These are photos of Sandra Bullock outside a facial appointment in LA. She looks gorgeous in that workout gear and now I want a black jacket just like that. This is not some random moment where she happened to be caught out by the paparazzi. Multiple outlets have these pictures, and US Magazine has a whole story to accompany them – that Sandra was out getting a facial from the same esthetician who does Jennifer Aniston’s skin. I guess this is supposed to reinforce the idea that Aniston and Bullock are friends, as evidenced by their double date in Austin over the weekend. It also provides the opportunity to talk, yet again, about what a great guy Bullock has landed. Excuse me if I’m starting to get super suspicious over here.

Thanks, Jen! Sandra Bullock looked radiant and happier than ever while leaving pal Jennifer Aniston’s favorite facialist, Mila Moursi’s, West Hollywood, Calif., office on Wednesday, Sept. 9. It also probably doesn’t hurt that the Gravity star is also dating hunk of a man photographer Bryan Randall.

Bullock, 51, who looked trim in a pair of workout capris and a jacket, spent well over an hour at the spa, a source confirms to Us Weekly. The Oscar winner privately worked up a sweat prior to her treatment with her trainer.

Bullock’s me-day comes after she noshed on Southern grub with Randall, Aniston, and Aniston’s new husband, Justin Theroux in Austin, Texas, over the weekend at her restaurant Bess Bistro. As previously reported by Us, Bullock and her boyfriend double dated with the husband-and-wife duo on Saturday, Sept. 5, and enjoyed a low-key, private dinner date together.

“They were in the corner by themselves…just two couples having a nice dinner,” a fellow diner told Us. “Jen and Justin were very handsy; he had his arm around her a lot,” another restaurantgoer told Us, adding that Sandy and her beau, who was her date to Aniston and Theroux’s hush-hush wedding last month, were equally affectionate. “Sandra and Bryan were very handsy as well. They were holding hands throughout dinner, above the table, and he kept caressing her back…She seemed really happy with him.”

And happy she is! As detailed in the new issue of Us Weekly, on newsstands now, Bullock couldn’t be more satisfied with the sexy single dad from Oregon. “He really is one of the nicest guys ever,” a pal of the former model told Us.

The digital edition of US Magazine isn’t out yet for this week or I would let you know if it had more details. I didn’t notice this yesterday, but both US and People had quotes from the same named onlookers at the restaurant where Aniston and Bullock double dated. This is a new PR tactic I haven’t seen used much and it’s a clever one. It gives the quotes more credibility than those attributed to “insider sources” or “witnesses”.

So this made me wonder what Bullock is promoting exactly. It turns out that she has the film Our Brand is Crisis coming out at the end of October. Last year she had nothing in theaters and this year she’ll only have this upcoming release and Minions, where she voiced an animated character. So she needs to drum up interest in her first film in two years and this is how she’s doing it. I do think this romance is legitimate, or else she would have picked a guy who was easier to sell than one with a criminal record who dumped a 23 year-old to date her.

Radar has dug up more on Bulock’s new boyfriend, Bryan Randall, following their previous reports detailing his anger issues and run-ins with the law. Apparently the mother of his now 21 year-old daughter was a drug addict who died from a heroin overdose in 2007. That’s sad and tragic, but the guy didn’t have a relationship with his daughter’s mother and apparently only found out that he had a daughter after she was born. Judging from his arrest record, he was pretty messed up himself in his 20s. He took responsibility for his daughter and seems to have turned his life around.

Our Brand is Crisis co-stars Billy Bob Thornton (meh) and Anthony Mackie (I still like him despite some of the stuff he says). Bullock plays a campaign manager who tries to change public perception of a South American leader. You can see the trailer here, it looks like a decent film.
