Paris Hilton was spotted having lunch with her boyfriend, Stavros Niarchos III, and later shopping with her sister Nicky out on Robertson Boulevard in LA on February 26th. She is wearing a shirt that says “Don’t Believe the Rumors” and seems to be wearing an engagement ring on her left ring finger. She has shown a visible bump recently, and her breasts seem larger. It’s possible that she’s pregnant and engaged, but it’s also possible that she’s neither. She was supposedly pregnant last year and nothing came of that.
