Paris Fashion Week is in full swing and there are so many photos floating around from the parties and shows. When Rihanna had her mic-drop moment at the Dior show, that was one of the few huge moments of this year’s PFW though. PFW is overrun with the new generation of nepotism-hires like Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner. Still, there are a handful of assorted photos I wanted to discuss, so this post is sort of a catch-all.
First up: Elizabeth Olsen at the Dior show on Friday. While Rihanna was the “big get,” Dior did organize some other celebrities too. Olsen had maybe my favorite look – and the most wearable look – from Dior. I kind of love the oversized lapels and the pants are everything. Olsen has been pretty quiet since TIFF and since she shut down the rumors that she’s dating/banging Hiddleston. Does this look like the face of a lady who is getting Hiddles on the reg? Possibly.
Emilia Clarke wore a tuxedo jacket-dress at the Dior show. I actually like the tuxedo-jacket-dress concept, although this isn’t my favorite variation on that style. I also like her haircut but I think the center-part isn’t great on her.
Cressida Bonas was in Paris for the Dior show, plus I think she was paid to do a few other events. While she has the body to pull off most looks, I still loathe tent dresses on principle. Oh, and Prince Harry sort of denied that he was back with Cressida in any way, shape or form.
Here’s Doutzen Kroes at the Vogue party in Paris on Saturday. She’s still my favorite model and she looks amazing.
It is legitimately funny to me that Kanye West gets along with his mother-in-law. Kim Kardashian didn’t seem to come to Paris with Kanye, but Kris Jenner was there to see Kendall model in several shows, and so Kris and Kanye went to the Vogue party together. They seriously get along really well.

Lucifer’s Homegirl looks more and more like Jim Carrey as the Grinch everyday.
I like Emilia outfit – its the best i’ve seen her in a while and she does suit the new do. Also like Elizabeth Olsen’s hair and outfit but she tries to hard to be like her sisters – i actually thought it was one of the twins in the photo’s.
Oh, I think Elizabeth is so much prettier than either of her sisters, though I agree there is a strong family resemblance. She is thin, but normal weight, while they are both painfully thin. It ages them so much. I think she looks wonderful. Love the coat.
I agree completely. Elizabeth is much softer-looking whereas her sisters always look so harsh.
I always see her as a third twin.
Did she get work done to her face lately? It looks off in these resent pictures.
Did she get a nose job? Her nose looks too slim for her face now.
Problem with Elizabeth is her nose. She took way too much off. It is incredibly distracting. In addition, her acting is third rate.
Of course Kanye and Kris get along….massive egos and no talent

Kris has talent. If she wasn’t talented business savvy and a hustler, they wouldn’t be where they are. Same for Kanye. Your dislike of either of them does not discount their contributions to their respective industries and talent for what they’ve contributed.
Emilia needs to stop doing the open mouth thing. I love Elizabeth’s suit.
Almost all these young girls pose like there’s no tomorrow. It’s both hilarious and cringe worthy watching the videos of the red carpets because they look so ridiculous, even those so called more serious actresses AND actors do it. You can see that they’ve spent hours rehearsing at the mirror.
I don’t know if it’s Elizabeth’s Pose or the Outfit but she looks akward. Surprisingly out of the celebrities I like Cressida’s look the best.
Doutzen looks good as well, but she looks good in whatever she decides to wear.

What is going on with Elizabeth’s face? Her eyes and mouth look so weird. I think she looked nice in the TIFF photos so I don’t know what could have happened in between.

Kanye resurrected the brand. Kim wouldn’t have vogue covers, or front row seats at A-list fashion shows if not for Kanye.
Kris will ride and die with anything or anyone that makes her girls money. Receipts: no one was paying attention to Khloe until her brief courtship and wedding to Lamar. No one was minding Kylie until we thought she was creeping with Tyga. Kris could have shut down that relationship, but she didn’t because we were talking about Kylie for once.
She would sell her kids to pedophiles/ephebophiles, crackheads and crazies, just to make coin.

I love Cressida’s outfit, dress, boots, bag, but I wish her hair was something. It’s too wish washy and faded. It needs to be something.
Love Dutch model (sorry can’t spell her name), but only because many models are completely forgetable – it’s the job hire requirement: have the right measurements, be vaguely photogenic and completely forgetable so we can swop you out as needed!!!
Elizabeth looks beautiful. Whenever I see pictures of her I always think that’s how Mary Kate and Ashley could have looked, if they hadn’t have starved themselves and had shady partying habits for the last decade. Elizabeth has lovely hair and skin and looks glowing. The twins on the other hand have damaged, greasy hair and at the age of 29, look like little old ladies.
I agree. They have put themselves through the ringer and it shows, sadly. I feel like after their final show/movie wrapped, they just sort of shriveled up and got left in a dark corner with drugs. Sad. Elizabeth does look wonderful though!

Emilia looks stoned and nothing is as trite or boring to me as a woman in a tuxedo jacket except a woman in a man’s tie.

As opposed to Rihanna who was actually wearing a large outfit, everyone here is being weared. Ok, Doutzen is the exception, she looks very fit and elegant.

Elisabeth Olsen is really pretty, but isn’t she 20something? Then why does she always dress ‘older’?? Girl, get some fun and colour!
I was shocked when I found out Lizzy was 26. She could pass for 35 and I mean that as a compliment. Her face has always had a more mature look to me. The way she dresses only reinforces my belief that she wants to look older than she is. I contrast her sartorial choices with Cressida’s which are more youthful and fun. I hate her tent dress here, but love the boots.

she has a crooked eye: bad make up or botox mistake. It breaks my heart seeing celebs under 40 using procedures already. Many are well done and being botox is not a permanent/irreversible thing, and it’s almost unnoticeable, but the thing is that they can’t stop once they started.
And nobody knows what decades of using that stuff could do to your face. You may end up aging “worse” than what you would have naturally.
Except for Kroes, the model in the simple white gown, they all look ghastly, absolutely ghastly. Not a shred of elegance among them. What’s up with Olsen and her big black jackets? The best I can say is that at least Bonas looks her age in that silly outfit: very1960s throwback but she’s the right age and body type for it even if you don’t like the Look. But generally – pathetic.
Anybody else not down with Elizabeth’s outfit? I feel like it makes her look wide, Emilia looks so youthful and sophisticated and Cressida looks like idk…nothing special about her really.

Yeah I thought that too. I dont know who styles her or maybe she wearing what’s being offered to her, but I always thought good styling shows off your best features: Lizzie is slim but she doesn’t have a small waist so anything tight on the waist isn’t flattering (see TIFF dress with a peplum and there were comments she looked pregnant).
She has great legs though but hasn’t been showing them off. The exception was the white dress at Deauville
I think that they are all pretty terrible except the supermodel in the 90’s slip dress. That coat is too much for Elizabeth O’s frame, sorry but only a tall woman could pull that off. Emilia Clarke’s half tuxedo is just making me nervous for her when she sits down, two inches longer and I could deal with it. Cressida in theory has the figure for a tent dress but it still looks bad, I blame Victoria Beckham for all of this tent dress nonsense.
