Book Party Brings Out Stars

While most stars make their red carpet appearances at movie screenings, hot clubs, and hip restaurants, some like to spice up the red carpet at book parties! On Tuesday night, Jennifer Aniston, Demi Moore, and Ashton Kutcher when to the book party for Laura Day’s book The Circle. The Circle is a self-help book that teaches mainstream people how to use their energy and intuition to reach goals in their life and make things happen.

Self-help books seem to be all the rage these days. Our good friend Paris, rotting in her cell, has a couple of self help books that she has been (supposedly) reading, such as The Secret. Before she was incarcerated she was seen strolling around LA with that, the Bible, and other such books. I really liked the Secret. I think the power of one’s thoughts can do a lot. Just gotta keep thinking positive, Paris.

It’s kind of nice to think of big celebrities reading self help books…sort of brings them down to a normal level. Not that they aren’t normal…but I would think it’s hard to be normal when people are paying you 20 million a movie…I mean, if anyone wants to test me out on that theory, I would be more than happy to take your 20 million and tell you how normal I feel.
