I actually have a 19 inch waist lol but my weight is in the 80′s lol and my hips and 29 inches.

The only 19 inches on beyonce is maybe the circumfrence of one of her calves.

.. or her forearm.

UH the proof is in the picture.
they’d have to have ADDED AN EXTRA PANEL OF FABRIC to fit beyonces bovine butt into JERRY HALL’S DRESS.

I’m a guy and in my opinion b is not all that from what I can c and I say this cause I never c the real her so fakeness just ain’t cute. Always with the exagerratedly long hair and big bufont styles one minute she has breast the next she doesn’t hip pads fake smiles on interview its just not cool down to earth real and humble is the way to go so b maybe u and daddy need to rethink ur whole money makin scheme

I could care less about the size of Beyonces waist whether it is a 19 or not it won’t do me any good either way so I don’t care and everyone is entitled to their own opinion and to me the dress is very unflattering and quite frankly utterly disgusting really what was the point? Big mistake!

Beyonce is not obese. However, this comment falls on deaf ears (or blind eyes) when she has her designer allege that her waist is 19 inches because no one believes it. Dita Von Teese is a great example of why we don’t, as someone mentioned above.

The dress wasn’t even that great on Jerry Hall, but it was a lot better proportioned. If Beyonce picked out that dress for herself, she needs to find a manager who will set her straight. I thought she looked a bit chunky performing recently (at the Oscars?) but I think it was primarily those short shorts. She needs to dress for who she is and then she would be more accepted.
