I know many of you side-eye any and all of Star Magazine’s reporting (“reporting”), but one of the reasons I love Star specifically is because they keep reporting on LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian and they never sugar-coat it. Like, LeAnn can whine and yodel about the tabloid “lies” all day long, but Star Mag is still going to call them out. And you know what? Most of the time, I totally believe Star. Like, I think they’re probably right about LeAnn and Eddie like 75% of the time. So this week’s Star Mag story about Eddie is a treat! Apparently, Eddie has been acting shady. No surprise!
If you want to know whether a celebrity is having an affair, just look at the way he or she treats photographers. Eddie Cibrian, who has been married to LeAnn Rimes for more than three years, is normally very friendly to the pesky paparazzi, but he has suddenly gone sour in recent weeks.
Insiders say that Eddie’s change in attitude is a major red flag for not wanting to get caught doing something wrong.
“When things were great with LeAnn, Eddie would always chat and wave to the photographers outside his house. But now he’s trying to hide. He’s doing everything he can to avoid being spotted,” says a source.
Pals say LeAnn should take note from other famous husbands who also changed their demeanor. “It’s exactly the same pattern that Kendra Wilkinson’s husband Hank Baskett had right before he was caught cheating,” continues the industry mole. “Most celebrities just go about their daily lives, but cheaters watch for you. They know they have to careful.”
Indeed, as Star previously reported earlier this summer, Eddie was caught texting a mystery woman whom he was also spotted grabbing dinner and working out with. No wonder he’s on edge!

Now, do I think that every paparazzi-wary celebrity is obviously hiding some extramarital affair? Of course not. Some celebrities just hate paparazzi. But in Eddie’s case… sure. I’ll always believe he’s cheating. I’ll always believe that he gets extra squirrelly when he’s got a side-piece in the mix. Plus, I have no idea what Eddie DOES. How does he spend his time? He’s got joint custody of the boys and he barely works. He goes shopping, I would imagine. He has to deal with LeAnn’s tantrums. And then he every now and then he goes off to meet some woman and he hopes that the photographers aren’t trailing him. Maybe that’s why LeAnn is always calling the paps? She needs their help keeping track of Eddie’s wandering eye (and other parts).

My husband grew up in California and mentioned that there was a story of Mario Lopez being a date rapist. Idk if it’s true or what the whole story is but my husband has never liked him because of it.

Eddie is acting shady? Really? Is water wet?
They never have paps waiting outside of their house for him to be friendly or unfriendly. It’s gated. The only paps there are are the ones they alert to where they will be, so they can have their photo-ops for the Daily Fail and Just Jared and make a few side dollars and get the only publicity they ever have. Otherwise, nobody cares, certainly not paps following them like they do with real celebs that don’t want it. They just have the ones they always alert.

I may have the details wrong, but (allegedly) a female photographer has been pretty doggedly determined to get his photo. I read something about allegedly trying to sneak into the gated community and also getting some unflattering photos of him loading his vehicle.
But I do wonder what he does all day. Unless she has GPS embedded in him, I suspect it drives her crazy wondering what (or who) he’s doing, given their history.
I used to follow that pap on Twitter. She wasn’t ‘trying’ to get his photo – she almost always succeeds in getting his photo. And she’s had a few run-ins with him. She might have also written the Star article as she has first hand knowledge since she’s always on Le & Ediot’s trail.

Perhaps that female photographer, after not being able to sell the pictures that she took by sneaking into Eddie’s gated community, decided to sell a story to Star Magazine that is more innuendo than fact.

It looks like you and I came to a similar conclusion. I don’t think that the photographer, who you said has photographed him before, has first-hand knowledge of Eddie doing anything really juicy or scandalous, rather it looks like she took her first-hand knowledge of him not cooperating with her and spun it into him acting shady and therefore hiding something, and then sold that to the Star Magazine.
I tend to agree she could be the ‘source’. It’s difficult to imagine paps are interested in him, other than this one. Or the guy who is allegedly their pap walk person, as Jayna mentioned.
Sneaking into that huge neighborhood? You would not have to. Thousands of people go into that neighborhood daily to work and visit people who live there. If anyone wanted a picture of anyone’s house or them all you would have to do is just ride up the street and take it. In fact L would probably meet you at the road, invite you in, pose for you, and try to make you a fan since she is down to about a dozen now. Heck if you asked you could probably even be in her next budget video shot with one of her IPhones at her home. Of course lazy E sneaks around. He always has and probably even more now since he doesn’t work at all. Plenty time on his hands to do “others.”

Lol I didn’t know Eddie stopped being shady! But Star has a point. It’s different if celebs don’t like the paps and are consistent about that point. What’s off is when celebs become pap friendly or avoid the paps when they were doing to opposite. It points to PR or hiding something.

My eyes roll so hard when Eddie and LeAnn complain about the tabloids and paparazzi in general terms since they definitely have a relationship with certain paps, tabloids and celebrity websites. However, some paparazzi do grossly inappropriate things when they interact with celebrities and their families, and I am OK with celebrities not being smiley with paps who behave rudely or inappropriately.

Or maybe Leann has followed someone to tail him, and it’s difficult to tell the difference between that and a PI so he’s wary of anyone and everyone.

Star magazine is on Leann’s payroll. Both Star and OK wrote an article about Eddie cheating on Leann and the text message, but the difference is that Star’s article was full of glowing praise for Leann, calling her music career a success, that she would dump Eddie if the right man came along, and that Eddie is jealous of Leann because her career has been so successful.
The paparazzi sit outside Leann and Eddie’s house? That’s how you know that this recent article from Star came from Leann. Isn’t their house in a gated community and Leann has said many times that the paps can’t get into where she lives because there are 3 entrances protected by guards. Leann is just trying to create storylines for season 2 of her reality show and create buzz for her album. Notice this article comes out the day beforeLeann and Eddie are supposed to be papped at the airport headed to the Bahamas.
Leann spends her mornings and nights on twitter, so we already know that Eddie is cheating on her. Last night, Leann spent her night tweeting about their Halloween costumes, Jake, to one of Eddie’s co-workers, and telling one of her fans that she reserves the naughty school girl costume for Eddie’s eyes only. Where was Eddie when Leann was doing all that tweeting last night?
The only time Eddie wants the paps following him is when Leann has presented him with a Carnival Cruise to the Bahamas, new car, clothes, shopping spree, jobs for Lizzy, Elisa, and his parents, and more vacations.

I am convinced the article Star ran about their $50 million divorce came straight from Leann so they could use that cover on their vanity project to show they are discussed in the tabloids, because otherwise there are only little blurbs here and there. Exactly, the glowing/positive comments in the article about Leann are a dead giveaway.

I thought that Leann was going to start the staged photo-ops with Eddie tomorrow at the airport, but based on her recent tweets, the staged photo-ops start tonight. Leann is tweeting about scary hayrides. Even though she has all those creepy statues in her house, she is now on twitter tweeting that she doesn’t like scary things. If Leann is upset about the papparazzi always hounding her, why does she tweet her locations?
I said in an earlier comment that if her mouth was open, she was lying. I should amend that and say that as long as her fingers are moving, she is lying. Either way she is a compulsive, continual LIAR.

I think he can cheat until the cows come in and she will still play the “we are happy” card. I doubt she will leave him for cheating. I think she is more likely to cheat herself to get back at him, but she wont leave him. He will have to be the one to leave if it ends, and he wont until the money runs out and the fun trips stop.. This will go on for a few more years in my opinion. I’m betting he will be hanging out in the Bahamas with her in a few days, with his side piece someplace close by. He can’t seem to stay away from the casino tables, and as long as she is giving him money he will play the days away on her dime. Just my 2 cents.

Leann is on vacation with Eddie in the Bahamas and like we all predicted, all she has done is tweet and post photos. She made a ton of tweets about bikinis this morning and last night it was about the airports and hotel where they are staying. Leann was even arguing with people on twitter this morning because someone told her to respect the work of other artists.

Last night Leann ranted on and on about accepting cheaters because someone didn’t like an article she posted about accepting the works of cheaters. Why is Leann even looking for and posting articles about cheaters while she is on vacation? This morning Leann picked up where she left off last night. The funniest thing about Leann’s morning tweet about cheaters was when she said that she was cheated on and then added “NOT by my husband”. Her logic is that she was cheated on and got over it, so everyone should get over her affair with Eddie. Leann made an album about her affair, did a VH1 show about her marriage to Eddie, and tried to bring Spitfire back to life by remixing the songs into a dance album, and keeps giving interviews making herself into a victim of Brandi and the tabloids, people will forget about her affair when she does. It’s not about her affair with Eddie anymore, it’s all the mean and nasty things she and Eddie have done and continue to do to Brandi. Leann didn’t get over being cheated on by Andrew Keegan, she single white females Piper Perabo, hiring Piper’s make-up artist to do her make-up and copying one of Piper’s photoshoots for the cover art for Spitfire.
According to Leann, Eddie is “NOT” cheating on her. Leann is tweeting while on vacation with Eddie, Eddie is cheating big time on Leann. Leann is in the Bahamas, there shouldn’t be ANY tweets. Everyday there she is tweeting and arguing with people.
The staged beach photo-op with Eddie must be over because Leann is now posting photos of herself in a bikini on a beach. Then she says that Eddie isn’t cheating on her. The bikini bottom is too small and Leann is sucking in her stomach to make it look like she is skinny. Eddie refusing to go to the Bahamas alone with Leann and then using his kids as currency for the vacation. I thought Carnival funded the entire trip, but I think Leann(using money from her friend Darrell) must have paid for the extra day. Leann’s concert on the cruise isn’t until Oct 28 and Oct 29.
Before she posted the bikini photo, Leann went to one of her fake accounts and retweeted a comment about PETA. You know that things are bad for Leann when she starts tweeting on that account.
Every time things are quiet regarding her and slimeball she generates some kind of negative energy. The general public stopped liking her work long before the cheating scandal. Can’t believe she keeps trying to use it to generate attention. Negative attention will never equal sales. Eddie has always been a cheater and I am sure has never stopped. He knows he has Leann where he wants her so he can do whatever he wants. All he has to do is threaten to leave (with his kids) and tear up her little playhouse.
