These photos make me happy. There’s just so little to fight about here. These are photos from the late-shift Cannes Film Festival premiere of The Lobster, starring Colin Farrell, Lea Seydoux and Rachel Weisz. And every single one of them looked gorgeous. I’ve always had a thing for Rachel Weisz, and she brought so much joy to me in these photos. If you’re forcing me to choose, I’d have to say that Colin actually looked hotter (more bangable) in the grey suit at the photocall, but this is a good reminder that he can also wear the hell out of a tuxedo. Damn, bro.
Rachel’s gown is a custom-made Louis Vuitton and this might be my favorite LV gown of all time. I think LV can be so hit-or-miss, especially when it’s being worn by Liya Kebede, you know? But this is perfect. Perfect long sleeve, perfect cut, perfect clean silhouette. Lea’s look is Miu Miu. It reminds me of Prada, which makes sense (they are sister labels). If this was Prada though, there would be terrible nipple darts and it would ruin the look. As is, this is so simple and elegant. God, I love both of their looks SO MUCH.

Her dress is more of a winterey dress than one to wear to Cannes, but she looks great.
Rachel Weisz is perfection, and the dress is gorgeous but white feels so blah. The blue dress next to her (sorry, I don’t know the actress) is stunning.

They’re at Cannes. These dresses are OK but now is the time for DRAMA. Fan Bingbing brought drama, you have to admit even if you don’t care for that fairy princess vibe.
I scrolled through looking for a pick of RW standing next to her husband, because the two of them make me weep with the combined power of their beauty, and sighed with disappointment at only getting Colin Farrell. He just doesn’t do it for me any more. That or she just outshines him by too much and he should pose alone.
All three of them are beautiful. They look like real movie stars.

Rachael looks beautiful as always. The dress is pretty but I’m not really digging the cut-out from a straight-on angle. Agree with bettyrose; the white is not doing it for me either. Now, the black jumpsuit she wore…that was the shizz.
The issue with RW dress is that it doesn’t -elongate. The eye starts and stops so it reads as shortening the neck and body overall. There is no “flow” with this gown.
Agreed. If the white had been a different color it would have been stunning.

Rachel Weisz looks stunning. And her face isn’t all hard , angular and drawn looking like some of these uber skinny actresses do as they age (see Jennifer Connelly, Natalie Portman, Courtney cox))
Jennifer Connelly always looked quite angular even in her early 30s, but I was surprised as hell to see Natalie Portman looking so drawn and thin on the cover of THR recently.
She’s still very beautiful but the softness she had in her features earlier is all gone, she looks SO tired and that’s kind of unexpected considering she’s only 33. In Rachel Weisz’s case it looks like never having gone on the extreme diets/maintaining a relatively healthy weight has preserved a more youthful appearance for her.
Don’t forget Natalie is a mom to two young kids – I can always tell a mom of young children by the exhaustion in their faces (and especially around the eyes).
She will rebound!
Rachel also wore this sleek black pants suit that was total knock out for the earlier photo call too. Always glad to see her when she goes into glam mode but I really didn’t like her MET gala Chanel dress at all.
They all look amazing! I can’t fault any of their outfits and Colin Farrell is sure looking handsome with that suit and new haircut!

I agree, I find her dress ugly. Also what happened to her face? She looks incredibly young suddenly.
good diet, adequate sleep and exercise and very possibly some judiciously done fillers + other dermatologist care. Whatever it was, well done, she’s glowing.

The women look lovely, even though the dresses are kind of boring. Colin is looking FINE all cleaned up.

I love both dresses! They are elegant and chic, and compared to all those things that were worn by some ladies on other occasions (Beyoncé, Kim K., Lady Gaga for example) they are pure perfection.

I think Rachel is such a beautiful woman. She has the most beautiful skin. That’s how you do your mid 40s, not all pulled and overdone with filler and overbotoxed and new lips looking like a caricature of yourself. I love her hair in the photos and makeup also.
