I’m not digging the outfit, but I love how Gwen always just does her thing. And remains looking about 27.

Compare GS Artistry to say…”Fergie”. Gwen became wealthy and successful but didn’t devolve into a basic “real housewife”. She’s the real deal and “maturity” enhanced in her case.

  2. Alexi says:

Yes, I love also how she just IS WHO SHE IS.

    RE: Blake Shelton.

People who are blindly patriotic are the true cowards, in my opinion. Scared to confront the truth that maybe militarism and war isn’t as great of a solution as they might think it to be.

I hate gwen’s style. that hair is as pale as her face. and the bright lips with that looks like a clown, imo

““I can’t WAIT to see American Sniper!!!” wrote Shelton, adding, “Proud to support our military.. Period.” ”

    UGH!!!
Going to see a movie is NOT supporting the military! Go volunteer at a VA Hospital, do something for the VFW, etc. , and then you will be supporting the military!

    • InvaderTak says:

      Exactly. Same with supporting anything.

Gossip has been intense today. Hopefully tomorrow there will be something fun.

I don’t see where he said it was. He stated that he supported the Military and the rhetoric that the military is protecting American freedoms. Not the wars themselves.

Just some thoughts, not in response to comments above:
Many military personnel are from the South, and I think the economic motives for military enlistment has contributed to the cheerleading of the military machine in many southern states.
I think the bigger conversation needs to be about who enters the military and their motives for doing so – it is a career option for many young people looking for work. Many do so to access a stable work environment, and are young enough that they have bought into the rhetoric about saving freedoms. The disconnect comes when they actually engage in the horrors of the battle. They are not prepared.
Also, the military is not defending freedoms – the US is taking away its own freedom and liberties in reaction to the threats. The assault is on the perceived arrogance and interference of the US in global issues.

I agree that support is the actual physical and financial assistance to those who have returned from the war and their families. It is not about watching a movie (that is supposed to spark critical thinking, and not about supporting the military, I believe?)

      This a thousand times over.

S**t. I think Lainey’s new Blind is about Tom Hardy.

I think I heard OG Kitten scream.

      • Marty says:

        I know, me too.

I knew nothing good was going to come out of him hanging out with Leo so much. Unless your name is Lukas Hass that is.

    • lunchcoma says:

Yeah, that’s who I thought it was about too. Poor Charlotte.

    • Abbott says:

I’m with you. DiCaprio-Hardy-The Revenant and Noomi as the former costar.

    • Flora says:

I hope it isn’t either, but it wouldn’t surprise me with his track record.
I actually think he and Charlotte are not married at all. The time of the supposed wedding was right in the middle of his film shoot and they are still not wearing any wedding rings.

Gwen’s style is odd, but at least she’s consistent.

Anyone else watch Justified last night? I think there’s a few fans of the show here. So good! I have high hopes for the final season.

I’ve watched Gilmore Girls twice through since it hit Netflix, and yeah the gay jokes are weird. The show is only 10 years old, but those jokes make it feel very outdated.

    • Mel M says:

Not only that but hey use the R word in extremely offensives and referred to people with special needs in a bad joke as well. I’m into season 5 right now and there have been many instances where I was left wondering what the writers were thinking and having to go back and check the year it first aired.

    • lucy2 says:

Me too, and I noticed the jokes as well. It’s a little jarring to hear and hurt my love of the show a little, but it is nice to realize there’s been some progress in just a few years.

    Poor Kenzie Dalton 🙁
