No don’t take the photo down Lorde! Stay Strong!

  4. InvaderTak says:

Ha. How hilarious would it be if Taylor finally had to deal with some drama she didn’t manufacture and has no control over? Ellie posted that pic and deleted it later. Ha ha ha. I hope Lorde and Ellie did this on purpose to get Swifty in a lather.

  5. truthSF says:

Taylor Swift will forever be 17 mentally.

  6. Tifygodess24 says:

That says all I need to know about Taylor, and her friendships – the fact that Ellie felt she needed to remove the photo. I mean are these WOMEN still in high school? Grow the F up. Taylor may be lovely in some aspects but I believe she’s ridiculously immature in all her relationships.

    • Amy says:

Cult isn’t quite the word I’m looking for but that’s what it feels like.

You prostrate yourself before the Taylor. You will worship no other Taylor’s but the one true Swift. You will be picture perfect and do a Spice Girls Power March everytime you leave your apartment.

Maybe the girls seeing the backlash to them even putting up a picture that angers all loyal Swifties might get them reconsidering a few things. Katy does seem more casual and less like she cared about Taylor until this whole song popped up.

      • Beth says:

I disagree. I always thought it was weird how involved in the drama Katy seemed considering she is so much older/mature, even getting her boyfriend Diplo to taunt Swift on Twitter.
They both seem needy to me.

      • Hannah says:

Amy, no, Katy could not shut up about it for the past few months and even dragged in her much older boyfriends. I dunno, I’m nota fan of either but the way Katy acted and her being so much older made her look so pathetic while swifty kept quiet, she actually looked better in the whole situation.

  7. Ceree says:

Well Lorde WASNT in the Bad Blood video.. And Taylor hung out with the guys who were both with Ellie (one of them wrote a pretty unpleasant song about her) .. Hehe just stirring the pot. 😁

  8. lili says:

How embarrassing for Ellie. Own it, jk.

  9. CasualBtchr says:

Am I the only who doesn’t like Taylor Swift? Ugh, it’s a sad day when I’d rather chill with Kim Kardashian than her. At least Kim would be somewhat interesting, I said somewhat.

    • Ceree says:

Nope. Not the only one. I was alright with her but after that biggest name drop of a useless, seemingly spiteful video with even more spiteful lyrics, me no gusta.

    • Hannah says:

You think Kim would be more interesting?? I’m not a Taylor swift fan but come on…

  10. poop says:

wait did Taylor publicly state she had a problem with this? otherwise it’s just the media stirring up the feud, not Taylor.

    • Ceree says:

She did a Rolling Stone interview where she all but said Katy Perry’s name. Then KP tweeted something weird. I dunno, it’s pretty blatant but Taylor will never own up or really outright admit anything even though she makes it very obvious, but that’s always been her ahem Style.

    • Annie... says:

      Finally someone that makes sense.
Swifty has said nothing about this, it’s all on the media

    • Angel L says:

agreed. Everyone (media, gossip) assumes it is about Katy. She has never said it was. Same with this situation. The woman is a multi platinum artist selling out stadiums. It is possible that she hates Katy Perry or maybe she doesn’t care, who knows – maybe Bad Blood is about someone else and Katy Perry injected herself into the conversation by tweeting just to up her own exposure? I am sure she isn’t worried about it on a daily basis.

I also don’t understand why people get on her about her songs being about her relationships etc. I could be completely wrong but I would think that most artists that write their own music, use their own experiences as fuel – it is the media that is tagging her songs with peoples names. If we didn’t know so much about her through paparazzi and gossip rags I don’t think most people would make a connection or care. And some people will say “oh well, she doesn’t even write her own music” – well that makes it even more ridiculous to say that she is juvenile about relationships.

    • Amy says:

      Lol, not quite.

Taylor did an interview where she specifically mentioned that Bad Blood wasn’t about her usual negative romantic relationship and was instead about a friendship gone bad. Like Ceree said she all but named Katy but dropped plenty of hints and in response Katy basically said Taylor was pretending to always be a poor blonde victim while she’s a mean girl herself.

No one invented this but Taylor herself.

      • Ceree says:

Thank you, Amy. Geez, why are folks so in denial about Taylor being blatant about this. I mean, take the Grammys for example, she looked like she was trying so hard to be bf with everyone even KANYE for crying out loud. But she snubs Katy? Someone who she used to have pics with constantly and say hello to? COME ON.

  11. Alyce says:

I don’t think Swifty cares. I doubt she’s the megalomaniac dictator this site makes her out to be. And if Ellie took the picture down, it could be bc of stuff like this, not bc Taylor told her to. Just my opinion.

    • Dr.Funkenstein says:

Doesn’t care? Her songbook is full of revenge songs. Hard to believe she’s thick skinned.

  12. Annie says:

For a sec I thought that was an old picture of Amal Aladdin Clooney.

  13. runCMC says:

I don’t think Kim/Kris Humphries marriage was fake in that she paid him or he was hired or anything like that. I think she had just turned 30 and really really wanted to get married, and she settled for the first schmuck who would propose to her. Then once the dust settled she was like “oh wait I don’t even like this guy!”

    • KellyBee says:

You do know that this was not Kim first marriage right? her marriage to Kris with her second marriag and kanye was her third.

    • Tiffany :) says:

I think he was totally cast as “the fiancĂŠ” for her show. They met, marry and divorce all with in 1 year? (Oct. 2010-Oct. 2011). Yeah, that is quick enough to work with the show schedule.

Marriage has no value to them because they can just get divorced.
What matters to them is having plot lines for their show. Their entire family is dependent on it.

  14. Marianne says:

Have you ever thought that perhaps both Swift and Perry are laughing their way to the bank over this “feud”.

  15. nemo says:

…it wouldn’t surprise me if that this feud is pure PR.

    • Illyra says:

Yeah I agree with you guys… it’s probably (*probably*) all manufactured for effect, like so many other “relationships” in the media.
