Kim Kardashian was physically assaulted by Vitalii Sediuk in Paris

FFN_Kardashian_West_CHP_092514_51539327

Here are some photos of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West out in Paris on Thursday. First they were just walking around outside of the the Royal Monceau hotel, then they went to the Balmain show. And something horrible happened outside of the Balmain show. Let me start by saying… I openly acknowledge the fact that I sometimes defend Kim. I take her side sometimes because she’s not always wrong about everything, you know? And this is one of those times where I genuinely felt sorry for her.

Here’s what happened: when Kim, Kanye and Lucifer’s Homegirl were getting out of their car outside of the Balmain show, that freakshow douchebag Vitalii Sediuk “tackled” Kim’s legs. Sediuk is the same guy who climbed under America Ferrera’s dress at Cannes, and he’s the same guy who assaulted Brad Pitt on the red carpet of Maleficent. And now he’s assaulting Kim. There’s video:

As you can see, Kim loses her balance and at first she backs onto the car, then she pitches forward into the arms of what I’m assuming is a security guy. Kris Jenner looks horrified and – as I’m analyzing this like the Zapruder film – I think Kris was kicking Sediuk. Anyway, TMZ says that the paparazzi actually held Sediuk down after he tackled Kim and Kim’s security people got her out of there. Sediuk wasn’t arrested for assaulting her. Instead, he gave an insane interview to The Daily Mail following the incident:

Vitalii Sediuk hopes Kim Kardashian won’t be mad at him after he accosted her at the Balmain show at Paris Fashion Week. The Ukranian media personality – famous for his red carpet pranks on celebrities – almost knocked the 33-year-old starlet to the ground when he tried to hug her, in front of husband Kanye and her mother Kris Jenner on Thursday.

He exclusively told MailOnline: ‘I hope Kim is OK and won’t be mad at me as I didn’t mean any harm. Kanye is one lucky man as Kim is a goddess!’

While it was claimed he had pulled Kim’s hair, a source close to Vitalii exclusively told MailOnline: ‘The information about Vitalii pulling Kim’s hair is untrue. Vitalii hugged Kim which caused a big crowding with the security that pulled him down to the ground. Because of the mess, Kim may have lost her balance, but Vitalii didn’t mean any harm.’

Vitalii – who put pictures from the incident on his Instagram page – added that he pulled the ‘prank’ as a protest against the US for recently banning him from the country.

He said: ‘The prank with Kim was my protest that US banned me from entering the country.’

[From The Daily Mail]

Sediuk was arrested and briefly jailed in LA following his assault on Brad Pitt. He accepted some plea deal where he basically agreed to not go on any red carpets in LA, plus he was on probation for three years. He was also fired from his Ukrainian show, because this guy is considered a “journalist” in some parts of the world. He’s just a stupid famewhore and he’s pretty unhinged. I feel sorry for Kim.

Is he in jail now for parole violation? he is a disgusting attention seeker!

    • MeeMow says:

He wasn’t on parole, he’s on probation. And since his probation is in California, it doesn’t apply in France. Wish they would arrest him for assault though.

    • Tristan says:

And so is the entire Kartrashian Klan. Everybody involved in this stupid little situation is equal parts annoying, useless & repulsive

      • red_jane says:

I am no fan of Kimye, but regardless no-one deserves to have their personal space violated and be assaulted in such a way.

I think sometimes we forget they are human too, she probably has a lot of crazy stalkers and threats every day. To be assaulted like this would be scary and nobody deserves to feel threatened or be pushed around.

      • Petee says:

I wouldn’t put it past them for this to be staged.I know who this guy is and I am sure they do too.kanye doesn’t react like a husband should.Oh he will rant and rave about it later when he is on stage and has security around him.Why is Kim not getting out with her husband? Why is her mother there?I know she is her manager but she hangs around like a bat.Just another episode of KUWTK.I am not buying any of this.

      • Brionne says:

I seriously doubt this was staged. No celebrity wants to be grabbed and knocked off balance by a crazy guy. It was a dangerous situation. They should not wade into these types of crowds where there is no way security could clear a path for them.

      • Sozual says:

        @red_jane and Brionne

        Amen!

      • FLORC says:

        Tristan
Then stop paying attention to them.

      • gefeylich says:

Please. PMK probably paid Sediuk to do this. She’s been trying to manufacture sympathy for Kartrashian for months.

This was a set-up, and apparently has achieved the goal, judging from the “shocked” comments on this thread.

    • JJ says:

He is the go to guy when celebs want some press, god this is so stupid.

      • Anne says:

Right. Because, you know, Brad Pitt needs to stage stunts like this one to get some attention…really, the reason Brad and Angelina didn’t have a full-out, press-blown wedding was because Vitalii couldn’t make it, so they figured none of the press would cover it…..(*giant eye roll*)

      • snowflake says:

i agree. bp din’t stage it, but hes actually a big time celeb. kk is c list at best. so while bp’s attack might be legit, why would he attack kk?

  2. LadyMTL says:

Yeah, I’m no fan of any of the K’s but this guy is a nut. He basically assaulted her and nearly dragged her down to the ground. Why was he not arrested?

    • Brin says:

Agree with you completely. I don’t know why this guy is still on the loose.

    • Wren says:

I’m also bothered by people insisting on applying the word “prank” to assault. Like that video of the guy “pranking” women by forcing kisses on them. WTF? No! That’s assault and should be treated as such.

I don’t like Kim very much but this guy is crazy and she doesn’t deserve to be tackled by a nutter who brushes it off as a “harmless prank”. Ugh!

      • Tulip says:

        @Wren
+1000! This isn’t “pranking”! It would be hard to belt him or run while wearing those shoes. Hope they press charges.

And, wow, since her mother is her mother…he better not have been paid by her to pull off this stunt.

Edit: crowd control is another issue that should be dealt with here.

      • TX says:

+100 that is not a prank it is assault.
And for once I’m going to defend Pimp Mama: good for her kicking that guy. He deserves that and so much more.

      • Tiffany :) says:

I agree. I was REALLY appalled when they called him climbing under America Ferrera’s skirt a “prank”, or when he punched Brad Pitt. NONE of these incidents have been pranks, they have all been crimes of some nature.

      • Chris2 says:

        Wren
Completely agree re ‘prank’. Tis outright assault.
Poor Kim….there are nutters out there with bottles of acid and gœd knows what; she must have been terrified that this might be her worst nightmare.
After assaulting Brad Pitt I don’t get why this git is not serving a little time…..Pitt wasn’t the first, so there’s a history of assault.

    • denisemich says:

I saw this yesterday afternoon. Frankly, this scared me and brought me to tears. First to get out of a car to a mob and then have someone attack you.

      That is terrifying.

I thought it was interesting that her first thought was to call to Kanye. But I thought it was better that he managed to push everyone and get around that car in 2 seconds. Can’t hate a man that will come to protect you.

      • Zan says:

Amazing analysis. She called for Kanye and he came running.
This two may be more of a real couple than I thought

      • ReturnoftheMac says:

I totally agree. I felt so bad for her. When your first instinct is to yell for your husband when you have huge security guards surrounding you, you know she was terrified.

After seeing this I’m totally looking at their relationship in a different light. They’re probably super tight, I can’t imagine the kind of fortitude it takes to deal with that level of craziness ALL the time. They probably find a solace in each other. Granted this is what they “signed” up for to a degree but still, damn.

      • FLORC says:

That was genuine in nature imo.
They can have outrageous fashion choices, have a famehungry mother/motherinlaw. I think there’s love there.

      • reba says:

ITA ! When a woman’s first instinct is to scream for her husband, even when her mom is right behind her and she is surrounded by security, and her husband comes running to her… it is very moving. That must have been a terrifying moment for her.

    • Mike says:

i do not understand how this guy can call what he does “pranks” They are full on assaults and I am waiting for the day when he tackles the wrong person and gets the living shit kicked out of him.

    • janeFR says:

Why was he not arrested ? Did someone actually pressed charges ? Didn’t she ? ?

  3. Luca26 says:

Totally unhinged and gross. How does he keep getting into these events? He needs to go to a mental institute.

  4. Anna says:

He should be in jail, he’s been assaulting celebrities for years now. He’s pretty lucky Kanye was on the other side of the car and that Nori wasn’t there.

As for Kim and Kanye’s outfits, I actually kind of love them LOL they look like a royal couple from a Marvel outer space comic. Almost like they should be on Asgard or something

    • Antonym says:

I agree on both points. No one should be touched or grabbed against heir will. I fight the whole crushing crowd around the vehicle terrifying, and that crowd seems to provide a good cover for weirdos like this to get too close.

I thought I might be alone on the outfits. I wouldn’t wear the dress, but it fits her and seem to mtch the Kanye’s theme. Comic strip outer space royalty is a food descriptor.

    • I Choose Me says:

Yes he should be in jail and I also kinda like Kim and Kanye’s outfit. In particular, Kanye’s coat.

      • Kitten says:

Yeah they look decent here. Not a fan of her shoes or the shoulder pads but I kind of like how they matched their fabric.

This guy sounds incredibly misogynistic AND dangerous.
I feel for Kim..that’s really frightening.

      • claire says:

Me too. They look like they dressed for the same theme and the detail on the dress and coat go together. One of the first times I’ve ever liked their clothes. Granted, I don’t mean I like them like I’d wear them…they just happen to look cool and matchy this time.

      • Petee says:

See they are winning. They have had nothing but bad press and now because of this one incident everyone on this blog feels sorry for them.don’t buy it.They are still the same repulsive family that they always have been.

    • Erinn says:

I agree, Anna. I’m actually surprised some security personnel hasn’t done some decent damage on him.

Can we also recognize that the paps can occasionally be awesome, too? They held the guy down until the security team got there – which is actually pretty useful, and hopefully humiliating for Vitalii.

I really like the pattern on Kim’s dress too – if it was a slight a-line I think I’d kind of want it. But then again, I also don’t have the hip (red: butt) proportions that she does, so it might work as is.

      • jaye says:

He’s been slapped by Will Smith, punched by Brad Pitt and kicked by PMK and paparazzi. This dude apparently isn’t easily humiliated.

    • Pinky says:

Kanye was on his way over to annihilate the guy. He’s so very lucky Kanye wasn’t able to follow through. Pre-RIP, Vitalii.

    • samtha says:

I like everything about the outfits but Kim’s shoes.

And I agree about everything else. This is straight-up assault, and that guy should be in jail.

    • Mixtape says:

Agreed on everything regarding the assault and their outfits. Kim is on a roll with these white dresses–hopefully she is leaving camel behind for good? Not crazy about the Geordi La Forge choker, though.

    • Dommy dearest says:

Anna, Please don’t insult comics like that.

  5. Gwen says:

WTH isn’t this guy locked behind bars?? He’s creepy as hell!

  6. lisa2 says:

I remember some people were ragging on Brad for hitting the guy and pressing charges. If the celebs he did this to before had done the same the guy would have been stopped a long time ago. I think some of the other celebs were trying to laugh it off and didn’t want to be seen as overreacting.

many celebs like to be close to their fans.. pics, autographs. But this shows how dangerous it can be. These people are people. We have seen too many celebs harmed or killed by some nut. I don’t fault any celeb for having security around them when they are out.

He is going to get himself hurt but also going to make it bad for fans that just want to get close.

    • lucy2 says:

I thought everyone was in agreement that Brad was right to punch the guy, I thought it was Will Smith slapping him that some were bothered by – because at the time no one knew who he was or what he was doing.
I can’t blame the ones who didn’t react to defend themselves – I’d imagine they were startled, and it’s not a situation where you expect to have to fight off a lunatic. America Ferrara never saw the guy coming until it was too late, and I think she too was startled.

      • lisa2 says:

Some were in agreement, but I saw many comments saying he was overreacting and should have not hit the guy.. This is not the only site out there.

When I say defending I’m not saying hitting.. I mean taking some action after the fact.

      • Artemis says:

Really some people didn’t like Pitt hitting him? I don’t see Pitt as an aggressive guy but he probably does know how to defend himself as he trained for roles. He acted out of self-defence not uncontrolled unwarranted rage. People react on instinct and Pitt had a ‘fight’ reaction. Good for him.

This man went under the dress of a woman, tried to kiss a man (Smith) and lunges to men’s crotches. I mean, enough is enough. At this point he shouldn’t be allowed at any public event! They are using him to grab headlines, I can’t think of any other reason.

      • lucy2 says:

He hit Brad Pitt in the face, which I think helped with the whole pressing charges thing. BC and WS probably could have, but I don’t know if the police/courts would have taken it seriously enough to do much, unfortunately.
I don’t know if America Ferrara or the French authorities took any action, but I hope so. Unfortunately I don’t think this guy is going to stop until he does something that actually lands him in jail, or a celeb or security really stomp him.

  7. NewWester says:

This guy has assaulted over celebrities and yet he is still free? He should be in prison or at least somewhere he can get help.

    • Kiddo says:

I agree. There is something seriously wrong with him and he is going to cause significant injury one day; to others or to himself, when someone beats the snot out of him.

  8. msw says:

Ugh. Can’t stand her, bit that is such a creepy feeling, I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

  9. Louise177 says:

I saw this story on other sites and it surprised me that Kim deserved it. She may be annoying but she’s never harmed anybody.

  10. Nicole says:

You’re right, Kris definitely kicked him a couple times.

  11. swack says:

This should not happen anyone. Why they don’t put it out there to be on the alert for him is ridiculous. He should have been arrested.

    • Kim1 says:

They probably put out alerts at movie premieres but how can they watch EVERY place a celeb may appear in Paris,London,NY,LA,etc

      • swack says:

I would think at these fashion shows , where there are many celebs, that they would be watching for this type of thing. This didn’t happen outside a restaurant or the hotel. This is a very big event during fashion week.

  12. BeckyR says:

Are Kim and Kanye dressed up for Halloween?

  13. CariBean says:

No one deserves to be touched without permission.

  14. Tiffany27 says:

    I’m glad Nori wasn’t there.

ETA: Kris is with them a lot no?

    • Renee says:

I was just thinking this, what if she had had her baby with her? This guy is such a creep, he should be locked up. I felt badly for Kim when I watched the tape because I am sure that she was scared and didn’t know what to do.

  15. Loopy says:

Awwww she was screaming ‘Kanye’ yeah he is very lucky Kanye was on the other side. Its way to dangerous to have such a crowd outside a show, why don’t they put barriers.

    • MrsBPitt says:

Oh…I was wondering why Kanye didn’t deck the guy!!! This dude should be in jail…I don’t understand why he wasn’t arrested immediately…

  16. Miffy says:

That’s horrible for her. I know she’s made a living for herself by exploiting her (very) personal life but wow, there’s a limit, even in for a Kardashian.

  17. Frida_K says:

I’m just glad that she wasn’t holding the baby. That guy needs to be in a mental institution and he needs to be banned and he also needs to be ignored by the press–no more interviews. But all said and done, had she been holding Nori things really would have been frightening.

    This is not good.

    • GoodNamesAllTaken says:

It could have been very serious. I don’t know how they stand to get out of their car and have that huge mob around them. It made me claustrophobic just looking at it. That guy needs to be dealt with. How was she supposed to know he just wanted to “hug” her? It obviously scared her to death. He’s lucky the crowd didn’t trample him.

      • Tiffany :) says:

The thing that gives me mixed feelings in this, is that I feel they do encourage the huge mob to follow them at events like this. I think it is completely awful that this happened, and I think the guy was committing a crime, but I also wonder if they are re-thinking their PR strategy.

    • reba says:

Even without holding a baby, that kind of kerfuffle in a crowd is EXTREMELY dangerous.

  18. Colu says:

Didn’t Brad Pitt promise to stomp this guy?

  19. lucy2 says:

This guy needs to be locked up, he’s not a prankster, he’s assaulted at least 5 celebrities now.

On a side note, I can’t imagine wanting that kind of fame shown in this video, where people are crushing in around you, shouting, pushing, and you can barely move. No thanks.

    • MrsB says:

I was thinking the same thing, I would have a panic attack if I had to deal with that just to get out of my car and walk in somewhere.

      • GoodNamesAllTaken says:

Very frightening to me as well. I hate big, shoving crowds like that. Where’s my brown paper bag?

    • Nicolette says:

Exactly, my first thought was what a circus this is. Who in their right mind would want that?

  20. lower-case deb says:

everything’s a prank with him huh?

this guy reminds me of that Youtuber hackjob, who recorded a series of “fake hand prank”, where he goes around groping unsuspecting girls. what’s his name? Sam Peter or somesuch.

i think there should be a line drawn, anything that involves touching another person’s body without consent/preparation can no longer be called a prank.

    • Ag says:

legally, anything that involves a person’s body being touched etc without explicit consent IS assault and battery. i don’t understand why this guys hasn’t been actually punished yet (the probation seems like bs, esp since he does this outside of CA too).

  21. Talie says:

That circus she chooses to live her life in is batsh*t crazy.

    • Nicolette says:

Just said the same thing above before I saw your comment. Three ring circus is all that comes to mind.

    • Dawn says:

I thought I had posted something similar but it looks like mine did not get published. I don’t feel bad for her in the least. Perhaps it is karama coming back to bite her. She wanted this, she planned for this and now she has it she needs to live with the good, the bad and the ugly.

      • dagdag says:

When I watched the video I thought of „The Sorcerer s Apprentice“ by Goethe, the poem is (or was) very popular in Germany.

Anyhow, exposing yourself to crowds and meeting potential safety hazards with one body guard is insane. Crowd control is one of the hardest tasks. I believe it only takes 6% to change the mood of a crowd.

  22. JudyK says:

Guy is a total, deranged creep and should not be allowed in any public venue.

Kim looks totally gorgeous here, and I even like Kanye’s coat.

    • Snowangel says:

Yes I think I need a brain scan or more coffee, but Kim looks totally beautiful in all the pictures of her in that white dress. I really hate to admit that.

  23. Charlotte says:

How far does he need to go before he gets some serious accountability?

    • TheCountess says:

He varies where he attacks people, so no one jurisdiction is getting these criminal complaints. Jurisdictions can only charge and try him for what he does there, and until recently, no one was bringing charges.

Part of his plea deal in California requires court-ordered counseling (eye roll) but he’s on the no-fly list and barred from entering the U.S.

  24. Eileen says:

Poor girl wish Kris had gotten a few extra kicks in

  25. Courtney says:

I never, ever thought I would say something complimentary about Lucifer’s home girl, but good on her for kicking the sh*t out of him.

  26. Ag says:

why the hell wasn’t this guy arrested? and why hasn’t he been ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation and treatment? i don’t understand how he’s allowed to repeat this behavior basically without any consequences. really disturbing and scary.

    on a lighter note – k and k’s outfits – wow. terrible.

  27. Nev says:

that guy needs to be banned from everything.

yes Kris for getting in there. not playing.

Kanye’s look so happening. full fashion.

  28. Jen2 says:

What he did is assault. Pitt at least did something legal, his TRO’s (restraining order) for himself and Angelina and then having him arrested and jailed. Apparently he is banned from entering the US because of this behavior. I think that this incident should also have caused them to do something legal. Until others both physically and legally defend themselves, he will keep doing what he does and his actions will be seen as a “prank” and not assault. He won’t get arrested until someone presses charges (Pitt), so as awful as it sounds, the victims have to take action in order to stop him.

    • jwoolman says:

Yes, they really do all need to go through the legal channels. That gets the story from the target’s perspective on the record and shows a pattern in any other court proceeding. Otherwise police have nothing to go on, they need it on the record. He is obviously off the wall, but someone eventually is going to get hurt (besides him when people react physically to his assaults). At the very least, he is doing emotional damage. Such harassment needs to be taken more seriously.

  29. jwoolman says:

I don’t know why he wasn’t arrested and hauled in for psychiatric observation, it really was an assault even if he calls it a friendly hug. I wouldn’t have considered it friendly myself. Kim may have been especially easily knocked off balance because of what she was wearing, it looks hard to walk in. But in any case, I’m sure it was quite startling and she could have been hurt if she fell.

  30. Tracy says:

Kris actually has some motherly instincts.

    • Mimi says:

      +1,000,000
That was my first thought. She looked genuinely scared for her daughter. Iam in NO WAY a Kardashian fan, but nobody should be treated like this. I hope Kim presses charges on this psycho.

    • dagdag says:

Motherly instinct would be to see if her daughter was fine. The guy was on the floor when she kicked him.

    • iseepinkelefants says:

Really? I thought she was thinking “don’t touch the money!!!”. A motherly instinct would have been to lung at the guy and beat his ass, not stand there like a deer in the headlights. But maybe that’s just me. It looked like Kim was the one doing all of the kicking, not Kris.

      • jaye says:

I respectfully disagree. There’s no wrong way to try to protect your child. Did you see that crowd? Landing some kicks was probably as close as she could get to him.

  31. Tippy says:

These pranks would be better characterized as borderline sexual assaults.

  32. HughJass says:

What a POS! What if she had been holding her baby? I hope that Kris did kick him, and hard!

  33. Izzy says:

Seriously, he assaulted America Ferrera in Cannes, isn’t that in France?! And they let him back in the country? WTH?!

Never, ever thought I’d say this, but good for Kris Jenner! And look at Kim’s face in some of those pics. She looks like she’s still in shock. I’m no fan but I really feel for her.

  34. Ohreallynow says:

On another note, I think when she wears clothes that aren’t skin tight and she is covered up more she looks really pretty! I haven’t thought she looked pretty in a long time. She should cover herself up more and not wear such tight clothes.

  35. gurll says:

You think they care, free publicity for them!

  36. decorative item says:

Not knowing if the guy had a knife or even if he was planning on just biting her would have been horrible. I would have kicked him for her too.
On another note, Kim and Kayne look like a pair of clowns. They are just not capable of doing elegant. It’s just not in their DNA.

  37. Skins says:

What is bugging me is the yelling and screaming when she gets out of the car, like she is The Beatles or something. Are these people for real?

    • Steph says:

This whole thing was so staged!

    • Petee says:

Totally staged.Thank God there are some other people on here that can see it.

      • kri says:

I don’t think that this was staged. She would never have allowed herself to be almost knocked down. It would ruin her outfit. Also, there is no way he pulled her hair, as a it would have come off in his hand. All that being said, this was another assault against someone from a deranged man (Sediuk, not Kanye) who needs to be in a mental health facility/jail. Satan’s Gang grosses me out, but no one deserves to be assaulted.

      • AlexandriaTheGreat says:

I don’t know. I wouldn’t put anything past her. I mean, she let someone pee on her for fame, so I doubt a little dirt is too much for her…

      • Petee says:

I doubt highly she was assaulted. She might have been shocked and it shook her up more then she thought. She seemed just fine walking with Kanye afterwords. They are fake.Everything they do is fake.

      • kri says:

@Peetee-assault is legally defined as “anyone touching, punching, hitting, slapping, biting, or kicking another person”. This is parsed, but go read a law book for the full legal definition of assault. If this was any other perpetrator, I might think it was staged also. I am repulsed by the KarKlan and their antics-you are right about them on that score. I’m just saying nobody should be tackled or grabbed at by a stranger like that.

      • Petee says:

Kri I am going to be short on this,I have been assaulted. This woman was not.I don’t need to look it up.This was staged for sympathy and their crumbling empire.End of story.

      • snowflake says:

        @ kri

c’mon, yeah she would. this kind of publicity is priceless. just like the whole racist boy who yelled at her but there was no tape of him doing it. just like the whole blackface incident after she was supposed verbally attacked about her interracial relationship? everything is just a little too convenient,

    • Mel M says:

Exactly what I was coming here to post. It is so sick to me that people actually clap and cheer for these two and obsessively take pics with their phones of them, who are they????? Are they posting these pics thaey took of the backs of their heads on FB saying “look who I waited hours to see get out if thier car while I stood in a mob of people!”. I will never understand it.

  38. serena says:

Why the hell this man is not in prison yet?? I almost hoped that Kanye would bitch-splap him.

  39. Hissyfit says:

Good for Kris for kicking the sh_t out of him! This lunatic is never going to stop because these celebrities just take it lightly. They have to press charges or something to help keep this man away from RCs, until then, he is free to assault celebrities as he pleases to which is terrible!

And lol at Kim’s neck piece. It reminds me of those dog collar that zaps when the dog barks. Maybe Kanye wants her to behave.

  40. wow says:

    He is such an idiot.

  41. Jh says:

I’m dying to know what Kanye’s reaction was/is going to be. Does anyone know? No one attacks his girl.

    • word says:

Kanye was there when it happened…he was on the other side of the car…he saw the whole thing, he slowlyyyyy made his way to her side of the car, but by then the situation was over and the guy was on the ground. Mind you, there were many people, and it might have been hard for him to get through the crowd…he’s also on probation and can’t hit anyone…plus the bodyguards had it under control…just surprised he didn’t make a twitter rant following the incident stating how “being in an interracial relationship is so dangerous” and how “the whole world wants Kim and no man can resist her”.

      • Petee says:

In his next concert he will.He is a coward and a bully.Nice choice of a husband Kim.Pick a better one next time.

  42. original kay says:

am I the only one who thinks this *could* have been set up, as a way to garner sympathy for the K’s?
some positive press, some goodwill towards kayne, the hero for rushing to his lady’s aid?

I know this guy does it to a lot of celebs, so it’s just a theory.

    • Tiffany says:

You beat me to it Kay. I am all conspiracy not when it comes to the K’s. Will it be discovered that a large amount of cash was diposited into his account from PMK’s Cayman’s location.

    • gorgies says:

No, I also think they must have hired this guy to come and prank Kim. I mean what are the chances of Kim getting leaked nude photos and a prank within the same week? They must have seen how much attention celeb like Brad Pitt and America Ferra got from this guy. They will do anything to stay in the press. And Kim has security guards? LOL who would protect a human urinal? I cant believe how many people genuinely think she was pranked by this guy.
Kanye also has been not have a good week. This guy recently mocked two disabled people at a concert. They need to be seen in a good and sympathetic light.

    • Steph says:

I am in your camp..I believe this was a complete set up to garner sympathy for the KarTRASHians.

    • original kay says:

thanks, I was a bit worried I would seem callous, because assault is very serious.

I just recall that office building incident, and then I wondered how this guy goes from will smith, brad pitt, to wanting to “prank” kim? I can’t buy it.

    • dagdag says:

Staged or not, they are stupid. Vitalii is banned from everywhere and no employment is sight. Stupid, because the can not exercise crowd control.

  43. Looloo says:

This man is going to escalate and escalate until someone is seriously hurt or injured or worse.

  44. dilettante says:

This is really awful. I can imagine it was very scary.

What is incredibly sad to me is that PMK’s “motherly instincts” merely consisted of getting a few kicks in while the attacker was down. I’m sure she did want to kick the crap out of the guy. But what really struck me was that Kim didn’t even turn around to face her and her mom didn’t reach out to touch her or pull her away when she was standing right next to her. It seems to me that the first thing a mother instinctually would do would be to grab her child and hold her close, hug her, ask her if she was ok, cover her and hustle her the heck out of there with the help of the bodyguards. Kim and PMK didn’t even seem to share a glance let alone any of these other things. I know Kim wanted to get away, but still….it is not the typical reaction one would expect.

    • Jh says:

To be fair, I believe the shock and chaotic atmosphere played a huge role. I really do believe Kris was genuinely scared for Kim- I just heard it in her voice.

      • J.Mo says:

I agree, can’t tell how people will react under stress and I would keep kicking the perp too, knowing the bodyguard was holding Kim. I detest the Kardashians but melted a little when KIM THANKED THE SECURITY GUY!!! Did anyone else catch that?! That guy is not harmless, he could have been trying to get under her skirt or putting his face in her crotch -he’s done this in the past so I don’t buy he was trying for a hug.

    • prettylights says:

@dilattente I agree with you… although the situation was shocking I do think it speaks volumes that Kim immediately cried out for Kanye and didn’t even turn around or say anything to her mother. In that situation even if my (soon to be) husband were there but my Mom was right next to me I’d be seeking comfort in her arms right away. They didn’t even touch each other – no comforting pat on the back, no hug, no “are you ok honey??”, nothing. Seems odd to me that Kim has spent her entire life with her Mom by her side but turns instead to her husband of less than a year for help. And yes Kris did kick the guy and yell for him to stop it but I think that was more out of immediate instinct than actual worry for her daughter. Just my two cents.

@J.Mo I did catch the Thank You, I think Kim is a sweet person overall and isn’t rude/mean but just caught up in the vanity/material possessions of her Hollywood life most of the time

      • Sara says:

prettylights: i agree. you hear the same things about Paris Hilton, totally shallow, not bright and materialistic but you hear a lot of people saying that she is nice.

  45. MsMercury says:

So after years of crying wolf Kim is finally a victim of something. I actually fell sorry for her here and think this guy needs to go to jail before he really hurts someone. I’m glad she is ok. I’m glad Nori wasn’t with them. I was reading the comments on other boards and many thought this was another one of the Kardashian stunts but given this mans history I do not think so. I really think this guy needs help and we need to stop calling what he is doing “pranks” when he is assaulting people. Oh and good on PMK for getting in some kicks.

  46. pnichols says:

She does not deserve that. No one does. It’s just wrong. Period.

  47. Alex says:

    i giggled tbh

  48. Steph says:

Kris Jenner probably arranged this to happen. Look at the positive PR Kim is getting. I’m sorry,I just can’t feel anything for the KarTRASHians.

    • word says:

It is strange things like this always happen right before a new season of one of their shows is about to premiere. Just yesterday new pics of Kourtney in a bikini surfaced, they looked very staged…we haven’t seen her in months and now all of a sudden she’s very pregnant in a bikini in “candid” pap pics looking flawless…they think we are stupid. I don’t know if the attack was staged though, but with this family who knows?

    • 237 says:

      I’m with you.

    • Mingy says:

I hear you, Steph, I’ll save my sympathies..

      • funfactor says:

I too smell a rat. It will be interesting and perhaps telling if Kimye choose not to press charges against the guy (you know, because PMK paid him?).

  49. Jaded says:

Wow, there’s a thin line between him just tackling celebrities and actually using a weapon of some kind…he should be locked up.

  50. Lady D says:

My girlfriends daughter just turned 19 a month ago. Last weekend was the second she has ever been in a bar. While standing therewith her friends, some guy walked up behind her and bit her on the neck. When she turned around, he yelled PRANK in her face. He did not bite her hard enough to draw blood but he did damage a nerve that cause her pain and partial paralysis of her face for 3 days. She ended up taking 2 weeks off work because she is so traumatized by the event.
The police have the guy and she is pressing charges, apparently he’s doing this because he saw it on YouTube and thinks it’s funny. She’s a good kid who is putting herself through college, she works full time, and volunteers with a senior’s home. She didn’t deserve this and Kim doesn’t either. That shit is just not funny.

    • Lady D says:

Sorry for the typos. Agitating subject.

    • nicegirl says:

I hope your friend’s daughter is getting well. That is horrible.

    • Tiffany :) says:

Wow, that is so awful! I can’t believe someone would do that.

It also stands out to me, that I don’t think the guy that bit the 19 year old would have done that to another man. Just another example of men thinking they have rights to women’s bodies when they feel like it.

  51. Joh says:

Why would she get out of the car without good security.
Between the super-sized butt, the too tight clothing, and the foot binding heels she always wears, she can barely walk already!

  52. Alex says:

Saw this on tmz and US and yea it was scary watching the video. Kim looked spooked and yes she was assaulted. This guy is a nut job and I would’ve punched him by now. He is banned from the US already because of his history and he refuses to do his court ordered psych evals. What he does is assault celebs and call them pranks. And people were coming down on Brad for hitting him…and that reaction is probably why someone else hasn’t hit this dude before. Because they don’t want the negative reaction even though for a normal person it would he justified.
This guy needs to be arrested and banned from events like this everywhere. He’s unstable. He should be glad Kanye was not next to Kim or it would’ve been game over.

  53. word says:

He called her a “Goddess” so I’m sure she’s like “ok I won’t press charges”.

  54. alexandra says:

Please don’t riot after this comment, Kim is starting to look like Her old self before her plastic transformation, right?

  55. MarcelDeux says:

Oh yeah, Kris was definitely kicking someone.

  56. buzz says:

Kim is doing a good job stealing the headlines from Kendall.

  57. tabasco says:

You know, I’m not saying this guy isn’t a total wackjob who has NO business doing what he does. Nor am I saying that this was a set-up. What I’m saying is that, given the people involved, if it came out that this nut was “invited” by PMK’s people to garner sympathetic publicity for Kim, I wouldn’t make a surprised face.

  58. Marianne says:

Yeah, I’m so sure he meant “no harm”. Eyeroll. I really hope the Kardashian clan have him charged with assault. Get his ass in jail. And for good this time. This guy won’t stop and who’s knows what it could potentially escalate to.

  59. Mika302 says:

It was not staged…she truly looked scared. Why do people hate them so much?? U think if nobody cared about them they would b all over the tv and in magazines. Nothing they do is affecting any1 here. If u dont like them skip anything u see about them!! Not hard to do! It’s funny how people say anything on internet, but will never say that to their faces!!

    • Petee says:

Oh trust me I would have no problem saying anything to their face’s at all.It was staged and if you can’t see it I feel sorry for you.Are you in your 20’s?

  60. Loren says:

She got what she’s always wanted. You want fame, take everything that goes along with it…as terrifying as that is for her, she still has no facial movement.. I’m sorry but her “scared” face pics from dailymail are everything. Kanye should have gotten out first ahead of Kim and kris… They’re relationship is a scam because he never really embarrasses her and makes her feel safe, holds her hand, hugs her…

    • Petee says:

Exactly. He should have been right there for her but he wasn’t.This is not love at all.I can’t believe how many people all of a sudden have sympathy for them. Some on here are even saying they like her outfit. She always look’s like she is in a costume now. Can’t stand them both.

  61. Veronica says:

How does this jackass continue to get through security? That’s the real question for me. You’d think after he’d sexually assaulted Ferrara they’d be more on the lookout for him and his antics. Being a celebrity doesn’t make it all right for people to touch you without consent.

  62. Jayna says:

    I should care, but I don’t.

  63. ketjo says:

He didn’t go straight to jail….he was giving interviews not a hour later…….
But riddle me this ladies…..? Why when there was a perfectly good second entrance away from this crowd of fans and Papz did they choose to drive directly into the center of it and wait to step out till everyone closed in.? and in the stills shots of the car you will see the man on the opposite side of the car from Kim and she doesn’t get out till he moves around to her side of the car…and the bodyguard who was in the front has had time to get next to the guy …….can anyone say staged !!… and lastly why would anyone who was “attacked and traumatized ” go out again not 3 hrs later with her entire chest and boobs exposed to the world too see and attend another show as well as go to a afterparty…. Ain’t buying it at all…and neither is anybody else they actually go Booed later on at another show…

    • Jag says:

      You make good points, ketjo!

    • iseepinkelefants says:

I can’t see it either. I accidentally walked upon the Caesars (French Oscars) one night and everything was blocked off with barriers. the French don’t exactly just let celebs walk in to massive crowds. I avoid the 1st and the 8th come fashion week because you have paps and it’s quite funny actually because most of the people walking by might stare for a second, maybe someone might snap a picture but everyone just goes about their business. I went to some event where Corine Roitfeld and Garance Dore were doing a signing and no one was even bothering them. I got stuck behind Corine and didn’t even know it. The French just don’t care. Maybe if it was someone famous to them but where did this crowd come from? The guy in the video sounded American.

    • word says:

There are always “secret entrances” for stars who don’t want to be seen or who want to avoid the crowds”…Kim is NOT one of those celebs. She wants to get out of the car right in the middle of a crowd. Either way, that dude had no right to touch her, no matter what.

    • Dawn says:

I’m with you. They probably paid the guy because they are nothing but stunt queens.

    • teehee says:

Yeah, I mean…. see my comment below, why is her own mother not protecting her daughter. If it wasnt planned her instincts SHOULD HAVE kicked in. And any woman/mother/daughter will tell you, that is not what happened in the video….

    • Petee says:

      Agreed.A total farce.

  64. Mischa Jane says:

I hate huge crowds, watching this video made me all twitchy. Looks terrifying! Kim looked terrified. She really did. I actually felt bad for her. I can’t imagine dealing with crowds this size every time I walked out my door, let alone a wackjob who tried to attack me. This is what people who crave and chase fame don’t get – there is this side to it, too. This scary claustrophobic side.

  65. bravocueen says:

    Kim’s a “starlet”??

  66. bored_01 says:

I’m not sure why any news report would refer to this guy continually assaulting people as ‘pranks’. It’s disgusting.

  67. Jag says:

It says that this was done “in front of” Kanye which is untrue. Kanye was walking so far ahead of Kim that he probably didn’t even notice what happened. I’m not going to watch the video because that counts as “proof” that she’s popular and I refuse to give them views. No, she did not deserve to have that happen and Vitali should be ashamed.

What’s with Kanye’s pinkie being straight in that header picture? Is that a secret sign for something?

    • word says:

Kanye was in the car with her…he was getting out of the car (on the opposite side) while Kim was getting out of her side of the car…he was not walking far ahead…watch the video, it shows everything.

  68. iseepinkelefants says:

Obviously I’m missing something because I don’t see where he “attacked” her. I see him fall to the ground and then I guess he grabbed on to her and wouldn’t let go? But I don’t see him pushing her, or bum rushing her like the articles are making it sound.

Physical assault is never okay but I don’t see anything more than a crush of people all trying to get at her and then this guy falling. Grabbing on to her is just weird but then Again I’m not a fan of this girl, nor would I ever touch any kind of stranger, but fans are just weird (like the lady who grabbed Tim McGraw’s crouch. Who does that ?!?).

Sympathy for Kim? You’re not going to get it from me. Work hard to have your ultimate dream of being famous and guess what you’re going to get the looney fans with it. You signed up for this and I’m sure you’re not thinking about it when you’re cashing those million dollar checks. But I’m sure she’s loving all of this sympathy and an E! Camera will have her reaction soon enough. Woe is Kimmy.

Side note that collar has got to go. Overkill. A high neck does not require a collar.

    • JessSaysNo says:

I do fully agree with you! I dont see an assault, perhaps an attempted push but he failed and everyone is fine…

      • jaye says:

Any time someone grabs you without your permission it’s assault. A lot can be said about Kim Kardashian West, but the look of fear on her face doesn’t scream “PR stunt” to me.

  69. Dommy dearest says:

Prank or not, that is a perfect example of assault.

  70. JessSaysNo says:

Maybe my heart is hardened but I dont feel bad for her. They are obsessed with and love this disgusting famewhore life. Like, her entire life revolves around calling the paps and going to fashion shows and having shameless people crowd and worship her. The guy is obviously nutso but Kim didnt fall and her security did its job..

Scott Disick can shove filthy money in someones mouth (utterly putrid display of his real self) and its OK but if anyone touches Kim we should feel bad?

She has armed security now, and she can always, ya know, not announce her arrival to the paps. Enter through a back door if you hate being crowded.

  71. teehee says:

Kris, as a mother, is doing SURPISINGLY LITTLEto help her own daughter in that video…. as if she is letting even bad things happen because it could make for good pictures—- that is, if it wasnt set up.
I am appalled at how she jsut keeps her distance—!?

Of course, there are guards to do the protective work for her-… but if my mom saw me getting tackled by some dude, she would have pounded everyone into the ground within a five foot radius of me within a second….. and it would not matter how many other men were around me, she would push them all aside and would be tackling the culprit before the guards could!

    JUS SAYIN.

    • jaye says:

What else could she have done?? She was out of the car after Kim, security was already pulling Kim to safety. Should she have wrestled him to the ground and performed a citizens arrest? I am NO fan of PMK, but given how fast the incident happened there wasn’t much else she could have done.

    • Nikki L. says:

It’s better to let the trained security people handle situations like that, in case the assailant is armed.

  72. Gypsy says:

France is the perfect place to do that to a visitor, because in order to have him prosecuted it will require you stay in town longer, a 2-3 visits to the prosecuting judge to give your statements present your witnesses to the crime (unlike the USA, Cops don’t come to you to log complaints you have to go to them) – Then after the prosecuting judge determines it’s a crime then it is sent to trial and you have to be there or the case is tossed. – It’s a good and fair system just not for foreigners visiting.

That dress Kim’s wearing is fantastic talking piece for an evening wear, a gala/Opera/ball.
I like intricate designs, it says so much by itself.

    • jwoolman says:

Kanye has a home in Paris and they travel all the time. So if they want to prosecute in France, they can. It’s not like the situation for a typical tourist.

  73. rlh says:

The really sad thing to me: such a huge crowd there to catch of glimpse of these two nitwits. Honestly, the fact that so many people are into them is just perplexing and disappointing.

    • word says:

The crowd wasn’t there just to see Kim and Kanye…there were many other celebs in attendance as well…but most other celebs didn’t get out of their cars in the middle of a crowd like these three did. Either way, that dude needs to keep his hands to himself.

  74. Moi says:

Whoever stated above that this is purely PR and was planned, is insulting the many intelligent and logical posters on this site. You can see how terrified KK is. I like her mother better now, I have to say. That would have been my reaction if that was my daughter. That was a momma bear reaction. I also think that many think it’s so great that she yelled for Kanye because we would have done the same. Our man is our protector, should always be that way.

The culprit is beyond strange, and I do not understand why this is allowed to continue to occur/happen???

    • Gypsy says:

      +1000 – agreed.

People shouldn’t be happy about that because it also let the less mentally stable who walk amongst us to feel it’s fun to “prank us” – And we don’t have bodyguards.
Proof is this evil knockout game that the kids are doing to people on the streets.

  75. Nikki L. says:

    I really loathe this idiot.

  76. Nima says:

I cannot stop laughing…I love that guy, epic.

  77. snowflake says:

i don’t know that i buy this shit. how hard is it to look scared, cry kanye and get 180 comments when your last post got like 60-80. you can’t even see wtf dud is doing. i dont know that i buy this bish’s s&it. vitalli scratches her back, she scratches his. they both get publicity, win win

  78. Dani L. says:

I’m definitely no Kartrashian fan and I never thought I would be on their side about anything, but good for PMK for getting her licks in. Giant famewhores or not, Kim is her daughter and I can’t really blame her going on the defense to protect hers.

  79. Elle says:

    Staged. Well done Kris.

  80. jwoolman says:

The K Klan definitely has a history of manufacturing events. The “our bombing” was clearly a setup planned by the K’s and the anti- fur protester, they all got what they wanted out of it. Kim and her mom and security were obviously prepared for it and took steps to clear the way for the protester. And Kim keeps lying about “racist” incidents. But this guy’s history and instability makes it much less likely that it was a setup, although I wouldn’t put anything past Kim’s Demon Mother. Kim does call paps and she does avoid taking safer routes into places because she lives for pap shots and gets a cut of the profits. Kim is indeed a hopeless liar and so we can’t believe anything she says about anything. So although I can understand why many people are theorizing that this is yet another Kardashian setup to distract from bad publicity and promote their next season, I’m not so sure as with other incidents – this seems more likely to be that rare event when something happened over which the K’s had no control.

  81. ketjo says:

French Police said they do not get involved in a entertainment unless a crime has been committed….HUmmmmmm so this was termed entertainment….seems they know something we don’t doesn’t it….Well look for the next story to be Photos of Kim Kanye and most importantly Baby Ignori surrounded by 10 burly bodyguards for safety of course on their usual Papz walk at the airport…… Kim in head to toe black with dark glass’s and a whipped hunched shoulder walk…and Kanye with is Alpha Male strut ..Scowling at the camera’s…

  82. Fujifilm says:

    LMFAO!!!!!!!

  83. rudy says:

My very first reaction was WTF?
PMK did not even grab her daughter when she was leaning against her.
PMK did not even put her arm around her daughter when it was over.
PMK was basically pushing her daughter after the incident. No touch. No calming words. nada.

It looked horrifyingly scary, not the least because Kanye and PMK were out for themselves. THis is Kim’s life. A narcissistic mom and now a very narcissistic husband. No wonder she looks more and more like a Stepford Wife. Frozen and empty forever. Poor baby Nori.

  84. Longhorn says:

Jeez, what a crazy scene. I hate that guy. I think he has serious mental issues instead of just being a fame seeking a**hole.

  85. Doofi says:

Lucifer’s Homegirl. I love it. That’s my new band name.

  86. Meg says:

he knocked her over in front of people? she got attention which is what she lives for, don’t feel sorry for her at all fame whore
