Charlie Sheen is famous for many things – being Martin Sheen’s son, having issues with drugs and alcohol, being a client of Heidi Fleiss, being married to Denise Richards, having a bitter, acrimonious divorce from Denise Richards, and being an overall under-rated comedic and dramatic actor.
Add another little bit of information to the Charlie Sheen file – he is now the proud father of twin boys. Charlie and wife Brooke Mueller welcomed babies Bob and Max on Saturday. Charlie and Brooke were married last May, and if my math serves, these boys are pretty much honeymoon babies. OK! has more:
Congratulations to Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller, who welcomed their first children together — twin boys — on Saturday!
The news was confirmed today by Extra, who report that the boys are named Bob and Max.
The newborn boys are the first for Brooke, who married Charlie on May 30, 2008, in a wedding featured exclusively on the pages of OK! The newlyweds announced the baby news in August.
When the Two and a Half Men star, who has three daughters from previous relationships, discovered Brooke was pregnant with twin sons, he told OK! he was overjoyed.
“I’m truly blessed,” Charlie told OK! at the time. “I’m already the proud father of three beautiful daughters, and I’m delighted that they’ll now have two little brothers… Life doesn’t get any better than this.”

Max is a cute name for a little boy, but Bob? Why not call him Robert, and let people call him Bob when he grows up. Little boys should be called Robbie or Bobby, not Bob. But that’s just my opinion. I would have named both little boys “Martin”, but that’s just how much I love Charlie’s dad.
I don’t have any doubt that Charlie is a profoundly weird man, but I’m still happy for him. His new wife doesn’t seem anywhere near as crazy as Denise (though time will tell, Charlie has a type, after all). Congratulations to the happy couple and the new babies!

I like Max but Bob for a young child sounds funny and outdated. I never liked Denise and I hope she gets voted off of dancing with the stars. She’s a winnnner!!!

I believe these were IVF babies, so they couldn’t really be honeymoon…unless you count going to the doctor in Mexico on your trip…

Charlie and Denise’s older daughter is named Sam, so unfortunately a name like Bob makes sense. I’ll just bet Charlie named them all. It sounds like he’s naming pets, not children – which is probably what he wishes he had!
