In the paparrazi pictures she always looks gaunt and in this she looks like a woman! A friend of mine had a c-section and her scar was horizontal at the top of her pubic hair and very small. So her scars probably are not that bad. In any case, I don't think she gained more than 20 pounds with her pregnancies... I think her body looks great in this picture…but she does look curvier.
