I watched the interview with the VPOUS last night. To bury two of your children I just cannot fathom. He looked like he was barely holding it together.
I got very nervous for both of them when SC started steering the conversation that way, but it was a very moving moment.
Of course Cristiano Ronaldo is a thing. He’s the best or second best footballer in the world (depending on who you ask). He’s richer than Lebron James (Google it). He endorses just about every brand on earth (percentages of which goes to numerous charities). He has a galaxy named after him (Cosmos Redshift 7). He’s got a heart of gold. Do you get where I’m going with this? The world need more people like him than kardashians or those on the bachelor show. He’s a genuinely great guy
Agree with all of this. I live in an area with a large Portuguese population and have many friends who are Portuguese and they worship this guy. I was skeptical as he came off as very cocky at first, but I saw some video of him defending a young Japanese fan who got laughed at by reporters/the audience for trying to speak Portuguese to him. Ronaldo got really defensive and made them all stop laughing and called them all out on their sh-tty behavior. It was so awesome! I have complete respect for him after that.
I’ve never heard that one but I don’t doubt it for even one second. That guy is an angel. He had a rough childhood. Like I just adore him. He’s my “forever dong” to borrow from Kaiser. His philanthropy is well documented. He’s the Angelina of football (he’s better at football than Angie is at acting). I’m out of words but this guy is an angel.

I seem to recall this is just an urban legend, as in he made a joke and it took on a life of its own.
1) Keith is a weirdo and I love it. He says outlandish things and people react.
2) Cristiano Ronaldo is a great guy and an excellent athlete.
3) I’ve read a lot of commentary accusing Joe Biden of using the death of his son as an excuse to not run and I find it disturbing that people think that way. The video of him on the Late Show with Colbert show him to be a broken man devastated over the untimely loss of yet ANOTHER child. Very sad.
Having experienced a close loss very recently I could totally relate while watching him last night on Colbert. And yet not, because he lost HIS CHILD. That kind of pain… well it was evident.
Do people really think he is USING the death of his son as an excuse? People suck.
