If Jen has “turned the page” where her failed marriage is concerned(as she stated on Oprah a couple years ago)I think it would have been wise for her to seek out Angie & Brad and wish them well at the Awards dinner instead of avoiding them. Someone who’s moved on should behave like it. It would give her a ton of upper hand in this saga the tabloids can’t seem to drop, it would show power over the past, healing,etc. She should do this or really, it just perpetuates drama and stress in her life. Brad has moved on, he wanted a family and he got it. Jen is a sweet gal, but c’mon she’s 40, unmarried and I predict, will never have children. Sad, but some people ought not to have kids and it seems she’s probably one of them, even if she won’t admit it.

and wait a sec…Jen & Brad were married for 5 years and Brad and Angie have been together for 4…shouldn’t she be geting over it by now? Almost as much time away as together????

Does it matter who said the words? Fact is, HJNTITY…..uh….John Mayer was just not that into Jen, and it looked obvious, so if he wasn’t returning e-mails, calls, etc., then I’d say HE ended it, regardless who made the official phone call.

My opinion is that they have not really broken up. Neither of them have confirmed anything. I think they are enjoying sitting back and watching the media look like fools.

This is not about how she looks but about her failed relationship with John Mayer. It failed because it was a fake one all along, John was not into her. She sought and bought an Oscar date in John when she should have stayed home. She looked like a trembling stumbling deer caught in a car’s headlights on that stage. She is terrible in every live appearance.

Jen is a mediocre actress who hit pay dirt 2X, once with Friends and once with Brad Pitt. Brad Pitt had a bleak attitude toward marriage, Jen’s Dad said before they married that Brad was very reluctant to marry at all, and soon after the marriage both Brad and Jen said things like “marriage may not be meant to last forever (Brad)”, and Brad is not the love of my life (Jen), that marriage was doomed from day 1. Anyone here still moaning over the divorce needs to wake up and shut up. I doubt that either Brad or Angelina see a formal marriage as an over the rainbow experience, but Angelina did say in her VF interview last year that they certainly feel married. Now as to Jen and John, John is not at that stage to settle down and Jen had to know this after his TMZ thing. John benefitted more than Jen in this 2nd dating fiasco as the public perception of Jen is more negative. Jen just appears to be stuck in a life mode that she can’t or won’t alter, like she feels afraid to venture out and take a chance on change. She seems to be living the life her fans want her to live, same hairstyle, same type films roles, same interview answers, same same same. She is now 40 years old and still acts like she is 20 something on Friends, cause that is what her fans see her as. This is very sad to me. Everyone changes whether they want to or not, that’s life. Look at Jen’s hands, they are showing her true age like all of our hands do.

i think she is very pretty. and everyone has an individual taste…and for me…she is a person i would love to look alike. if i could chose…i would chose her look. so what’s the problem with my opinion? i don’t think she looks ordinary.

I agree with debra, I started seeing Jen for what she really is. I didn’t realize she hand picked every man from CAA. John Mayer the douche bag made it look so obvious because she should have kicked that thing to the curb long time ago so it made her look so desperate and pathetic when she didn’t. Mayer is a worm so what do she want with a worm unless she is a worm.
I agree with debra that she let her fans do her dirty work for her. I use to be a fan of Jen but I sure didn’t she the need to bash Brad or Angelina so I believe the bashers are Jen paid posters while she put on the I’m still in love with Brad act. I didn’t Think Jen should have came out with the wounded victim act after 4 years. Who every told her to behave like that made her look totally psycho.
Sometimes I wish we could get a little bit of honesty out of Jen instead of fake rubbish they set up all the time.
