I have known Sherri since around 1984, she was a great friend and has always been very self-dependent. I remember when she was going to college for acting & working a couple of jobs.Sherri was at lunch when I was just waking up for breakfast. She was always on the go and a very strong person. She is exactly the type of person that in this situation would just take it on her own and just handle the responsibility!

So here’s a news flash for you :children are the product of TWO PEOPLE not just one as you crazy ass uber feminists would like to believe. And we’re not even talking abortion here! Women now shouldn’t even be ethically/common respectfully obligated to infrom a man about his impending child’s existace? I feel for any man who has or weill ever be involved with you (never mind any children that you might bear).

ok, i can see something like this happening in the real world..unless you work with the person or something, you break up and can potentially never see or hear of the person ever again…..but how does this happen in the acting world? Not one person even said, hey buddy, your ex is pregnant?

The kid probably looks just like him so that’s why he won’t even bother to have paternity test. At least he accepts his responsibility. I’d love to see a picture of his son and him together.

I agree re: the Robert D. Jr. resemblance. Saw him in our neighborhood filming a movie one night last year and he really looked like RDJr at night.

This poor guy can’t catch a break, can he?
I just feel so sorry for him!

Seems like the kind of guy who would still very much want to be a part of the child’s life, had he known about it – even if he had called it quits with the mother.

This whole thing just seems wrong to me.

I don’t think suggesting a DNA test is skeezy at all – it’s common sense! If he starts paying and THEN finds out he’s not the father, won’t he be on the hook until the child is a legal adult? Not to mention the emotional aspect of it.

Be certain. Get a test done. Get 15 done by different labs if needs be.

I’ve never actually seen him in anything so I’ve no vested interest (although he does look like a great combo of RDJ and Javier Bardem in these photos it’s true).

Maybe she’s evil, maybe she’s after his money from the film but not the tv programmes, maybe she howls at the moon everynight…. what’s with all the conspiracy theories? Some comments sound like ye’re just about to pick up your pitch-forks and hunt her down as a witch. Parental ethics aside, isn’t it to her credit that she’s been raising the child without relying on someone else’s money for four years (…. hear that Nadya Suleman?)

Maybe we don’t know either of them, and have no idea what went on in their relationship. I don’t approve of not telling a man he’s going to be a father, but I do know women who’ve chosen not to let their exes know that they were pregnant. Some had excellent reasons, others not so much.

But almost at no time was it that they wanted to wait a few years for a big lump sum of child benefit
