These are photos of Amber Heard at the London premiere of When I Live My Life Over Again. The title sounds pretty existential. This is actually an FSU student film where Amber plays a punk rock singer (even though she says she can’t sing) alongside Christopher Walken. Amber’s wearing a Temperley London dress, which is covered in bronze sequins. I preferred her version of this look last week with a dress from The Row.
Page Six has a new story about Amber’s happy fun time in New York. They say she’s hanging out with photographer Io Tillet Wright, and Johnny Depp has a problem with it. Wright identifies as a bisexual woman. She’s also a former child actor who pretended to be a boy for 8 years. Wright is an LGBT activist, and Page Six says Amber’s close friendship with Wright is causing “problems” for the bisexual new bride and her husband.
Eh. I think Johnny and Amber have plenty of problems, and Amber’s friendship (or flingship) with a female photog would be the least of their troubles. They could have an “open” marriage too, who knows. But yes, warning signs aplenty. They’ve only been married since February, yet I wasn’t surprised to hear that they could be on the rocks already. I’m including some of Wright’s recent Instagram photos. The captions could be considered suggestive or simply poetic. Page Six made a big deal about how Amber’s staying at the Bowery Hotel, and Wright posted a photo of a rumpled Bowery bed. Yet the famous Bowery teddy bear is still in place, so I don’t know.
Meanwhile, nobody knows where Johnny is right now. He’s not in New York with Amber. He’s not hiding with Marilyn Manson (who is in Tulsa, working on a film and visiting Skateland with his child co-star). He’s certainly not where he’s supposed to be, in Australia shooting Pirates 5. Johnny did have surgery on his hand after a go-carting accident. He was supposed to be back on set by late March. Something went wrong, and producers agreed to wait until today (according to Sydney Confidential). Then Johnny didn’t make his Friday flight. The movie’s publicist (Michael Singer) says everything is fine, and there’s no cause for alarm. He “assumes” Johnny is still recuperating.

maybe she has cavities, but they are not filled with silver. this is something pretty high on my “when I win the lottery” list. I want to get my mouthful of silver fillings replaced with white.

The ‘tooth colored’ fillings are nice because they are invisible, but the downside is they are not very permanent. They tend to only last a few years before starting to ‘leak’ and let decay form underneath & around the filling, leading to greater problems (needing a crown). Silver (amalgam) fillings have a longer lifespan. The best kind of fix is to get inlays– you can get gold, resin or porcelain and they usually last a lifetime. Its not uncommon to see geriatric patients with inlays they had done 70+ years ago that are still good. They are more expensive, but you only need to fix it once 🙂

Not true! I had my amalgam fillings replaced with porcelain fillings over 6 years ago and haven’t had any problems with them (though I’m careful to not crunch hard items). This is the less toxic substance I had on offer. I did it for health reasons not for aesthetics but I’m happy with my choice.
Note to everyone who still has amalgams – google ‘amalgams and cutler’ and see where it takes you…
I have one porcelain filling, and three or four silver fillings. The porcelain one was the first one that I had done many years ago. I was concerned about having silver in my mouth because I didn’t like the way it looked. LOL. I found that the porcelain fillings resulted in a very very sensitive tooth, sensitive to heat and cold for about seven months. But I have had that porcelain filling since I was about 20 and I’m 45 now. I’ve never had any other problems with it.
Could be white fillings…. I have 3 and you can’t tell that I do!

I got my bottom teeth done in white and my top teeth in silver. I feel like it was a good compromise. The top fillings arent as visible when I open my mouth.

I honestly hope Johnny is okay. It worries me to read that he’s fallen off the map. Mess that he is, he was my first and forever celebrity crush and I hope the best for him, so I want to believe he’s disappeared to get some help.

Me too, I was a Johnny stan back in his 21 Jump Street days, which we carefully videotaped on VHS and re-watched endlessly.
He’s always struck me as a basically good-hearted guy who is perhaps a little naive and at some point his fame just completely overwhelmed him. Some people are just not wired to handle (well) that kind of massive notoriety. He needs to hole up somewhere, dry up, chill out, and re-prioritize his life.

Why is it that certain stars who are obviously struggling with addiction get sympathy and understanding, but no one can seem to muster any sympathy for Depp? He is obviously going through something more then alleged mid-life crisis and I’m sure if he were to die tomorrow the same people laughing at his struggle would be the first to act all shocked and pretend to have cared all along .
Also, if the rumors of Depp not taking her calls while he was in Australia are true, then he probably doesn’t care that she’s hanging out with her friends or anyone else for that matter.
I just hope that he is in some kind of treatment and comes out of it healthy and mended.

I’m definitely one of the ones that is concerned about him. He may be just fine, and this is all nothing more than rumors and speculation. But something really does seem to be off. I kind of hope that the theory he’s actually in rehab is true. His drinking has obviously become a problem, so I hope for his sake and the sake of his children that he’s getting help and is able to come out the other side a better man. I don’t know what to make of Amber…I don’t really have an opinion about her one way or the other. She’s no Vanessa, but that’s it.

It’s not just his drinking, he was always borderline douchebag and his manchild behaviour was forgiven because he was a gorgeous looking man. Rebel and all that. Now that he’s getting old, people see him for what he truly is and his break-up with Vanessa showed the signs of what was about to come. Nobody ever really held him accountable for his actions (and very recently, more people were still defending his public drunkenness). It’s about time.
How do you know what he thinks of himself though? He doesn’t seem to think highly of himself, he has never said anything good about himself. Johnny is hardly a “borderline douchebag,” he is the sweetest man in Hollywood and the nicest actor to his fans. I don’t really know how can anyone hate on him personally. Sad that such a good person gets lots of undeserved hate.
That cool comment sounds like you believe Marilyn Manson’s impression of he and JD. But if you actually read how he describes himself you’d know Depp has never thought of himself as cool in any way, shape, or form. The same thing for the rebel image that was given to him by the tabs, that’s not how he sees himself. Also as for his public drunkenness, has he gotten into a car accident while driving under the influence? Has he attacked anyone in a drunk rage? He came to a show drunk and was soundly ridiculed, what more is supposed to happened to him since he committed no crime and hurt no one but himself by his display? Even the guy he was handing the award to when asked wasn’t upset by JD’s hot mess of a presentation. The way you are saying he has to pay for his actions, one would think he has been abusing woman and children for years and getting away with it. Or committing crime after crime that has put innocent bystanders in harms way and getting away scottfree.

The “cool kid in high school”? Where does this stuff come from? Dude is consistently voted “best to fans” by those fan clubby mags, by all accounts he always takes time to sign autographs and give a kind word. No diva antics.
What seems clear is that (1) he has a (probably genetic) drinking problem and (2) this level of fame has messed with his head big-time. He needs to step away and sober up for good, or we’ll soon be hearing another Amy Winehouse/PS Hoffman/Whitney type story in the morning paper.
I hope Depp is in rehab ( or have a real good excuse) because his career will be definitively over if he doesn’t come on set soon

IO Tillet was just one of the girlfriends with her in NYC. She was with all her gang of best friends and her sister, that are always with her and with Johnny too.
IO was one Amber’s bridesmaids, she’s close to Johnny’s children and not only Johnny support her cause by wearing the “We are you” t-shirt, but also in some of the pictures from the wedding at the island is visible that IO drove Johnny and his son Jack (in a golf car) to the wedding, so i don’t believe he doesn’t like her
About the rest, it seems Johnny left LA on Sunday very late in the night (because the message of the wife of his assistant that are always with him, from the airport) and i think it could be possible he was waiting for Amber to close her promotional work in NYC which happened Saturday night, but already on Sunday night other of her best friends that was with her in NYC (Raquel Pennington) was in LA so it makes me believe that they headed back to LA immediately after her premiere maybe to catch the flight with Johnny or to say good bye…
Now the question is: If they do catch the flight together, are they heading to Australia or to any other place to celebrate her birthday?

Well if the rumors are true that he’s avoiding his wife like the plague and not taking her calls for days while she’s freaking out about his well-being & calling everyone who works with him for info in his whereabouts, then I don’t see what the deal is if she’s attending her own movie premiere for work with her friends. Nor is it a big deal that said friend is a gay & says nice things about her on social media. Not everyone who is gay wants to f*ck each other the same way that not everyone who is heterosexual wants to f*ck each other either….jeez.

It makes me crazy when people point out her bisexuality now that she’s married. Supposedly, she is married FOR LIFE. This means “off the market”, usually. What difference does it make if she identifies as bisexual now? Is it appropriate for anyone to broadcast her sexual attraction to women now that she’s married to a man??! Ugh.
