Matt Damon on Ben Affleck’s manhood: ‘That’s something. Good for you’

Thanks to you guys, I knew when and where to look when it was time for the briefest side glimpse of Ben Affleck’s manhood in Gone Girl. I love my job so much. Neil Patrick Harris was more um… forthcoming with his full frontal scenes which is so great although I feel like I missed some of Neil because I was cringing at how gross that scene was. We did get enough of a look to judge Affleck’s size and it was decent to large. I don’t remember exactly though, I will have to do more research on this once the movie is available on demand.

Well during their joint press junket for the return of Project Greenlight, Damon was asked about Affleck’s full frontal scenes and he of course delivered. People Magazine has the details and the video and it was a joy to witness their humor and bromantic awkwardness.

Normally when we pee together we go at the same time because, you know, well women do that. Ok? So now with our wives like they’ll go to the bathroom together and we’re like ‘well we should go to the bathroom too.’ And we go and normally there’s just one toilet so we just whip ’em out and we cross swords kind of like you do when you’re little kids. And I always look at Ben and I go ‘man, that’s something. Fantastic. Good for you.’

[From People]

I just watched that video five times. I love it so much. Plus Damon looks so good! He looks like 10 years younger lately. He will always be hot to me no matter what, but I’m enjoying his new look.

People Magazine lets us know that Project Greenlight is premiering on HBO in the Spring. (Why do we have to wait so long?!) They also have another cute quote that Damon gave on Affleck, about how they’ve been friends forever. “We’ve known each other for more than 30 years, and the fact that we have a company together is kind of a part of the whole thing. We used to have business lunches together in high school when we had no business to talk about.” True story, Ben Affleck and Matt Damon are responsible for my love of celebrity gossip. After I saw Good Will Hunting I just wanted to know everything about them.

Here’s the video:

I know some people don’t like Ben Affleck but I’ve always loved his relationship with Matt Damon. They have one of those rare relationships that have stood the test of time. And Matt Damon looks good! Wonder if he’s going to start training for the new Bourne movie soon.

    • Snazzy says:

They really are adorable together aren’t they?

    • mia girl says:

      This.
I would likely write Affleck off entirely if not for his friendship with Damon.

That and the fact that I’ve seen Good Will Hunting a thousand times. Yes Damon and Williams make that movie, but Affleck was perfect too.

I’m neutral on him but I’ve never considered him especially hot. In Gone Girl, tho, dayum his beefy arms were really workin’ for me.

Good friendships are a beautiful thing. Its good to see people truly appreciating each other.

    • Kitten says:

      I love both of them.

    • Jess says:

I’m totally over Ben on his own (or with Jennifer Garner, whom I used to love in her Alias days), but I still love him when he’s with Matt. Damon just makes everyone around him seem better. He’s like a male Tina Fey or Amy Poehler or Mindy Kaling!

    • someonestolemyname says:

Like Ben, Like Matt. Love seeing them together.

I don’t get the Ben dislike either.
      Like them both.

Matt is mesmerizing in The Talented Mr. Ripley, Behind the Candelabra, Bourne Identity.
      Love his films.

If Ben looked at Jennifer Garner that way, she would be so happy.

I think that Ben Affleck might be one of those guys who treats his best guy friend way better than he does the women in his life. As far as the public can tell, Affleck has never screwed over Matt Damon in any way, and those guys give each other love, affection, support. Of course, that’s how it should be, except that I really think that Affleck has not been the greatest boyfriend/husband of all time. I guess I just think it’s funny that some guys can be an amazing friend — showing that they are capable of real life-long love — and kind-of (to completely) douchetastic in their romantic lives.

    • almondey says:

i know so many guys like this! and my boyfriend treats me REALLY well and incredibly but his relationships with his guy friends…especially his best friends is something else altogether. i actually call my boyfriend’s best friends his soulmates lol

      • someonestolemyname says:

Oh wow well put, I had a boyfriend like that. Great guy, nice boyfriend, but he definitely had a bond with his guy friends.

    • Delta Juliet says:

I think I have to agree with you. My best friends husband is best friends with my husband and they treat each other WAY better than either of them treat us. It’s kind of sweet but then it kind of pisses me off that he actually DOES know how to be nice and fun, just not with me :/

    • Jess says:

I always assume that Justin Timberlake is like that too. He seems like a d-bag with the ladies but guys like Jimmy Fallon and Andy Sandberg seem to love him. Some guys are great to their buddies and just crap with their girlfriends. To be fair, I know women who also treat their friends far better than their boyfriends!

  4. Molly says:

Well, Jen Garner sticks around as his favorite doormat for SOME reason. Not shocked that he has a big one.

  5. FingerBinger says:

Ben Affleck always looks completely sloshed or hungover.

  6. Nicole says:

    Everybody loves Matt Damon!

  7. minx says:

Nice that they have been friends so long and have each had success. But, yeah, Ben looks so much happier with Matt than he does with his wife.

  8. polonoscopy says:

Matt makes Ben so much more palatable. The fact that Matt likes him makes me want to like him too.

  9. Dany says:

the best real life bromance ever

  10. Merritt says:

Ben always looks more excited to be with Matt, than Matt looks to be with Ben.

  11. Happy21 says:

I love their friendship. Nothing has torn them apart. It’s really great to see actually 🙂

  12. Jesssayin says:

Ben was all wrong to play Nick imo. The screenplay was so true to the book but I couldn’t get into the idea of Ben. Bummer.

  13. Caz says:

    Love Matt Damon.

  14. Shari says:

It’s perfectly natural that he’s more happy with a longtime buddy than the old ball and chain. Especially when it’s jennifer garner. Still for a wife that lets him do anything and will never leave him he should be a lot happier with her than he ever looks.

    • alex says:

Why would he have respect for someone who commands none? I don’t know why it’s not discussed more here but that relationship is one of the most cringe-worthy things I have ever seen in Hollywood. I mean it was funny when Jennifer Garner went all “Why don’t they ask my husband how he balances things?” when she has admitted that he wouldn’t know how to care for their children. Or how he has said that he isn’t “present” with them. I mean, I am curious too on how she does it. And when the nicest thing that your husband can say about you is that your “kind”?! It’s embarrassing and I’m surprised no one else has noticed it.

I like Ben Affleck and Matt.
