Tay-Tay also just won an Emmy for her AMEX: Unstaged performance. The Emmy was for Best Original Interactive Program, an award presented at what Kathy Griffin calls the Schemmys (the technical-award Emmys). So, Taylor has half of her EGOT, the Grammy and the Emmy part. Will she eventually write a musical called We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together? And will that musical be made into an Oscar-winning movie? Watch this space.
Meanwhile, Star Magazine has a VERY interesting story about Taylor maybe fooling around on her boyfriend Calvin Harris. According to Star’s sources, Tay-Tay is fooling around with some guy on her tour. Which… I mean, I would believe that about many pop stars. Tours are grueling affairs and the crew, dancers, etc, can grow very close.
Star has exclusively learned that Taylor Swift has been getting cozy with one of her 1989 World Tour backup dancers.
“She calls him her ‘tour guy,’” reveals an insider, who remained tight-lipped when pressed to identify the mystery man. “They’ve fot a ton of chemistry and electricity, and she’s been openly flirting with him in front of everyone. Some people may see it as innocent, but I think flirting with a handsome guy behind your boyfriend’s back is cheating, plain and simple.”

But sometimes being the teacher’s pet comes at a steep price. Besides catching flak from the other performers about canoodling with the boss, the source says Taylor’s new guy feels obligated to cater to her every whim, whether it’s foot and neck rubs or private rehearsals to work on choreography.
“She has got him wrapped around her little finger… and that’s just how she likes it.” According to the insider, Taylor likes guys she can “boss around,” and unlike her previous boyfriends, Calvin Harris is not content with being a wallflower in their relationship. “He doesn’t defer to her… he speaks his mind and he’s just as successful. Calvin thinks of himself as Taylor’s equal.”

The source sounds like an utter priss-pot, clutching their pearls over GASP OMG Taylor Swift acting friendly with a boy who is not her boyfriend. I mean, would I believe that Taylor fools around? Sure. But it’s not cheating to flirt with a guy or have a favorite backup dancer or whatever. Now, the foot rubs and “private rehearsals”… um, yeah. That’s probably cheating. So, do you believe this? I know it’s Star Magazine, but I’m kind of feeling this story.

Well, I initially liked her because she was not overtly sexy and was refreshing and sang songs that were simple, but I just never fell in love with her music overall. Then she morphed into the sleek chic leggy model girl who wears glitter and ultra trendy runway looks. One thing I never understood, is why so many men rejected her? I’m not sure of the names, but there was Harry Styles, Jake Gyllenhaal, John Mayer, for starters. Some of the men have bad reps anyway with women, but usually they date for a while, but in Taylor’s case, I don’t think these lasted very long at all.

I struggle to find a category for that. While I don’t think it’s actually cheating, I don’t want my man to flirt with someone else.
I think it depends on what you call flirting. In my mind there is harmless flirting, where both parties know it’s just fun and doesn’t mean anything and most importantly, is not going anywhere beyond that. This works best in situations like a big party where you flirt for a minute and never see the person again. The second type is exploration flirting – like maybe I’ll get your phone number if it keeps up. This is most damaging or dangerous when you repeatedly see the person because it can lead to a real attraction. This is NOT ok with me.
I live by the golden rule with my husband. If it would bother me in the slightest if he did it, I don’t do it.
in this case Taylor is also the boss of the person and that would never be ok. some people find it harmless but there are a lot of red flags in that, you basically dont have a choice as an employee but to be friendly back and co workers will assume you get special rewards for it.
