Despite stories that all Lindsay was doing in rehab was planning for her big 21st birthday party in Vegas, she has scrapped those plans, probably at the insistence of someone who knew what a PR disaster it would be. Her rep claims that the party was canceled two weeks ago and that Pure nightclub was mistakenly still promoting it, but it seems more like damage control to me.

There was a story a short while ago that Lindsay Lohan’s ex bodyguard is planning on writing a tell all book to let us know how out of control she is. It turns out that the guy only worked for her for ten days, not two years like he claims. Lindsay also posted his personal phone number on her myspace in retaliation, although nothing he said about her was news to anyone.

Lohan is also being sued for crashing into a van in a 2005 accident, once of many she’s been involved in. She’s only being sued for $3,624 in damages, so it’s likely she’ll pay up.

Lohan is said to be making friends with a NY socialite in rehab, a woman named Dori Cooperman. Cooperman checked out of rehab in Arizona as it wasn’t “cool enough,” and was arrested in April for stealing a check from a neighbor for $4,300 and depositing it. Lohan is also a thief and stole a bunch of clothes from a friend. She should have a lot in common with Cooperman.
