It is inevitable that next Monday, June 25th our favorite jailbird will be free to party, pose and pout. And Paris, doing what Paris does best, has already secured a high paying first television interview once she is released.

Splash News Online reports today that Paris is set to do an interview with Meredith Viera for NBC the day she gets let out. The payout? A cool 1 mill. This does not impress rival network ABC, who thought they would get an interview with her after she spoke (via collect call) to Barbara Walters, and because Barbara has a friendly relationship with Paris’ mom Kathy. But it was Paris’ dad Rick who the pitch from NBC was made to and I guess it was too good to be true so the interview is set to go forth.

Paris’ rep, Eliot Mintz, who I can only imagine gets quite exhausted being the spokesman for the starlet, does not deny or confirm the report.

Of course Paris is going to get paid huge bucks and get more publicity then ever. It is just one of those things that you can always count on, like the sun rising in the morning or it raining on your only day off.

Update: Paris is not being paid one million by NBC News. The claim they don’t pay for interviews and don’t have one with Paris confirmed.
