Good news, peeps. At least it’s sort of good news. Khloe Kardashian and French Montana are “on a break.” They are taking some time. It’s not you, it’s me. I just need to focus on me right now. I need some space. Sometimes I don’t feel worthy of your love. You get the idea. When I hedge and say it’s “sort of good news,” I mean it. It would have been great news if Khloe had realized that French is a shady uptrader who abandoned a wife and a live-in girlfriend so he could be on a Kardashian reality show. But that’s not what happened.
Sometimes a girl just needs her space. Eight months after she started dating French Montana, Khloe Kardashian has said au revoir to the “Cocaine Mafia” rapper, sources reveal exclusively in the new issue of Us Weekly.
“They are on a break,” one source tells Us. “The relationship got too heavy and Khloe needed to take a step back.”
Another insider says the Moroccan-born musician, 29, was too “needy” for the reality star, 30. “It grated on her that he became so dependent on her,” the pal tells Us.
It didn’t help, of course, that her family never really warmed to her beau. Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner “did not approve and told Khloe all the time,” the first insider says. And she wasn’t the only one with reservations; a friend previously told Us that sister Kim Kardashian-West and stepdad Bruce Jenner were “very skeptical” of the rapper and worried he was using her for fame.
Kardashian herself didn’t seem too concerned about Montana’s motives, though, even after he admitted he wanted to “capitalize” on the attention. He later said his words had been taken out of context and gushed that he’d do anything for his lady love.
“She supports me with everything I do,” Montana told Access Hollywood Live in August. “When it comes to her career, I don’t think about it. If she needs me to do something, I do it.”
For the moment, at least, it seems that what she needs is distance. “She just wants time apart from him,” the first source tells Us.
Was French too needy? Did he drop everything and everyone for Khloe? Was his love suffocating? Why do I even care? Personally, I don’t think this is the real reason, although I bet he did go overboard and it was all too much too quickly. I think Khloe wanted a fun rebound, something without a lot of drama. When it got too real, she was done. At least I hope that’s the case. I hope this isn’t a situation where they do an endless cycle of makeups and breakups. Ugh, Pinocchio Butt. What am I going to do with you?

I saw him in a photo doing those hand signals and I thought oh, really? Khloe can find someone much more mature than this guy. He was the rebound guy anyway. Now she can take her time and find someone more suitable.

I think Frenchy boy was the rebound guy, and now hopefully she’s gotten him out of her system and can take some time for herself. I’m no fan of any of the Kardashians but what she went through must have been really rough, she should pause a bit and get herself back into a good space.
Completely agree. I’m not a fan of them either but there’s something about her I can stand. I feel bad for her because people bash her looks constantly, but I think she’s pretty and truly loved Lamar and deserves better!

Yeah he was a paid employee of E! There were some blinds that Puff Daddy set them up to give his artist free publicity and they may have developed real feelings for each other. Although it doesn’t matter because Kris will always set her kids up to be the victims in all of the breakup stories.
I hope it’s true and it sticks forever. He gives me such gross-vibes, ugh. Anyone deserves better, even Pinocchio-Butt.

I do hope that Khloe finds love again. That Lamar/divorce mess really hit her hard. I don’t like French Montana at all, to be honest. I bet PMK is signaling the next man in line for the new storyline for their show.
Nothing on the show is real, no matter how many marriages take place, or how many babies are born, everything on the show is scripted, Khloe is playing her role.

It’s one thing to be used by this dud and she claimed/Tweeted to know what’s up. It’s another thing to be used by her mum so obviously. Sadly, even if that were the case, this klan is LOYAL. She’d fire French but her mum will always be forgiven and kept in her tight circle.
