Jennifer Aniston wears Stella McCartney to ‘Leftovers’ premiere: hot or not?

I’m a little bit surprised that HBO did the big premiere event for The Leftovers Season 2 in Austin, Texas. I’m also surprised that they waited so long to do it – these photos are from Saturday night, just 24 hours before the HBO premiere on Sunday. Surely HBO wanted to hype The Leftovers more than this? Maybe not though – The Leftovers was completely shut out of the Emmys, so it doesn’t seem like HBO wants to spend any additional promotional money on this show.

Anyway, this Austin red carpet was the first red carpet appearance by Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theoux together as a married couple. I can’t say Aniston really brought it with the style though – this is one unflattering jumpsuit. I know it’s probably expensive as hell and very “high fashion,” but it’s really not working for me (nor is it working for her). Oh, and guess what? The jumpsuit is by Stella McCartney. I didn’t even know that at first, but now it’s like “Oh, no wonder why I hate it.” Stella’s designs are so unflattering.

Meanwhile, here are some assorted quotes from Justin from various outlets:

On the tabloid attention he gets from being with Jennifer: “It was frustrating earlier on when we first got together because I didn’t understand it. I’ve said this before, but it’s almost like having an avatar born, or a clone. This clone that’s completely insane. They’re out in this world doing their own thing and it has no bearing on my life or what I do or what happens in my house or my life. And so I maintain a completely healthy distance from that, because I don’t know that guy. He’s the most unstable, emotional person on the planet—you know, constantly storming out, getting furious, crying.”

His brief foray into network TV on ‘The District’: “I was very young. It was like putting your foot in dog sh-t and you’re like, ‘It’s warm,’ and then you realize, ‘Oh f–k, it’s dog sh-t.’ I didn’t know any better. I think when you’re starting out acting you don’t think you get an opinion. You’re just trying to get a job. You’re just trying to eat some food. It’s only eventually you realize, ‘Oh, I’m allowed to have taste. I’m allowed to do what I want to do.’”

He defies typecasting: “Whenever I tried to pick a spot on the wall and walk towards it, it never really works out. I ended up getting frustrated. In a weird way it served me because I’m a bit of a moving target. I’m not necessarily considered for a lot of dramas and I’m also not necessarily considered for a lot of comedies. It’s a slower burn to getting what I want.”

Fame: “It has never been a motivator for me in any way. I’ve always had a pretty pragmatic attitude, which is ‘work hard.’ And then I happened to fall in love with someone who is also a hardworking actor. And that was it.”

Justin on the silent treatment: “Someone once said, ‘Silence is the most unbearable rejoinder.’ And that’s true in relationships. If someone’s giving you the silent treatment, there’s nothing more infuriating.”

He enjoys saying ‘My wife’: “Oh my god. It’s really nice to say ‘my wife’. I’m not used to it. I don’t want to get used to it for a while. It’s nice to drop the fiancée moniker. There’s just sort of an easy that comes with it that’s really nice. I can’t quite describe it. I guess it’s one of those things that’s like you know it when you see it, or feel it when you feel it for those who are married they’d know. But it’s just something that settles and feels lovely and wonderful.”

[From The Daily Beast & ET]

The part about Tabloid Justin versus Real Life Justin is funny and it sort of proves that he does read the tabloids (Jennifer does too). The only problem is that it’s usually BRAD PITT who is crying and storming out, not Justin. That’s the tabloid narrative – Brad is the weeper because The Leg is always ordering him around. The tabloid version of Justin is sort of a blank slate.

In the Daily Beast interview, Justin is also asked about Damon Lindelof, the creator of The Leftovers. Lindelof has become sort of infamous in the past five years or so for being such a terrible hack – people are still mad at Lindelof for the terrible last season of Lost, and let’s face it… Prometheus sh-t the bed as well, as did Tomorrowland (he wrote both). When asked about Lindelof’s history of f—king up shows and movies, Justin said that The Leftovers is “very him” (meaning Lindelof) and “free of that baggage of whatever the f–k happened on his last show. I understand the pressures of that, and I almost don’t want to give any oxygen to it. Because this show is not about leading up to a finale. It’s about exploring the emotional depths in every character and what experiences they go through.” Ah, classic navel-gazing emo crap. Got it.

Could you please sometimes change your hair, Jennifer? Just a bit? No? Ok.

    • Josephine says:

Agree, and I don’t get it. I think her hair is doing nothing for her, and is making her face look wide and her eyes so small. The outfit is meh, but I don’t think she needed a killer outfit because she’s not the focus. But man she could use a little updating.

    • The Original G says:

Actually, I think she’s taken her extensions out here.

    • C says:

Yeah, her hair is always the same. So boring.

    • Carol says:

I know. The outfit would be even cuter if she wore her hair up like a ponytail or a loose bun. Or just something different,

      • Pandy says:

You’re right – a pony would have made this jumpsuit work a lot better. I liked this interview – I laughed at his clone comment and I liked his “wife” comment. I felt the same way about saying husband. It does feel different – more than you would suppose.

    • lola says:

I’m not a Jennifer Aniston fan, but even I know she has looked better than this in the past. Either her age is really catching up with her, or something is just way off, but she looks terrible, and old, like, really old.

I’m also shocked most of her weaves seem to be on vacation, I know her real hair is thin and lank, but, she rarely lets anyone see her real hair. Put the weaves back in Jen, your hair is too thin to go without them.

As for her husband, what can you say, he’s an odd duck, in looks and in his personality. I think it’s hilarious he says he could care less about fame, yet, here he’s also admitting he’s scouring every tabloid article about himself.
I think Jen and this guy are a match made in PR heaven. They will both do whatever it takes to not be left out. And yes, that was a DISS.

      • Camille says:

I agree with your comment 100% lola. Nothing else for me to add :).

      • epiphany says:

That’s an interesting comment with which you ended, Lola. Lainey described them in exactly that same way – a match made in PR heaven.

      • clickjen says:

I think she’s looks better than most women in their thirties. Do you really think she looks terrible? If that’s what you call terrible looking then I wish I looked terrible, and old, like, really old.

  2. Caro says:

She’s looking more and more like Barbra Streisand as she ages. Or maybe the way her hair is swinging forward just emphasizes her nose and close set eyes.

    • Holly says:

She looks like she’s had something done to her face. Eyes maybe? I don’t know. Maybe I’m seeing things.

I kinda like the jumpsuit. Looks comfortable.

      • Caro says:

        @HOLLY

If she has she should get a refund.

Also, her hair looks so thin and damaged on the ends. These pics are definitely not gonna sell any kind of hair products. She needs her extensions back in to keep up the charade.

      • epiphany says:

She ALWAYS has something done to her face. Aniston and her BFF must be in some kind of competition to see who can have the most ‘tweaking” done. Jen’s is just more subtle. She was such a cute, unique looking girl when ‘Friends’ first started.
Eyebrow just comes off as an arrogant snob; instead of being grateful that he had an actual paying job on a network TV show, he compares it to stepping in feces. I guess he considers “Leftovers’ high art?

      • minx says:

The tanning is showing on her face. There’s only so much you can do to counter the effects of the sun.

      • lola says:

I agree, there is something “off” about her face, and not in a good way. If she had a cosmetic procedure, then it was a huge mistake.

  3. serena says:

    Damn Jen, wear some colours!

    • FLORC says:

She looks awesome in colors. Why she stays with black I’ll never understand. Jolie too. I know her reasoning, but still. Wear some damn colors

      • lola says:

In Angelina’s defense, she has never been a celebrity that cared about clothes, she’s admitted that. She wears black because she doesn’t want to have to wonder if she’s matching her outfit, plus, she does’t need a stylist for everyday wear, like so many others.

      • minx says:

lola, I will also add that AJ is a hands-on mother and black doesn’t show dirt!

      • lola says:

@minx: So true, when you have children and they have their hands on you, you’re going to get something on your clothes, that’s just part of of being a Mother.

Mothers rarely walk out of the house in colored clothes without a smudge of something on their clothes.

  4. minx says:

Boring. Looks sort of 80s. Not flattering to her arms and upper body. She doesn’t have the height for it.
Just the same old hair, etc.

    • Emma - The JP Lover says:

@Minx, who wrote: “Not flattering to her arms and upper body. She doesn’t have the height for it.”

Finally someone who agrees with me on Jennifer’s ‘height’ issue. She never dresses for her height and those heels are so high (I saw a close up of her shoes on another site) her feet are nearly vertical … that can’t be comfortable.

Jen, you have lots of money. Hire yourself a designer who will make clothes that are right for your height and square, boxy middle. No need to wear those 6″ stilettos. Own your height and be beautiful, gurrl.

      • minx says:

She’s slender, has a good figure, but she–or her stylist, or whomever–doesn’t seem to pay attention to her proportions. The shoulders on that jumpsuits are too big and boxy for someone of her height.

  5. truthSF says:

I would love to introduce that horrid jumpsuit to my bonfire pronto!

  6. Jenns says:

I wish she would do something with that hair. The middle part and the way it frames her face ages her.

As for The Leftovers, I really enjoyed the premiere last night. But, it is very Damon Lindelof, which means I put zero stock into the idea that he has any idea where this story is going.

  7. JudyK says:

Like the jumpsuit (and don’t normally care for them).

Justin looks delighted to be there, huh.

    • Jeanette says:

I think we are of the minority but I love it too. I think if I could pull it off it would be amazingly comfortable..but thats not gonna happen so I will admire it ion her!

    • Tulip Garden says:

I like it too! It appeals to my comfy, cozy side! On her it looks great.

    • Trashaddict says:

That is so not newlywed body language. I know they were together for a while before they got married but if this is how they look now, they won’t make it five years.

    • Carmen says:

Justin looks like he would rather be having a root canal without anesthesia.

  8. Lara K says:

Stella McCartney is the epitome of nepotism and privilege. She can`t design anything that fits. Ever.
Jen works it, but she`d do better with a potato sack.

  9. Kitten says:

She looks really comfy and happy! I like it. It’s her typical style but she knows what she likes and what works for her.

I don’t know if I’ll be brave enough to tackle a second season of The Leftovers…first season was frustrating and difficult to get through.

    • mimif says:

Watch last night’s episode and get back to me immediately.

      • Kitten says:

        Where have you been, m’lady?

        The S2 premiere was good?

The Affair finally came back last night but I don’t have HBO so I watch it on the app. So excited to see it back!

I’ll watch both tonight. Did you like the first season of The Leftovers? I thought the acting was fantastic but I got bogged down with the storyline and the melodramatic music.

      • Isabelle says:

The Affair is such a good show. Its the show I’ve been waiting for this year.

      • mimif says:

I’ll have to check out The Affair. A woman I know worked the set for that show and some of the pics she posted on IG were really interesting.

I stopped and started the Leftovers a few times but finally got into it after The Great True Detective Let Down. I like it because it’s totally different than anything else on TV. And of course, I’m absolutely transfixed by Theroux’s visage.
Last night’s ep was very good in a wtf was that kind of way, so many metaphors and mysteries I lost count.

      • laura in LA says:

Ooh, yes! So glad you’re talking about The Affair. I finally got to watch S1 Eps 1-4 last night and didn’t even realize it was the S2 premiere. Although he almost always plays a cad, Dom West can do no wrong.

  10. freedom says:

I agree Kaiser. Tabloids have never written things like that about him. I think he is confusing himself with he who shall not be named.

    • lola says:

I think Justin Theroux reads too many tabloid articles about “he who shall not be named”, and is confusing himself and the “one he can never, ever, be”.

  11. mia girl says:

It’s a shame The Leftovers was completely shut out of the Emmys. There are some outstanding performances on that show, especially from the women.

And yes I do think Theroux and those around him must read the tabloids (or internet comments). On last night’s premiere, Regina King’s character tells Carrie Coon’s character that her boyfriend (Theroux) is good looking to which Coon replies something like “he’s really into moisturizer”. That’s gotta be more a reference to real life Theroux as his character is not the type. Made me laugh.

    • Belle Epoch says:

He does not have the “It Factor” – but she does. I don’t even like JA but she perks up in front of the cameras and looks like a Celebrity. Him? Well – look at him! Wax figure poseur in every way. What happened to his big screenwriting career – was it Zoolander 2?

  12. aang says:

Loved last night’s episode. I guess I like “emo crap”.

  13. cleveland girl says:

I am telling you – she bought that at Old Navy. I saw it there last week. And it looked like crap on me too.

  14. doofus says:

maybe like some other spouses, she (under)dressed as not to call attention away from the star of the show. however, she could have done a LOT better than this. Jumpsuits are a tricky thing…you have to have the right physique for them (which I don’t think she does) and they need to be styled properly (this one isn’t). January Jones is someone who would look great (and has) in a jumpsuit…but even she couldn’t save this one.

And I also wish Aniston would do something ELSE with her hair. it looks tired.

  15. Jenni says:

She looks super cute and they seem to be nice couple. I like them together.

    • Carmen says:

Cute? She’s almost 47 years old. Calling a woman of that age “cute” is no compliment, IMO.

  16. Caro says:

    @Freedom

OMG. That is so true. He basically admits to being a tabloid hound and being obsessed over Pitts rag headlines. Sounds like some kind of strange transference on his part. Wtf. OK now I’m getting a really creepy 6 degrees of separation vibe from him now. I’ve always suspected some of anistons past SO’s we’re more enamoured of her ex than her…now Theroux is hinting he may be the same way. Eew.

    • lola says:

He’s giving off the same vibes as Chris Martin, another guy that married another one of “he who shall not be named”, exes. These guys are really intimidated by “he who shall not be named”.

  17. MG says:

I really liked the book The Leftovers so I watched the first season….not so great. But I watched the season 2 premiere and it kept me interested. But we’ll see, I don’t have high hopes.

And Aniston…I don’t know why she rubs me the wrong way. I literally stood in Sam’s club debating on whether or not to get this multi pack of lotion. I wanted it but I didn’t want to support Aniston. That’s nuts! What did she ever do to me?!? Lol. Turns out I was worried for nothing. The lotion was Jergens and she promotes Aveeno.

  18. Camilla L-M says:

Aniston looks great, always understated in looks and colors, I like it. For the hair, I think an updo would probably have looked better here, but seriously the “same old hair”-accusations go for tons of celebrities out there.

  19. lisa2 says:

I love Jumpsuits.. I saw Gwen S in a black/white one and loved it on her.

This one is not bad or good; just nondescript. Nothing to really notice about it. Maybe if it were a different color or she had on jewelry and shoes that had a POP. But nothing of note.

I was looking at pictures of them and there was not one I could see of them actually looking at each other and making eye contact. Not one. But her fans say they are a “Modern Couple” and don’t do any PDA on the carpet. I guess that is the new way.

  20. laura in LA says:

“He’s the most unstable, emotional person on the planet—you know, constantly storming out, getting furious, crying.”

This is great! I’d like to see Justin, Brad or any others act out their own fictional tabloid dramas.

Wouldn’t it be something to watch Mr. Aniston’s eyebrows and jorts (or sprayed-on hair, skinny black pants and tie) do their thing?

    • Caro says:

      @Laura in LA

Actually as Kaiser and others have pointed out, those headlines really aren’t his at all, they’re Brad’s. Theroux is experiencing some kind of strange transference which IMO belies an obsession.

Face it, the brangelina triangle business and Aniston’s coattailing tabloid headlines have been on the wane now for several years.

Today, on any given week it’s all Kardashians and reality stars, Duggars and bachelorettes. So for him to even act like he’s smack dab in the middle of the triangle tabloid insanity circa 2006, is kinda ludicrous. He doesn’t get near what John Mayer and Vince Vaughn got in their role as Anistons potential savior. Lol

      • laura in LA says:

“Face it”? Uh, I really don’t care that much…

This obsession with The Love Triangle (that never was) is not mine, but I think you may be taking it and my comment a bit too seriously!

      • Kitten says:

How can you not be invested in The Triangle of Doom with all of your heart and soul, Laura? It. Is. EVERYTHING.

        😉

      • laura in LA says:

Kitten, I was feeling so lost with The Triangle of Doom “on the wane”, where would I focus all my attention now?

But after the Gaffleck scandal (my “Stolen Summer”, you might say), plus a whole September of Matty D. making up for lost time (with that last J-Lo comment, it’s a three-fer!) and personally ushering out mercury retrograde…

I’m just tired – of giving so much of myself, heart and soul, to these people I don’t even know!

        *Storms out, crying*

      • lola says:

Seems all men who have hooked up with Brad’s exes have this fixation about Brad. I know Chris Martin admitted his, this guy would never admit it outright, he just alludes to it, the way he did about the tabs, and “crying and running”. LOL

  21. Esteph says:

Does anyone know why they were in Austin for the premier? Is the show filmed here? I am a snob when it comes to bringing Hollywood to Austin, sorry for those of you who like it, just had to throw that out there

  22. cibo says:

I don’t understand what is so wrong reading tabloid, ALL the celebs does that to refute false rumors or at least publicists make them aware of it. another example was the dye hair stuff including weave, wigs for both men and women all celebs does that in Hollywood

I also don’t believe that they did the premiere in Austin because they were shut out at the Emmys. why should they hang up on the past instead of looking forward to making the new season 2 a success which I think it has been well received by critics and it currently standing fresh 90% rotten tomatoes and even trended all night last night.

  23. Claire says:

Marriage is agreeing with these two. I like her hair. It’s the better it has been in a while. I also love her jumpsuit. It looks comfortable.

    • FingerBinger says:

I like her hair too. She usually has helmet hair.

    • cleveland girl says:

Really? I think the ends look really ratty. I always thought her hair was gorgeous, but she looks like she is in need of a deep conditioning or something.

      • lola says:

Half her extensions were not in. You were seeing her REAL hair, and it’s not pretty. Doesn’t say much for Living Proof.

      • Carmen says:

Her real hair has been severely damaged from too much bleaching and blow-drying. The ends are all wispy and look like they are about to break off. She needs to let it alone for a year and let all the damaged hair grow out. Then get a good cut and style and lay off the bleach. She doesn’t need it and it’s aging her.

  24. Bishg says:

Rachel Green had GREAT style. I loved the fashion, especially from season 7/8 on.
Besides, after bringing “The Rachel” to fame, she would change hairstyle every season.
On the other hand, Jennifer Aniston is so boring and unimaginative.
I also side-eye her for keeping the same, trite hairstyle throughout the 2000s, and beyond (still counting).
She cut it into a nice bob a few years ago but clearly she wasn’t satisfied with it and ran back to her safety-net (cocker bangs).

    • doofus says:

the bob she sported on one season of Friends looked SO CUTE on her…I wish she’d go back to it.

      • Bishg says:

Yes! I loved it too, she cut it (if I remember correctly) between season 6 and season 7, after she was sported extra-long fake-y extensions for a whole season, so it was like a fresh breath of air!

      • Kitten says:

I loved the bob on her too. People always say that Aniston uses her hair as a security blanket. I wish she’d let that go…

      • Carmen says:

But how old was she then? What looked good on her in her late 20s and early 30s might not look so good on her now.

  25. FingerBinger says:

I like the jumpsuit. That’s the best Stella McCartney design I’ve ever seen.

    • FLORC says:

Some Stella designs are amazing. Some horrid. I think she has a few great designers in her house, but if it’s poorly cut it’s Stella’s. I hate this jumpsuit. It’s just unlikable.

  26. sassy says:

her face looks ……..different? i saw the pics on the weekend and thought…..huh who is that then i clicked and behold it was Jennifer. But she doesn’t look like herself?? just me??

    • Caro says:

      @SASSY

Looks exactly like her usual underwhelming average plain Jane self always looks….except her hair looks fried without her extensions.

    • Jayna says:

She looks exactly like herself, which after seeing Courtney in that photo, is refreshing. So just you. At least she got away from the too blonde hair. I like the color. But she needs more body in it. And she’s tan, but not the orange color she sometimes is. So I guess I can give her that compliment since I complain about her tanorexia problem so often. LOL The jumpsuit is blah and not that flattering. It does look comfy. I do think she wants the focus on him, as it’s his night.

      They look cute together, though.

      • laura in LA says:

Thankfully, Jen A. hasn’t had the kind of “work” done that Courtney has, though with all her years of smoking and tanning, she must be blessed by her Greek genes…

As for her hair, that super-straight look doesn’t do her (or Goop!) any favors with time and age; soft waves do look nicer on both of them.

    • Emma - The JP Lover says:

@Laura in LA, who wrote: “Thankfully, Jen A. hasn’t had the kind of “work” done that Courtney has, though with all her years of smoking and tanning, she must be blessed by her Greek genes…”

(Wiping up coffee from keyboard) Hasn’t had “the kind of work done that Courtney has?” Seriously? The face in the photo above has had serious work done, and I’m not just talking about the two nose jobs, either.

      • laura in LA says:

Hey, now! Don’t spew your coffee and ruin your keyboard on my account…

While I’m no Jen defender here, you have to admit she has not gone anywhere near as far as joining the Courtney Cox-Janice Dickinson race of alien women – not yet anyway.

As for her nose jobs, you got me there. I almost forgot about those, just like so many actresses and a few actors do about their own, denying they ever had one…

It’s as if rhinoplasty is so common, it doesn’t count, when in fact it’s so often badly done that there are surgeons who specialize only in second fixit nose jobs.

Oh, but that first one of Jen’s, I think it was for a “deviated septum” (*cough*).

Also, her Greek genes, I was joking because this seems to be her next favorite excuse, after the Fountain of Youth that is SmartWater. Naaaturally!

      • Nancy says:

Laura: I agree with you. If you would hold up pics of her 20 years ago and now, it wouldn’t be that much different sans the aging process. Now do the same with Courteney and then the women up above can spit out her coffee. She admittedly did smoke, but quit and obviously loves the sun….but she also takes very good care of herself. Genetics aren’t a joke, they play a huge part in our lives, our skin, hair even what diseases we may or may not get. Look at A. Jolie, how many operations has the poor soul had to avoid the atrocities of cancer that her mother and aunt went through. Getting too heavy, but I think I made my point. Have a good one!

  27. Mrs. Darcy says:

Ever since I saw him compared to the Count on Sesame St. that’s all I can see now when I look at him! Dude needs to let a few gray hairs shine through, he’s freaky looking. This jumpsuit, like all Stella McCartney clothes, is ill fitting and unflattering, and not even in that cute way that baggy clothes can be. The crotch area is especially problematic, and it makes J.A. look short and dumpy, which she is not. I too am tired of her hair but that’s beating a dead horse at this point!

  28. Fallon says:

This is the first time I’ve seen her recently where I think she looks her age. Not flattering at all, Jen!

    • meme says:

Oh the HORROR of looking your age. We must all look 10 years younger than we really are.

      • lisa2 says:

I’ll bookmark your comment for when you say the same about other celebs not looking 10 years younger. Age happens to everyone if you are lucky.

      • meme says:

@lisa2 – that was my point. better to look your age than be botoxed to the point you can barely move your face.

      • lola says:

@meme: Of course no looks like they did 10 years ago, but Aniston’s PR claims SHE does. Here’s proof she looks like a woman nearing 50, or even older.

    • Fallon says:

Calm down. Taking this personally much? I admit my comment was poorly worded, but it was actually meant to be a compliment to Jen’s usual appearance – she always looks very youthful and refreshed. In her industry, that’s (sadly) what’s expected and what we, the public, are used to. I was surprised to see her not have her usual glow.

      But, carry on.

  29. Armenthrowup says:

Wait..you DON’T like something that Jen Aniston is wearing??? Well, color me surprised…. 😛

  30. Peggy says:

Jennifer finally met her match, a fellow coat tail rider
Jen please buy your husband a new suit and tie, and ask the photographers in future to shoot him from the feet up.
He looks manorexic, with his big head and skinny short legs.
After this series is over, he’ll be begging for TV work, he is a bust as a script writer, Jennifer days of getting millions to star in movies are over, now it is commercials for her.
Funny how her fans use to make a big stink about how much Brad’s family loved her, and now she is never seen with Justin’s parents or sibling, maybe hearing about hair, tanning and skin care is not their speed.

    • Lady D says:

She looks amazing in those commercials. So pretty.

      • Emma - The JP Lover says:

@Lady D, who wrote: ” She looks amazing in those commercials. So pretty.”

And ‘refreshed.’ They either CGI’ed an early Rachel face onto Jen for the commercials or girl has had some serious work done. I’m just saying.

      • Peggy says:

She is unrecognizable in the Aveeno ads, Vaseline probably covered the lens.
A picture of her not airbrushed is eye opening, for someone who is always at a skin clinic, her pores are h u g e.

  31. Nancy says:

She does like black, does she not. Compared to other women her age…i.e. Courteney, I think she looks really good. It takes work to keep your body in that kind of shape. I don’t mind Justin…it’s kind of annoying when they…(actors) have such a cavalier attitude towards fame. If he wasn’t seeking it in some capacity, why would he choose the profession he’s in. I’m quite sure he would have a deep, analytical answer for that….but I think they look comfortable in each other’s company.

  32. lucy2 says:

Lol, some selective memories around here – there have been tons of tabloid stories about them fighting, breaking up, Justin leaving, etc. Google “Tabloids Justin Theroux” and images for a lovely collage of tabloid covers.

Don’t care for the jumpsuit or watch the show, but I’ve seen a bunch of commercials for the new season.

  33. Isabelle says:

I’ve tried to watch the Leftovers, think its a good show but not for me. Too much angst in it for me. Feels its just moves from one emotion to another versus having an actual plot.

  34. Harryg says:

“Leftovers” always makes me think of dry lasagna stuck in a pan.

  35. CatJ says:

The second picture makes their heads look too big for their bodies…. strange perspective, oh, and i got “Cake” from the library….. underwhelming…..but fascinated with her ears…hah…

  36. Allison says:

I like the outfit. She looks great!

  37. LAK says:

The amazing thing about Stella designs is that they look good. On her. No one else. Everybody else looks fugly in them. It’s a talent, no?

  38. Jade says:

She looks comfortable (and happy) but that is not flattering on her. She has worn better. Next!

  39. kri says:

I have seen better outfits on mechanics. Awful.

  40. taxi says:

Does anyone else think Justin’s hair looks dyed?

    • Carmen says:

Absolutely, and dyed at home in the bathroom sink. That unfortunate shoe-polish black is so fake. Nobody’s natural hair is that flat black shade.

  41. LA Juice says:

    1. outfit is FUG. yes you should screen shot this because its the only horrible thing I will ever say about Jen.

    2. I HATE using the word “Fiancee” too! Worst than “moist” and “horny”. For god sakes, I just decided to call my SO “Husband” early. I cannot take using the “F” word.

  42. iheartgossip says:

I think she’s been out of the ‘spotlight’ so the work she had done on her face would heal. Shesh, talk about tweeking. Wasn’t she the same one throwing shade at others for plastic surgery???

  43. lis says:

their body language on the red carpets always bums me out.

  44. KatyD says:

Just in time for Halloween! The JustJen-O-lanterns. Giant pumpkin heads on small short bodies. Eck–no bueno. 🙂

  45. G says:

All I can say here is “ZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzz…”

  46. heathermuntean says:

I have been engaged for almost three years and I still call him my boyfriend cause I feel pretentious saying fiancee. I also have always hated the word moist!!
Also off topic, I always wish jen would do a pop of color.. lips, cheeks, statement jewelry…but what do I know?? My fashion sense is nil 😉

  47. India says:

Does anyone else think that his head is too big for his body?

    • lola says:

Yes, his head is too big for his body, his legs too short for his body. He’s not one bit attractive, and all the fake tans and toupees in the world are not going to change that.

He’s weird, in looks and actions, collecting human teeth, skulls, and old pill bottles from dumpsters. His increasing obsession with the couple we won’t name, yes, he’s an odd duck.

  48. Quinn says:

    She looks super washed out.

    • Heather Muntean says:

Thats what I mean, some vibrant colors or even a pretty pink lip would make her less “washed out” looking.
I’ve ALWAYS thought she was super cute/pretty and still do, she just looks kind of meh here….

  49. Tara says:

If she were interesting, she would’ve just rocked real mechanics overalls. I agree with others that jiffy lube red would look awesome. Maybe just trim her hair. Wash it, sweep it to the side and into a low pony tail. There are shades of cute past here. I love that she’s not orange and mascara’d to h311 and back.

  50. Pmnichols says:

Is it me or does he always look like he’s pulling away from her? He always seems so stiff and never facing towards her, and she’s reaching to hold onto him like grim death. Idk. Maybe I’m overanalizing the body launguage. Of course HBO is going to have a premiere party for the show. They know she will be there.
