal says:

More LeakAnn lies!!! I can’t get over how she thinks we will ever believe ANYTHING she says!

      • respect says:

I know, right! If she didn’t tweet every tiny ass itch or conjecture that comes into her mind every day, people could believe this is a reality show. Unfortunately, her tweets contradict her reality TV truth.

  6. Deanne says:

First of all, that is the worst outfit ever. She can’t dress herself to save her life. While the colour may hide any ” accidents” she may have, the dress is horrid and the poncho actually looks ratty, as does that sad, sad, weave. No way does Eddie really want a baby with her. Having the kids half the time is plenty for him. He’s probably snipped anyway, but if not, he’s still not going to let himself get tied down like that. Who knows if she even wants a child or if it’s just BS to get people talking. LeAnn and her hangers on keep talking about her having a little girl. They do understand that she could have a boy right? The thing that I find so obnoxious, and so LeAnn, is playing the fake infertility card for entertainment purposes. Many people really have this struggle and it’s disgusting to pretend it’s an issue, when she’s clearly said she doesn’t have this problem in countless interviews. What will she fake next? Life threatening illness to garner sympathy? I wouldn’t put it past her.

    • Brin says:

      Well said Deanne.

      • Deanne says:

I have family members who’ve struggled with this. It’s heartbreaking, expensive and can be a huge strain on a relationship. Using it in their “satire” is such an a-hole move and so LeLe and Ed.

      • Brin says:

I agree, it just shows how selfish these two are to use a real and painful subject for so many as a plotline for their fake show

    • claire says:

It’s gross isn’t it? This whole episode is a bit fat lie, doesn’t do anything to debunk the rumors about Eddie and contradicts all she has said in interviews. You know, they don’t want one right now, they’re too busy (HA!)…yet here she is using it for a storyline. Despicable. Her fans are too stupid to put it together too. They actually think this is real.

      • Deanne says:

Her fans are an odd bunch, They don’t strike me as being good at thinking critically. Holly’s probably praying for LeAnn’s uterus right now

      • Brin says:

LMAO…true. After all, she is a day one fan.

  7. msw says:

I believe she really does want a little piece of Eddie to keep around after his dong takes off. The only thing that makes me doubt it is she just said its true.

  8. Rita says:

Eddie, aka Mr. Snipped, has to be chuckling at LeAnn getting off birth control.

In the past year’s run-up to this show, Just-Say-Jenn put-out each of the storylines months before the first show aired. We all knew this was coming. If you’re going to make a television series, each show should not simply be a rerun or confirmation of a storyline you put out on twitter months ago.

    • Lady of Wine says:

Just say Jenn??? You do know that she has been proven a liar, right? She is a failed blogger, has no credible sources and is a convict with a record. I would suggest not believing any BS from her.

      • Cookie says:

Not to mention the famous paypal donation button and the books and t-shirts that people paid for, but never received. Con-woman extraordinaire.

      • respect says:

Well, wherever she got her info, most ofit has been proven true, so there is that.

      • claire says:

While there seems to be a lot of drama surrounding her and some shady occurrences, a lot of her inside scoop on the filming seems to be coming true. I’m inclined to believe she did have a source at some point.

      • briargal says:

@respect–If memory serves me right, wasn’t there a blind somewhere that supposedly LeakAnn went to a maternity shop to try on maternity clothes and supposedly left with a fake bump pillow? Wonder if LR is planning on bringing that out now. All alleged of course! Snicker, snicker!!

      • Jenny12 says:

Jenn is a nut and a criminal, but I think she scammed someone into giving her inside information for a while and she thought that would make her name. Then I think the insider figured her out, so she started making things up and then she was uncovered again (she had been before).

      • aaa says:

It looked to me like Just Say Jenn monitored Leann’s Twitter and reactions wrote stories based on Tweets. I think some missed the tweets, so if the Daily Mail wrote an article about, for example, family or friends visiting from out of town a couple days after Jenn posted a similar story, it may have looked like Jenn knew ahead of time, but Leann had tweeted about the visitors before the Just Say Jenn article.

Will those who say that “most of,” “a lot of [Jenn’s] inside scoop” panned out on the show, give examples?

      • starrywonder says:

Says you. And we all know that. The woman has admitted to her criminal past and I don’t know why other people out there always bring that up. Her JSJ and W&S are doing great and she has been absolutely on point with all things regarding the show.

      • respect says:

aaa-I know what I read on her site, and I know the garbage leann tweets and does to confirm her blinds. I wish jenn good luck. I want to warn you that on other sites in the comments there is someone crazy claiming to be paid by leann to come here and use the names aaa, lydia, and certain Others. I had my identity stolen from a site once and they managed to access alot of info. You may want to check this out before they do the same to you. Peeps on the interwebz be crazy. We don’t agree about leann, and I won’t waste my time looking things up to prove what I and many know. Good night and good luck:)

      • JenniferJustice says:

My question re JSJ is where in the heck did she go? I used to frequent that site just to blog with regulars about the real housewives shows, leann, and other stuff. All of a sudden, Jen just fell off the face of the Earth. That same stupid page has been there for months and no mention of “moving on” or not doing the gossip site anymore, nothing. I know she was chasing books deals for short stories, but it’s weird to just dump a website like that, but still leave it there w/no explanation. Odd.

      • betty says:

But she was right when she said the writers came from Craig list because no writer with a reputation would be caught dead with their name connected with them or this disaster, They must be desperate for ratings because they keep running this story. I guess they still don’t get it that the public does not care for them or anything happening in their lives. But Just Jenn also stated it was one and done. Since they help financed this flop that is why all the episodes are being shown. If it had been on another network. It would have been done. You can try to discredit Jenn but you can’t discredit facts.

  9. Jayna says:

I don’t believe they are trying for a second. Just a story line for the end of their show, like a cliffhanger. If they were picked up for a second season, she would probably start trying desperately to have a baby, so she could be pregnant for the next season to have a story line.

  10. joanne says:

wasn’t this show shot last fall? if she went off birth control then, wouldn’t she be pregnant by now?

  11. Leslie says:

So this fake fertility visit with a fake doctor (actor they got on Craig’s List) was filmed a year ago. Has she had a fake pregnancy yet? And why would LeAnn need birth control pills since Eddie had a vasectomy?

  12. eliza says:

Lol. Her sweater is falling apart under the arm. It is not some cool, distressed look.

Don’t care if she is off birth control or pregnant with triplets. Rimes and Glanville stories are a Zzzzzzzzzzzzz.

  13. blue marie says:

Why do I get the feeling that if she does end up knocked up, “Blue” will be in some part of the name? Think of the publicity she’d rake in with that name.

  14. Jessica says:

I’ve had enough of them pimping out their relationship with social media networks and reality TV. I don’t think I can take them having a baby.

  15. trllontheloose says:

well Khloe kardashian did the same..(in Kardashian remodeled nasal voice “we’re trying for a baby”..

  16. cody says:

I didn’t even know they had a show.

  17. Palermo says:

I’m sure I read Eddie had the snip, so this is all …

  18. BackstageBitchy says:

Loathe this woman and all her low class shenanigans and her tabloid “celebrity” status ( in my world she is not even remotely famous), and she has awful taste BUT, I totally dig this outfit. It’s by far the most urban stylish thing I’ve ever seen her wear. It’s actually weird how NOT “Leanne” this outfit is. I would wear this to NYFW….

  19. Simon says:

I remember when this was first announced and LeAnn said it would be scripted satire, which would explain why they’d readily show Ediot with a glazed “No Babies” look in his eyes. No way would LeAnn genuinely allow his reluctance to have a baby show on camera. She’d make sure he’d hold her, be sympathetic about her fertility issues and he’d be the one to suggest they start trying. Gotta keep the facade of a beautiful marriage up somehow.

However, now that she declared it ‘reality’ I’m unsure of what to believe when it comes to half the bollocks she comes out with and the storylines for her show.

I’m openly gay and married and me and my husband have three gorgeous babies via surrogacy. When my husband underwent chemotherapy a few years back, it made him infertile. We had one daughter from him and before his chemo, he stored some of his… Stuff for future reference. Knowing we had one try this year for one more baby from him was an enormous amount of pressure. We put our savings into fertility treatments and IVF and testing for our surrogate and then we hoped every day that when we tested, we’d be successful.
Luckily, she got pregnant and our scan showed we have been blessed with twins due in December.

If she’s plagued with fertility issues and has a lying rat for a husband who had himself tied, I will feel for her a bit. Part of me believes as much as she fears having a baby because of the changes to her body and so on and Eddie leaving her, she DOES want a child by him. Part of him that she can keep forever, that she can hold over him, that she can use as a weapon both towards him and in the media for sympathy.

But, if she used this storyline as part of some scripted joke like she originally intended the show to be, and she doesn’t want kids and knows Eddie is tied, than that is the lowest of the low. When people out there genuinely struggle to have kids or find out they can’t have kids and this joke and her Pay-Now-Buy-Later husband are using it as a line on their show, they deserve all the bad karma heading their way.

    • littlestar says:

Congrats on your first baby and coming twins! What an awesome story. Makes you roll your eyes even harder at Leann’s lies.

    • Virgilia Coriolanus says:

TWINS in December—we’ll be twinsies! My birthday is six days before Christmas–crossing my fingers that your twins don’t get that birthday–up until I was five, I never got any birthday presents, and I was always mad that my younger brother and sister got more presents on their birthday than I did…because (of obvious reasons)….

Congrats to you and your hubby.

    • joanne says:

i’m so happy for you and your husband. babies need loving parents like the two of you. congratulations on the twins.

    • Jenny12 says:

Twins- wow, you 2 are brave! Congrats!! I think Leann wants a baby desperately but Eddie doesn’t and because she will do anything to keep him, she has agreed to no kids. Perhaps she thought he’d change his mind. But she has said no issues and then she said there are issues, and she says the show is scriptality and then she says it’s all real, so who can believe a word she neighs? I think using fertility for public sympathy is disgusting and I think that Eddie has been snipped, so she is going to use her pretend fertility issues for the reason why they never have a kid.

    • bob says:

Yep, it’s all made up or her delusion.

Congrats on the babies, we’ve got some family that came about via surrogacy so we know it can be quite a roller-coaster ride.

  20. Anastasia says:

I have no idea who she is. Seriously. Or who Eddie is.

  21. Byte Me says:

Nothing like a last gasp at relevance before the last episode of your crap show Leann.

  22. briargal says:

Hey, Eddie. LeakAnn is about out of money–Mariah has lots more of the green stuff and she will soon be free. And you won’t have to father anymore children with her as she has her two. Start making plans, guy!

  23. Sonia says:

She said the same crap a couple months before her first marriage imploded…stay tuned

  24. birch says:

I understand that LeAnn is one of the more popular folks to bitch about on this particular site but a married woman in her 30s wishing to have a child is really not so unusual nor is it proof of some horrid personality flaw of hers. Possibly she would like a child for the same reasons as anyone else and all the judgemental comments are not warranted this time.

    • claire says:

If you stack up a lot of lies over and over and over people are going to criticize it. She’s said in interviews she’s fine and they don’t want kids right now. Then she goes on to say that they talk about it every day and if it happens it happens. Then she films a fake fertility scare for a so-called reality show that no one is sure if it’s satire, scripted or unscripted because her and Ed change their stories every interview. Then she pretends she doesn’t know her mom had infertility problems but that’s been a talking point in her biography pretty much since her career started. She’s said on Twitter this episode is aimed at haters and debunking rumors (that she has started at times).

Circular logic. Lies. Contradictions. Public relations and relevancy-bait. If that’s not apt discussion for a gossip site, I don’t know what is.

    • Lydia Says says:

@Birch , I hear you. I do not see anything unusual about a married couple discussing having children. Yes, couples do change their minds once in a while whether they should having children or not. There seems to be a small group on this site who acts like they are so privy to what ‘s going on in this silly love triangle. Lol They take whatever Brandi says as gold as if she never lies. They love to hate Leanne just like the Kardashians. If you notice, there’s an article about her almost every day because whatever posted about her here, will get a strong reaction mostly negative. Like I said, nobody in this triangle is innocent.

      • betty says:

If Leann could have a baby she would have had one not use it for a storyline. No one said she didn’t want a kid but wanting and being able to produce is another. She said the same thing with Dean. Once you get pass the discussion either you act on it or don’t. It is obvious Eddie does not want more kids. He has two, That would add more pressure on him to become a full time father and he likes having his own kids part time. Her problem is she has fertility problems or Eddie has been fixed and she knows it. As far as waiting for the right time. Anytime is the right time if you really want a kid. Brandi had a kid a year after they were married and another one 4 years later because Eddie wanted another.

    • Jenny12 says:

I don’t see what Brandi has to do with Leann’s issues or this story? As for the question, Leann has spent years calling Brandi the kids’ bio mom, as though she gave birth and then left them. She goes back and forth on her stories, but using fertility as a storyline is pretty low. Not as low as the nonsense she pulls with Brandi’s children, but pretty low nonetheless. People suffer terribly to have children and she is using this in what she calls her satire. And Brandi has nothing to do with it.

      • respect says:

Brandi is the name evoked each time a gossip site posts something to close to true about Leann. Leanns actions alone are no defense, so they have to blame brandi.

  25. InsertNameHere says:

    BIRCH –

It isn’t a woman in her thirties that people are taking issue with – its the fact that Blah Blah Rimes is basically a terrible person, as is her husband. The “proof of some horrid personality flaw” had already been established long before this story was posted.

    • birch says:

No, I didn’t take anyone to be saying anything about her age, I just meant that it’s a pretty normal thing for a woman to consider at that time of life. She doesn’t strike me as someone I’d want to hang out with and she may indeed be horrid but that doesn’t make each and every thing she does, including having a child, which I dare say many of us here have done ourselves, a horrid act.

  26. dorothy says:

LeAnn having a child? That’s a frightening thought.

  27. Lydia Says says:

She does not look that bad. It’s a cute show. What’s so wrong about her wanting to have children with her husband? Vasectomy is not 100 percent accurate and yes you can still get pregnant.

    • respect says:

slow clap…if anyone reads CB and still thinks this is reality, let me show you the bridge I’ve got for sale. This chickisplayed out and this site is awesome.

    • Cookie says:

The show isn’t cute. They look arrogant and horrible on the show. They could have taken it in a completely different direction and they probably coukd have made some new fans and won people over, but they instead played this ridiculous, ” It’s reality”, no ” It’s scripted”, “No, it’s satire” crap. She would have to go off of not just birth control, but also her medicine for psoriasis. She obviously hasn’t, so that kind of makes the whole thing a joke. LeAnn and Eddie have chosen to be disliked with their behaviour. The show exposes that they both aren’t very nice people and that they are both incredibly narcissistic. To be honest, LeAnn comes off as being much more likeable than Eddie. This show is among one of the most fake and poorly executed “reality” shows ever. Also, with a vasectomy, you have a ten year window for reversal. If LeAnn is as infertile as she is claiming, Eddie had better get the reversal stat, or no squinty little babies are going to result from this unholy union.

    • Emily C. says:

Vasectomies are incredibly reliable birth control. The chance of a man becoming fertile again after the surgery is one in a thousand. WAY more reliable than hormonal birth control, condoms, etc. My husband got a vasectomy over ten years ago, and the only little feet pitter-pattering around our house are those of cats.

    • Jenny12 says:

I don’t care what she looks like. What bothers people is how she has tried to bully Brandi out of her own sons’ lives and act as though she is the mother. Another thing is that she says her show is satire and that she has no fertility issues, but then plays this as a storyline. Fertility issues are not a laughing matter and it’s cruel to treat it as satirical.

    • claire says:

The whole thing is made up. You realize that, right?

  28. why? says:

The problem with Leann wanting to have kids is that it was just a storyline for her show. This was filmed in October 2013, and since then Leann has done the complete opposite of what she said on her show. The week after Leann says she wants to try to have a baby with Eddie, she had a girl’s night out with Lizzy. Vh1 already aired that episode of Leann partying with Lizzy, but based on Leann’s staged photo-ops girl’s night happened after the bowling and exercising with Lizzy. Leann’s show is fake and 100% scripted. Why are storylines that were filmed in November being aired before storylines that were filmed in October? They show the Skydiving before they showed the scenes about Leann waiting for the test results by bowling and exercising with Lizzy. If Leann was serious about having kids, why didn’t she also stop taking her Psoriasis medication when she stopped taking the birth control? Leann doesn’t want kids because it will be another person to compete with. I don’t even think that the doctor was a real because Eddie’s assistant isn’t even real.

  29. MY TWO CENTS says:

I wish her fans that watch show religiously and bloggers that blog about show would call Leann out on this ridiculousness. I don’t watch but recap said previous week was her babysitting baby and concluding at the end that she was not ready for a baby. Flip on to next week and she’s throwing away birth control pills to try and get pregnant (which is now a year ago)? I mean really!!

    • briargal says:

Her reality/scripted/satire show (she keeps changing her story) is just like her life and everything that spews out of her mouth–ALL FAKE AND ALL LIES!!!!!

  30. Zooyork says:

What do they mean by “levels” are “on the low side of normal.”
    Levels of what?

  31. Cinderella says:

Her VMA invite must have gotten lost in the mail.

    • Deanne says:

You’d think that she and chubby, I mean Eddie, would want to celebrate their #success by triumphantly walking the red carpet together. They are both so relevant in the music and television industry today and it is her birthday month after all. The birthday month of a 32 year old miracle child, is something to be celebrated by all. I’m surprised it’s not a national holiday. Their show is second to last in the ratings and her album is holding at number 80 something on the itunes Dance charts, which we all know screams comeback. Not to mention their status, in their own minds, as icons in the gay community. Maybe they are waiting to make their victory lap at the Emmy’s. That is unless that invite got lost too.

  32. Michele says:

Whatever granny apples. She looks ridic in that outfit.

Newsflash: this was filmed a god awful long time ago she never got pregnant. He’s allegedly been snipped. No one watched the show. Brandi never once even mentioned it. Good on you Brandi! Hilarious. Glad its over. The end.
