At first I didn’t see the half skirt that follows her, and thought that it was just a tank dress with an open neck sweater over it. I was kind of ok with that….then I scrolled and saw the accordion pleat skirt in the back, and realized the complete insanity!

It’s very difficult to make an all black outfit look cheap but wearing several different shades at once is one real quick way to do it.
The cape makes it look like a costume from one of those pop-up Halloween stores that appear in October. Sigh …and the fact that she kinda/totally failed when she tried so hard is sad.
