Here are more endless premiere photos from the Mockingjay Part II promotional tour. Last night was the big LA premiere for the film, and Jennifer Lawrence managed to not go ass over tea kettle in front of the cameras. So… it was a good night, for her at least. No one on the carpet spoke to the assembled media outlets, something about respect for the victims of the Paris Attacks. Many of the stars wore the Mockingjay pins with small, French tricolor ribbons attached. J-Law wore her pin/ribbons on her coat.
Jennifer wore Dior, like she has at almost every big carpet for this film. I get the feeling that as the tour progresses, we’re moving into the Dior dresses she doesn’t really care for. This one is okay, but it looks like a wedding gown that’s been repurposed as a red carpet gown. For Dior, it also isn’t giving me a luxurious vibe. This feels like a dress any designer could have made. That being said, I love the look when she’s wearing the coat.
Natalie Dormer wore Vivienne Westwood, brilliantly representing an English designer. I really love this gown. Westwood gowns are so flattering.
Jena Malone in Gauri and Nainika. I love this too! See, I think this would have looked amazing on J-Law. To me, this dress outshines Jennifer’s Dior.
And hands down, my favorite gown and the most striking and enchanting look of the night? Elizabeth Banks in Dolce & Gabbana. I love her style. I love that she rocked this look. She’s such a badass.

She most definitely had a nose job. But it is well executed and she looks lovely.
But why doing that when you have a normal nose? No need for that. I mean I get that Blake Lively got one, but Jennifer?! I’m not a fan of plastic surgery anyway.
There is something that is subtle but decidedly different about her face. Something less blunted, more …? sculpted? Without perusing many photos, though, I can’t place it.
Disagree the lip shade makes her look like a 1993 truck stop hooker, clutching to madonna,as inspiration for her “sophisticated” attempt at adulthood. Really all she needs is a cigarette hanging out of her mouth and it would be “classic” Jen.

Everyone else looks fine, elizabeth looks boring, but business, which I think she has to do bc hollywood men are daF when it comes to women.
I think she’s becoming prettier too. Not sure if that’s because of her longer hair, or because of her accomplishments at her age (she’s not an ordinary 25 year old). Maybe it’s a bit of both.
Agree, I think she’s really stunning. The more she matures the beautiful angles of her face are revealed.

The dress may have been a last minute switch because if you notice Jen, Josh and Liam wore the colors of the French flag. I think all 3 had last minute look switches.
Either way while every look from Jen wasn’t a hit I like the variety she’s shown

yeah, she was just cute at 20 but she’s incredibly striking now that we’re seeing more angles in her face.
The blonde bob and that lipstick are a divine combination, the dresses may be hit-and-miss but her face is absolutely perfect.
I love Jena’s dress. I wonder when JLaw’s contract with Dior is up and if she’ll renew it. They aren’t doing her any favors.
I… have mixed feelings on their approach to addressing (or not addressing) the Paris attacks.
Jena’s dress is gorgeous and I love the Westwood dress.
And I also agree, Dior hasn’t done JLaw any favors – the dresses seem to be meh all the time.
pretty sure I read this year she renewed it for another 3 or 5 years for some crazy sum. not sure how long but don’t expect her to wear anything good in the next few years (or ever, probably)
Dormer’s is pretty, JLaw and Jena’s are ok, and Banks’ dress is awesome on her. I probably wouldn’t look at it twice for myself, but it really works on her.

If you like Banks’ style you should check out her on Instagram. Right now it’s a lot of red carpet/promotion pucs but on the regular she mostly posts fashion related things: shoes, jewelry, dresses. Always interesting from a fashion POV.

All the women are striking but their gowns leave me flat. Wedding dresses, Christmas lights, and prom dresses.

The other three dresses are Pretty bad – V. Westwood is always awful, what are those pink wings, does Natalie D ever have a facial expression besides smirk and that striped bedazzled dress is hideous.
Banks’ dress kinda looks like Jaimie Alexander’s at the Emmy’s and (I can’t believe I’m saying this), Jaimie’s looked better.
I love all of these dresses with Natalie’s being my favorite, Jennifer’s hair and makeup is beautiful.
Hollywood made a star out of America’s most ordinary mall girl, so sad.

That’s because she can actually ACT! And is chameleon like in her ability to change her looks – you see her on a street photo and she looks ordinary and then she is on screen and she is compelling – that’s movie star /actor magic and people who are far more beautiful just don’t have IT!

In order of preference, Banks, Dormer and Jena Malone. Lawrence’s dress looked like sleepwear.
Jennifer looks great, it’s a nice dress and hair and make-up are on point. I can’t say the same for Elizabeth though. I usually love her style but I find her dress quite ugly and unflattering, even on her.
The others are ok, but nothing special.

so non-POC ladies…. i just want to inform you that Jennifer’s Hairstylist did what we call a braidout…. briad you hair tight or loose and spray like hairspray or leave in conditioner or water light spritz… it dries and you have instance waves.
Jennifer is hitting it today…. serving face hair face realnesss and this dress is about a 7 or 8 (high in my book relatively) she looks smashing!!!!!!!!!!!!
